I am very pleased with the quality of service and I anticipate a comfortable house for me and my family. We moved to this house in November 2015.
I am always nervous when strange people are in my house, but the REEIS workers were very polite, they cleaned up after all work, and they answered all my many questions.

It was a pleasure working with Eduardo and the Reeis team.
They were very professional from the initial quote, through the work process, and the
follow up inspection. Thank you again.

Dear Mr. [redacted] ;

I want to thank you and your company for making sure I was a satisfied customer with the installation of a new ac system, addition of insulation and the creation of vent flow systems in our two downstairs bedrooms. Everything is working very well- thank you.

More importantly, your company clearly stands by its mission to achieve total customer satisfaction with your products and services which we happily experienced! Unfortunately, there are too many companies today who do not go the distance to successfully complete a project or provide quality service to the utmost standards they expouse and somehow find blame on everyone or everything except themselves.

Our experience with REEis was quite the opposite...demonstrating utmost integrity while completing the job, your consideration in our home, a friendly staff, and a thorough job well done was accomplished with a smile at a fair price! When we ran into a problem, you found a solid solution and I truly felt like you cared about ensuring my satisfaction.

Thank you for the excellent, high quality and level of satisfaction we experienced with REEis and we will continue to recommend you and your service to others.

Regards,

[redacted].

I heard about REEis on the radio show" [redacted] ". One of my friends had the company out to do the engery efficiency test of her house. She was very impressed how professional they were. I called to have my air-conditioning fixed. [redacted] was the technican. He assessed my situation and told me what he needed to do and how long it will take. He was very knowledgeable and kept me updated the entire time. He showed me the before and after pictures. I have never had this kind of outstanding service ever. I will be a customer for live.

I consulted Reeis for my HVAC project - and under Tanner's leadership, they are the most dependable, easiest-to-work-with and honest engineering and sales eam I have ever met with. Tanner recommended a duct work rework and replacement to fix the underlying issue in my home, resulting from air leaks and a smaller return. In addition to upgrading my unit - I understood that he was looking to fix all the issues at once and not have to revisit again. Very responsive, dependable, and they follow a process, and not ad-hoc like most HVAC installers are. To sum up, I highly recommend Reeis and Tanner Kneip for any HVAC and A/C projects to prepare for cooling/comfort in the AZ summer.

We were looking to replace two complete systems and address some rooms upstairs that would get too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter as well as allergies/asthma issues. The problem rooms were discussed during their visit and REEis recommended something to fix the issue (adding returns to the rooms and air purification system. The install was quick and all the crew was helpful and courteous. We have already noticed a change already in how the air feels in the problem rooms.

When it's all said and done, the product works. However getting to that point was a bit chaotic. It involved being given used equipment, missed appointments and initial shoddy installation.

Due to never receiving any savings from REEis, in spite of a considerable sum of money paid to them, but additionally because if the tone of Mr. Russo's response, I will never do business with this company again and will discourage my friends from doing the same. I will leave it to the Revdex.com how they prefer to handle it. Details of an exchange of e-mails between Mr. Russo and myself are included below:

Mr. Matthews,

My apologize for making the mistake on your name.

Your air conditioning system is designed to remove heat and moisture. The process creates condensation which is drained through your condensate system associated with your AC equipment. Every July and August, your system will drain a lot of water. I put a 50 gallon garbage bucket under my condensate line to reuse the water. In July/August, the bucket is full in 3 – 4 days.

I never stated anything about always being right. I recognize everyone makes mistakes including my technicians.

Multiple definitive facts assure me that you are unfairly blaming our firm

1. If the system had been clogged or insulation would have been blown in your condensate pan, your system would have had a leak issue in July/August of 2011, 2012, 2013 or 2014.

2. In the fall of 2010, we sent multiple technicians and analysis’ out to your home to quality inspect the work. There notes describe the insulation and HVAC equipment. There are no notes related to insulation in the pan.

3. Our insulation protocol is such that after installation, the pans are cleaned.

4. In June of 2012, as part of a maintenance service you paid for, my technician cleaned your primary and secondary condensate system including the pan. His notes describe the cleaning process he used.

5. Your home has a ventilated attic with numerous attic vents at the ridge line. Insulation routinely is blown around in attics from wind and positive/negative pressure inside the attic space. We routinely see signs of displaced or blown insulation inside attics.

6. Just like a car requires oil changes, an HVAC system requires annual maintenance. We recommend fall and spring tune ups which include the proper maintenance components. I see in our system notes that you have not contacted us to perform any maintenance since June 2012. Now either you did not maintain your equipment or you hired another contractor to the perform proper maintenance. If it is the latter, I would recommend you contact the company that performed your spring tune up and discuss if they cleaned your pan and lines as part of the service.

Frankly, if you would have called or emailed me to discuss or review the circumstance, we would have already been out to your home. Instead, you chose to the threaten me in an attempt to convince me to pay for your water damage.

Good luck to you.

Todd Russo

Subject: RE: SEVERAL PROBLEMS

Todd,

First of all, I am not "Mr. Murray". I am Murray Matthews. You can call me "Murray" or you can call me "Mr. Matthews". It doesn't matter to me but "Mr. Murray" is someone I do not know.

In addition to that, I totally disagree with your statements, as follows:

a) "We performed insulation work on your home over 4 years ago. If the insulation had been blown into the condensate system, the leak would have occurred over the course of the first summer after the insulation was installed." Based on what facts do you draw that conclusion? We live in an arid, not humid, climate. When you say blown into the condensate system, are you referring to the condensation lines? I'm not saying these lines were filled. I'm saying the drain pan was filled with insulation. That could easily cause a blocking of the entrance to the line. Condensation needs to build up over a period of time. It's highly unlikely the insulation would be totally soaked that first summer.

b) "If the problem was a result of our work, it would have leaked in August of 2011 and/or identified in June 2012." See (a) above.

c) "The reality is, another technician in your attic, high winds through your attic vents or some other independent reason caused insulation to enter your drain pan if it in fact was the reason for the leak." Again, what is the basis in fact for this statement? You are concluding, not speculating, that you were not the cause and it had to have been caused by someone, or something, else. There is no question in your mind. There still is in mine. How can you conclude, with absolute certainty, that one of these other things occurred but your guys did everything right?

d) "...we went back out to the home several times to look at all of the options related to the increased use....". Yes, you did come back out and still our usage has continued to increase despite us paying you over $4,000 for just the opposite to occur.

e) "With respect to your threat of Revdex.com, I don’t appreciate you demanding I pay for a leak we clearly didn’t cause. I am sorry to hear about your water damage. We are however not the responsible party and it would be inappropriate to suggest we are." First, I don't deem going to the Revdex.com a threat. It is simply a statement of fact. Second, and more importantly, I did not demand you pay for the leak. If you would let your perceived anger subside and read my note much more carefully, I said "I want to give you an opportunity to make it right." Paying for the leak is only one option. Third, you are again stating you could not be the cause of the problem and implying you could not ne because you are always right. Sorry, Todd, but everyone makes mistakes.

f) Finally, what would your offer "to provide you a free evaluation and discounts to services" accomplish? You already did a claimed thorough evaluation and attic/air conditioning treatment of the home for which we paid over $4,000 only to be "rewarded" with NO savings, despite having continually implemented other energy savings measures since that time. Sorry, but if I didn't get any benefit from the $4,000 I paid you, I don't have any expectation that I will benefit from further "discounted" services.

I spent many years as an executive for a Fortune 10 firm and anytime I hear someone proclaim they could not have caused a problem, make claims based on conclusions that cannot possibly be based on fact and assume points that were not even made by the customer, my antenna immediately go up. The fact that you have made absolute statements with no personal knowledge of the situation very much concerns me. Just a suggestion but, on a sensitive subject such as this, you may want to consider another company "responder" who is more convincing, and more realitic, about your integrity and your capabilities.

Just as an FYI, I will forward this to the Revdex.com. I will also forward to APS for their records and suggesting they reevaluate you as a recommended source.

Sincerely,

"Murray Matthews"

Mr. Murray,

I apologize for the late responds. I was unavailable last week.

We performed insulation work on your home over 4 years ago. If the insulation had been blown into the condensate system, the leak would have occurred over the course of the first summer after the insulation was installed.

Furthermore, we also performed an advanced tune up in June of 2012. As part of the scope of those services, a REEIS technician not only cleans the condensate pan but he injects compressed nitrogen through the condensate lines.

With respect to the condensate leak, it is completely unfair to blame REEIS. If the problem was a result of our work, it would have leaked in August of 2011 and/or identified in June 2012. The reality is, another technician in your attic, high winds through your attic vents or some other independent reason caused insulation to enter your drain pan if it in fact was the reason for the leak.

With respect to the electric bills, I know we went back out to the home several times to look at all of the options related to the increased use. If I remember correctly, we did provided additional products and services at no cost to you.

With respect to your threat of Revdex.com, I don’t appreciate you demanding I pay for a leak we clearly didn’t cause. I am sorry to hear about your water damage. We are however not the responsible party and it would be inappropriate to suggest we are.

If you would like us to help you with your home and AC, I would be happy to provide you a free evaluation and discounts to services.

Subject: SEVERAL PROBLEMS

Todd,

We have not communicated in some time. REEis initially did some work for us in November 2010, adding insulation and some other "energy saving" work. Because we saw an increase in our APS bills, you came back and added more insulation about a year later. Now that 2014 is about to close, we continue experiencing higher, not lower, energy bills despite doing other things to lower our rates, e,g., running our pool fewer hours, continuing to raise our thermostat in summer and lower it in winter and, generally, looking for any opportunity to lower our costs.

Since that time, we used you for an A/C inspection which ran in excess of $600, far more than we have paid on any annual A/C since we moved here 12 years ago.

Last month, we had our ceiling collapse in our living room/dining room area because the insulation you had blown in was not cleaned out of the A/C condensation pans in the attic resulting in the drain pipe clogging and water backing up and overflowing into the ceiling, damaging the carpet, as well as the ceiling.

Needless to say, we have paid you a considerable sum of money while we have suffered INCREASED energy bills, a substantial A/C cost and now the ceiling/carpet cost. Despite your glowing testimonials, we have not experienced the same satisfaction, as you can see.

Before I opt to send this to the Revdex.com and others, I want to give you an opportunity to make it right.

You can e-mail me, or call me, to discuss our next step.

Sincerely.

Murray Matthews

Review: I contacted Reeis to install a new A/C unit and do some duct with in my home several months ago. While their workers were here, they tracked some sticky gunk across the carpet in 1 bedroom and a rug in the bathroom. I contacted them about it and they said they would have someone out to clean it up. No one ever came. I contacted the person I had been dealing with again (Bryce), but after another month, I still haven't gotten a response. I've tried to clean it up on my own but can't get it out.Desired Settlement: I want the gunk removed from my carpets.

Business

Response:

We have reached out to our customer to get this issue resolved immediately, we will continue to reach out in order to resolve the matter.

We enjoyed working with Reeis! Very professional from the first appointment. All our concerns and questions answered.

Discussing energy efficiency and older renovated homes in Arizona, it was recommended that since my home had initially been built with evaporation cooling and then converted to regular air conditioning, that I should get a diagnostic analysis of our duct and a/c system. In our home we have two units. The company recommended was REEis. I in fact made the call to see if we could solve several issues. One, loss of cooling that was not corrected with a major renovation including very high end windows and doors. Two, a significant amount of dust particles in the air. The team from REEis came, and with very minimal disruption to our day performed a very complete and detailed diagnostic. Eduardo, from REEis, who was extremely well versed demonstrated and explained to me the three problems that were creating the issues we were having. He then went on to define very specific steps that could be taken in a very cost efficient manner to correct the immediate issues and then down stream the other issues. One immediate problem was very leaky ducts. This could be solved with duct sealing. This was completed today by a superb team of gentlemen who left our home as clear as when they entered. They were extremely professional and very good. Eduardo's team then came in to complete the a/c cleaning and to test the duct system to ensure the results meet his very high expectations. I feel the whole REEis team is looking out for what is best for our home and out health. When the time comes to replace the a/c units it is REEis that will complete that phase for me as well. Trust is earned and Eduardo and REEis has earned my complete trust.

We recently had REEIS modify our air-handler/AC unit to correct a problem of long-standing. One room always seasonally warmer/colder than rest of house, REEIS replaced the composite-board plenum with a metal one, added a return plenum and a ceiling-return vent at opposite end of house from the builder-installed return. The room temperature is now comparable to other rooms in house. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and professional manner displayed by all the REEIS folks involved and will not hesitate to call on them in the future.

My experience with Eduardo C[redacted] from Reeis was exceptional. He took a lot of time to explain everything about our new system and the operation as well as setting us up for mobile access. His customer service is outstanding!!!!!!!!

From my original telephone call to completion of there services, REEis provided us with exception great installation, pre-analysis of our needs and the condition of our attic duct work for a new air conditioning and heating system. [redacted], came and spent 3 hours inspection our old system, drawing diagrams of our duct work, discussing the condition of our duct work and room vents etc. Returning to the office, the engineer reviewed his input and provided the recommended components for a complete system replacement. We were presented 2 different systems, the difference was one system was more efficient by SEER rating than the other, the more expensive had a variable speed compressor fan for the air unit and also for the furnace unit. A [redacted] system was quoted very professionally by [redacted], who explained his quote in real detail + answered any questions and every question I had. After accepting the more expensive and efficient [redacted] system, the installation was scheduled promptly, and a two man install crew arrived and spent two full days doing a complete install. They removed all of the old equipment, boxes, etc, cleaned the work area and left leaving an appearance that would please anyone, even the most perfectionist, which I am. I previously used this company for an energy audit several years ago and they did an excellent job, then made some energy recommendations to reduce my electric bill. I chose to do the improvements and my APS bill went down during the peak summer months. At that time it was recommended that I consider replacing my Air Conditioners and furnaces which were 17 years old, so I had to wait a few years to save up some money to complete their recommendation, a complete new [redacted] system, with a SEER of 18. A great company to do business with, honest, through installation, and the final inspection was completed one week later by their analyst [redacted] who ran the heating and cooling system thru its paces to be sure everything was working to satisfaction. This same person will return in warmer weather to check the pressure of the refrigerant for balance. I highly recommend REEis if you need an energy analysis, or a new air conditioning [redacted] system or furnace system. They also offer service on existing units.

I will use them again for seasonal service.

Absolutely horrible contractors who do not know what they are doing. If you want to throw 7k out the window, then call REEIS. Otherwise, please save your hard earned money. :(

This has been by far the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. I contracted with them based on an energy audit they performed to redo the ductwork and add insulation material. Their workmanship was extremely poor. I expected some dust, but my house was left dusty beyond any reasonable expectation - my usually white walls were covered in dust from the insulation material. The vents were crooked and dirty. When I talked to the service supervisor, he told me that the service people were supposed to wear gloves and he was short of calling me a liar. A couple of days after the installation was completed, there was a loud rattling sound. It turned out to be a piece of paper that was left inside. I asked them to inspect the installation, and the inspector found that the ducts were hanging and poorly installed. He actually commented that the workmanship was very poor. I made an appointment for the repairs and they were 1.5 hours late, but by that time I had an unexpected personal matter to take care of and had to leave. Then they determined that additional insulation was needed, so my house was left dusty again. One of the times I talked to the service supervisor, I asked if they would be giving me a discount based on my poor experience with the company. He said he would give a message to the appropriate person. I never received a call back from anyone. When the work was finally completed, they asked me to sign the paperwork for the rebates and I inadvertently signed off on the job, so they quickly charged my card for the balance of the job cost. Weeks after the work was finally completed I was still finding handprints on the walls and door frames from the workers leaning on them, even though according to the service supervisor the workers wear gloves... This job cost me $9,000. This may not be a lot of money to them, but it is a lot of money for me and I would have liked to receive better service.

I recently had a need to find a full service HVAC company and was recommended to use REEis. I am so glad I had the opportunity to deal with many different areas of the companies’ expertise. I cannot say enough good things about the honesty, promptness, and highly qualified people I have dealt with. They came to my rescue when I needed it. I have a new Trane Heat Pump unit, had ducts checked and sealed, and various tests performed to make sure my home is balanced and efficient. I had the pleasure to deal with [redacted], the President, and many of the outstanding people he employs. From [redacted] who really showed me he cares, to [redacted] who is a very qualified technician, to [redacted] who always made me feel welcome and made sure I was scheduled properly. I could go on and on about the people at REEis. I would personally recommend you use this [redacted] approved company. They gave me hope and faith with the many problems I was facing, with my home, ductwork, and HVAC problems. As of this writing they are still following up on their work and making sure I am satisfied. I have never had a company so willing and as a part of there routine make sure the job was done right. The quality control that is in place is outstanding. This testimonial is from a former Contractor and Superintendent who knows quality when he sees it. Thanks REEis from the bottom of my heart.

I through that the service was very good and the personal was very professional. Everything was explain in great detail and I understood what was mentioned to me. Would I use the service again, Yes.

On time positive experience with Reeis. Highly recommend them for energy audit, vent sealing and insulation installation

My experience with REEis was completely positive. They replaced a worn-out dual HVAC residential system. The replacement system included new duct work and a new zoned airflow system. The process included an energy audit to begin, a competitive bid, installation, airflow balancing and follow-up. The technicians were on-time, they took precautions to minimize any damage, and there was no evident dust in the house when the job was completed. After the installation was completed, there were two minor manufacturer's hardware issues that surfaced, which REEis resolved quickly. I was impressed with the professionalism and competence of REEis during every phase of this job.
