Hi ***.My deepest apologies to you for the inconvenience you have had to go through and the delay in respondingIt wasn't until we received the notice from the Revdex.com that I looked up your account and found that the system glitched, closing out your ticket so that we were never notified.I am sorry that you are not satisfied with your order and can't say I blame you after reading your messageYour order does say mint condition and that's what you should have receivedas well as the appropriate accessories. As you requested, I can send you an RMA to return the order and issue you a full refund. If you'd still like the phone, I can do an exchange as well as refund your account 5% for your troubles. I will proceed to issuing the RMA so you should have an email to follow with the instructions on how to send that back.Again, I am sorry for your experience as that is not how conduct business

Regards, I have not received any item from devices now.I went on and purchased another phone from another company that shipped right away,I have every email sent and recieved from devices now.exact dates when the order was cancelled due to the fact that I could not reach anyone to answer ma questions emailed them over and over telling them to please contact me ,nothing happened so I cancelled the order.only when the complaint was filed with the Revdex.com did devices now decided to email me and explain about the back order issue I responded within minutes and notified them that I wanted a refund,never heard another word .recently I recieved an email stating that theitem was shipped.I quickly responded asking why did they sent the item if I cancelled weeks prior to this,again no word from them.they have yet to contact me at all.they have my home number cell number and email.these people are scamming people and getting away with it.read their reviews !im not going to be another one of those people that got scammed and did nothing,I did not recieved the item that I paid for and I want my money back simple and plain.if the item was shipped I assume it was shipped so that a signature was required when delivered,right?why would you send an item like that any other way.that item has not been delivered to my home.devices now has to make this right?if they shipped it then where is it?i dont have time for their nonsense im a hard working man why would I want to prolong this any longer.if I had received the *** phone I would have gladly sent it back because I already purchased the phone thru another site and guess what they delivered in a week.I have everything documented .every emai attempt ,with dates and times.im ready to produce whatever you need to show im telling the truth.they havent sent anything.

“We have received an inquiry from this client in regards to their device needing to be setup for their carrier on Jan 25, 4:PMWe responded with setup instructions on Jan 25, 5:PMAfter our response was promptly sent to this client we never received any response or notification
that they were having an issue getting their device setup with their carrierdays later on 2/we received a *** case from this client who stated that they were unable to setup the device with their carrier and wanted us to pay for them to switch to a different carrier that suited them betterThis of course is not covered by our policies or warranty and we gladly offered them an expedited exchange or full refund.”

I paid for a fully functional device and the device that was received has a non-functional back button. I want the non-functional device I received replaced with a fully functional device as paid for.

The customer ordered an open box phoneThese are clearly stated on our site that they have been used and returned to the carrier within daysThey may show signs of wear but will be in overall great conditionCustomer ordered (2) iphone plus phones and had an issue with one of the
devices so it was returned for an exchangeAfter we received the device back, customer filed a claim through Amazon stating they wanted to be refunded for their entire order (despite the fact that they were still in possession of one of the devices)We attempted to contact the customer multiple times - both by phone and email - to see if they would like us to send the exchange order with expedited shipping or if they wanted a shipping label to return the other device for a full refund.At the recommendation of our Amazon representative, we have cancelled out the exchange and they were refunded for the one device they received backIf they would like a full refund, they will need to return the other device within the warranty time frame.Kindly,*** ***Operations Manager
