Hello, I would love to be able to look into this for this customer to see what has happened with this order but the customer did not provide an order number and there is no order in our system for a "Brooke Cochran"If the customer could provide us with more information to identify the order,

I am rejecting this response because:This is the exact same response you've sent alreadyIt's insulting and completely inaccurateYou sold me a phone that was advertised as factory unlocked and it was notThat is fraudYour ad didn't say "factory unlocked after you go through a complicated set of instructions we'll send you after you find out the hard way it's really not unlocked" - it said "factory unlocked"Again, IT WAS NOT, AND THAT IS FRAUDIt cost me an additional $on top of the $I already spent with your company in order to be able to use the phoneYour instructions were useless, as due to the fact that I needed a phone immediately for my job and had already been left without a phone for a day and a half, I was forced to activate the phone - and not with the carrier of my choice. Returning it would only cost me more money and inconvenienceTake a mulligan, guys, and refund meI am not going away on this

Company's response below:Complaint ID: ***There was no advertising - we advertised a *** *** ** phone in Open Box condition for $160.79, and that is exactly what was sent to the customerThe item did go on a temporary back order and the customer was notified of thisThe email to
the customer was very simple in explaining that the item was on a back order but shipping back in and that the delay in responding was due to a system issue we had - we apologize that they were not able to understand the email and what was being explained to themThe customer did respond that they wanted to cancel but unfortunately the item shipped out*** tracking number ***shows that this item delivered to the customer on 4/17/To date, we have not received the device back nor have we heard from the customer in regards to sending the device backAdditionally, they have filed a charge back but neglected to report to their credit card/bank that they have now received the deviceThis customer has not been "scammed" as they have been sent the device they orderedThey do, however, have the product in their possession and at this time have made no effort to send it back but are still trying to be refunded through their card company so that they would have both their money and the product.If they would like a pre-paid shipping label to get the unopened (since their claim was they cancelled it is assumed they would not open the package) item sent back to us, I will be more than happy to set one up so they can return it for the refund. Kindly, *** *** ***

We have received an inquiry from this client in regards to their device needing to be setup for their carrier on Jan 25, 4:PMWe responded with setup instructions on Jan 25, 5:PMAfter our response was promptly sent to this client we never received any response or notification that they were having an issue getting their device setup with their carrierdays later on 2/we received a *** case from this client who stated that they were unable to setup the device with their carrier and wanted us to pay for them to switch to a different carrier that suited them betterThis of course is not covered by our policies or warranty and we gladly offered them an expedited exchange or full refund.”
