I went and met with the agent from Relentless Recovery on Thursday, January 8, to retrieve the items that I was told were cleaned out of my vehicle and boxed This was the reason for the $fee that I was being assessed When I arrived to pick the items up, they were not cleaned out of my vehicle and boxed I was given a bag to do so myself I feel that I was charged a $clean out and storage fee improperly.Response: The maker arrived early for his scheduled appointmentThough the vehicle was mostly cleaned out, there were several items still left in the vehicle, mostly buried in snow in the open bed of the truckThe maker approached the vehicle and began to remove the remaining items so our attendant handed him a bag for the itemsAs a gesture in good faith, we will mail a check for $

Amy B*** - President, Relentless2:PMto me We cannot locate this name in our databaseWe need the last of the vehicle VIN# to locate the account

Customer’s Statement of the Problem:This company towed my car illigally, they picked my car up on RTA transit property and did not notify them or the local policeWhen I realized my car was missing, I called 4th district police departmand and the transit police and they were never notified of the
pick up in a hour periodWe thought that my car had been stolen and the police said that is against Ohio law to tow a car and not notify proper authoritiesThat was the least of my problems, when I went to pick up my car it had been side swiped with something white along my whole passager side of my car, I also had something clearly hanging from under my car that had been pulled loose from the tow and was so loud because of thatMy car was a certified used car just year ago with no exhaust issues and just so happen my machanic who owns a couple of car repair shops was the person who took me to pick my car up from Relentless RecoveryHe had just given me an oil change days before it was towed and will vouch for my car being damaged from the towI emailed Relentless Recovery twice a week apart with no reponseThe tow is on color video thru RTA transit.ResponseOn 3/23/at approximately the Murano was located at *** ***, Cleveland, OhioWhile the vehicle was still in its parking space at this location and prior to the repossession a full photo condition report was completed on this vehicle clearly indicating this pre-existing damageThe agents completing the photo condition can be viewed on the surveillance footage mentioned above which will coincide with the still photos we have providedOnce the unit was secured compliant with Ohio Revised Code 1309.614, Cleveland ordinance was followed when the vehicle was reported repossessed to Cleveland Police Department Channel 7, dispatcher Badge # **At no time did our agency cause any damage to this vehicle

We did not repossess a vehicle for anyone with a loan in the name of *** *** ***

This company went into a closed garage at am, and dragged the vehicle down my driveway, damaging the driveway, and garageAfter being made aware of my filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, they backed off their request for a $recovery fee to get my belongings that were in the car; but did no respond to my request to repair the garage or the driveway. At the same time they told an insurance successor who asked to see the car to access the damage done by one of their policyholders from an earlier accident that the didn't have the car; so no estimation of the amount of damage or settlement could be made

My car was repossessed they damaged car and tore up the inside.Between the inside and outside it was over in damaged. Also I had dewalt power drill set, pair north face gloves, a new north face ski jacket, ski goggles piece drill bit set, tire pump tire sealant kitCar manual over
cds and a car charger.I have photos of my car before they got it and it proves they damaged it

Customer’s Statement of the Problem:On 2/2/my vehicle was repossessed by Relentless Recovery (Cleves, OH location)Having just moved during snow and rainfall the evening prior to the repossession, a majority of my belongings were still in the car at the time of the repossession, including my
house keys as well as an urn with my father's ashes and other items of material and sentimental valueI was not notified at the time of the repossession to retrieve my belongings, so I spent an entire evening locked out of my home in frigid weather conditionsThe following day when I was FINALLY able to get through to Relentless Recovery's Cleveland office, after selecting options to speak with someone as though I were a lienholder as opposed to someone whose vehicle had been repossessed (since there was no room remaining on the VM), I was able to locate the vehicleIn speaking to the lot agent, I was advised there would be a $fee to retrieve my belongings although had I been given the opportunity to retrieve the belongings upon repossession there would have been no cause for $removal and storage feeHowever, as a result of these shady business practices, I was forced to pay $ up frint before retrieving my possessionsUpon retrieving my belongings, I discovered that several items had been rifled through, damaged, and stolenThere was my father's urn which is now dented on the side from either being dropped or thrown into boxes in some ramshackle fashionEvery purse that was in my car had been opened and emptied outThere is a debit card missingThere is clothing missingThere are three pairs of shoes which are missing matesThere were two $dollar bills which I have had for good luck of which one is missingI suppose they figured that if they left one, I wouldn't notice the other was missing, or that since the car was repossessed that they could just steal and destroy my belongings without any recourseThe lot manager even had the audacity to tell me that I "knew the car was up for repossession" as I guess a way of saying that if I had anything of importance in the vehicle that it was my fault that it was missingI am indebted to lienholder, NOT Relentless Recoveryso that does not give their agents a right to steal or destroy my belongings without repercussionsI have reached out to the corporate office in Cleveland on several occasions to resolve these issues and each time I am transferred to the lot where my belonging were stolen in the first placeThe loss of my material belongings is minuscule in regards to the destruction of my father's urn and being locked out of the house overnightEvery time I look at this urn which is virtually destroyed, I am reminded of this horrible experience, Furthermore, when I advised the agent that I would be filing complaint, she provided me with URL to file complaint, which is completely invalid and I have it in her handwriting on her stationeryWhich is also indicative of the their attempts to defraud meI recorded the entire transaction and I will be filing civil suit if these matters are not addressed promptlyThank you.Complaint Background:Product/Service: Purchase Date: 4/3/2013Problem Occurred: 2/2/2015Model: Account Number: Order Number: Talked to Company: 2/3/2015Talked to Company (2nd): 2/4/2015Talked to Company (3rd): 2/6/2015Name of Salesperson: Purchase Price: $0.00Disputed Amount: $0.00 Desired Settlement:$retrieval fee $for three shoes missing mates $missing slothes $to replace urn and move my fathers remains to another urn $for missing two dollar bill $replacement key to get in my home.ResolutionPlease provide the following: - Receipt or link to the missing clothing as we as what part of the vehicle the missing items were located. - Photograph of damage to the urn and receipt / estimate to replace it. -We are not responsible for the cost of a replacement key that claimant had made, as claimant has not statement this item was not returned to her, only that she had a replacement made in order to enter her home after the repossession

*** *** - President, Relentless12:PM to me Response to ***This vehicle was damaged during towing and we repaired the mechanical issue and reimbursed the debtor $165, as well as agreed to reimburse her for the day delay which required a rental carWe gave her the option of us
having the cosmetic repair done immediately or schedule it for a later dateShe chose to wait until a later date for the cosmetic repairThe debtor sent email on 3/12/15, I responded immediately on 3/13/asking for an estimate for repair and for clarification on the rental car (see below) I did not receive a response until 4/6/in the form of a faxed estimateI have verified with the Service Manager *** from *** *** that they will accept our company credit card by phone for payment of $for the cosmetic repair, we will need an email sent to *** when the repair is scheduled for so I can make the payment arrangements with the repair facilityWe have mailed check # *** for $for the day rental car reimbursement due to the day delay in vehicle redemption on 2/21/The check was mailed to *** ***, *** *** *** St, ***, **, ***. ResponseAt the time of repossession the Relentless agent observed damage to the paint of the vehicle so he drove to a nearby well lit area in order to do a photo condition report of interior and exterior (see attached)Upon release of the vehicle to Performance Towing they signed our condition report agreeing on the condition of the vehicle From there the vehicle was taken to *** *** *** where it was in their care and custody until redemptionOn 9/We received a complaint via email remissing items (will provide original upon request) which states "I'm still waiting for responseI will be filing a claim with the courts if you continue to delay with response there is no doubt that damage was caused by your company and.I have photos of my vehicle before you got a hold of itSo I expect a responseAlso I haven't heard anything about the items you have lost totalling over $400." Though not an admission of wrongdoing, but as a gesture of good faith we mailed a check for $based on the email request from the customerWe did not cause physical damage to the vehicle, we documented its condition prior to both the transport company and Auction taking possession of it
