The car is still in the possession of relentless recovery. I did not want to move the vehicle because I did not want them to say that I damaged the car when I moved it. Would you recommend that I get the car back in my possession and take it to an auto repair shop to get a quote on how much it will cost to repair it?

ResponseWe do not have a record of anyone by the name [redacted] having a vehicle loan in our database.

When the vehicle was towed none of the tires moved at any point in time or had contact with the ground. See attached photo of the rear tires secured by the wheel lift and the front tires secured in tow dollies.

I had everything in the car I drive truck and kept everything in it because when I was back it was only for a short period of time so I kept all my clothes and other items with...

me including any receipts that I would've had. They have pictures of the inside of the vehicle that show it had a lot of things in it. I can probably provide a new list if need be the original list was made when I drove the hour and a half to go pick my property up that was not properly stored. I will see if I can get another one made up.Not sure if im to accept or reject because they were already given a list that day which [redacted] the area manager that ment me at their lot (I believe his name was) was suppose to send it in they had me make it out when I was at their lot.

I tried to “reject business response” thru website but was unable to do so.  The website will not allow any text inserted to be inserted into the body. “Response: There is no Ohio law requiring a Repossessor to allow a debtor to clean out a vehicle prior to a repossession. If there are items in a vehicle we are required by our client to clean them out prior to the vehicle going to auction, store the items, and insure them. There is a $45 service fee charged for this. If the items are not cleaned out prior to the vehicle being delivered to the auction, the debtor cannot retrieve them. “ Based on this response, the items were never cleaned out of the vehicle or stored differently than within the vehicle itself.  The items remained within the vehicle the client had repossessed.  Attempts to collect the items directly after repossession were made, but was unable to be provided by Relentless Recovery, due to agent not being available to meet with vehicle owner for the site where vehicle was taken.  Every attempt for them not to have to “clean out, store and insure” items was made.  I am also being charged the fees for the storage and insurance on the vehicle which the items were in from the client that had the vehicle repossessed. [redacted]

We advised the maker that we would store the groceries in the refrigerator and redeem them to her at no charge & she made an appointment for the following day (8/14/15) to redeem 2 bags of groceries (bread, chicken, cheese, smashed sheet cake) and other misc items. This vehicle was repossessed on 8/30 and redeemed by the debtor on 9/8. Upon receipt of the complaint Relentless began an investigation  and send a mechanic to her home to examine the damage. Upon first arriving at her home he was unable to make contact with anyone and reported to the...

office as such. He examined the vehicle and eventually made contact with the debtor, which he did not go back and change in his report. This is not an unusual issue to occur in a vehicle over 10 years old with its amount of mileage due to normal wear and tear. Upon signing a hold harmless we will tow to a repair facility in order to have it further evaluated as  to if towing could have caused this issue, and if so, have the repair completed and paid by Relentless.

Revdex.com:I do not accept this letter.  I would like full restitution for all of my deductibles for vehicle damages as that I had to pay.  Also my a better communication with my insurance company which has been absolutely terrible.  No communication at all.  The person in charge quit and someone else takes over.  Of course a company and people handling my cars with high dollar items in them are going to not check off the expensive stuff.  On top of that I have full proof on some of the damage done to my vehicles per my neighbor and other Neighbor's camera monitoring system.  Maybe Mr Over sized Tow truck driver can have respect for people's property and not slam a 400.00 [redacted] in a door shattering it ? Or maybe leaning on my [redacted]s Steering wheel breaking my steering column.  Both right infront of me.  I have the proof sitting right next to me.  I will be filing a restraining order against Relentless to not come near my property and as completely disrespect toward my wife.  Times get tough and medical sit's in and the last thing one needs is some Ex-Con tow truck driver slamming my person property around for his 100.00 commission.  Is this a rant ? Yes it is.  Is what was done fair ? No.  I was mislead by my credit union's and for that I cannot change.  But I hope that whoever has my items including whoever ransacked my cars for what they wanted truly enjoyed my belongings that I enjoyed so much.  Especially my paintball guns which where a present from my father to my brother and I.  Garbage company with poor management.  I am not done.  I will keep going and going and going until something is solved.  I will forever hold my grudge and I will always keep this in the back of my head the way this all went down.  Just because someone has 10,000.00 worth of tattoo's on there body and sit's at 400lbs does not mean I am going to back down or take their crap.  I will have my attorney's come at them every which way from all directions until my justice peace of mind and pain and suffering is finally over.  Want the Anxiety medical bills too ?  That's my Statement.

I received another message from your company.  I again tried to “accept the businesses response” to the matter and I am unable to do so within the website. Could you please help with this matter? Thanks. [redacted]

This business response was received by Revdex.com via email.  The repossession order was not assigned to our company as a voluntary. Had that been the case, we would have called to schedule an appointment to get the keys and allow for the clean out of personal items. The tire marks will...

disappear within 2-8 weeks. This process is accelerated by precipitation, UV rays, freeze-thaw cycles, de-icing salts, and continued driving on the driveway.

Customer’s Statement of the Problem:relentless relentless recovery lost our property in our vehicle when it was repossessed and we have been trying to get reimbursement for over 3 monthsthey tell me the owner of the company amy is looking over our case but everytime we call they won't ever let...

us talk to her and they keep telling us they will call us back and they never do this is been going on for way too longComplaint Background:Product/Service: Model: Account Number: Order Number: Name of Salesperson:  Purchase Price: $1095.00We received an online complaint on 1/15/15 from [redacted] and responded on 1/16/15 asking for a description of the purse and what part of the vehicle it was located in so that we could look for it in our property boxes or in the the vehicle itself to see if it was still in there. We never received a response. On 2/5/15 we received a complaint from another individual (not on the loan) who complained that they had $400 cash in the vehicle (this was not mentioned the first time).  Please provide a link or description (including brand) for the cell phones and the correct # of how many phones were in the car, as this information has varied in each of the complaints.

Review: Called to set up an appt.to retrieve my belongings from a repossessed car AFTER I was told I would have the opportunity to forfeit my keys but they came in the middle of the night and took my car anyway. They were very rude to me and started yelling after I asked who picked up my car so that I can make a proper complaint through the proper channels. Nobody knows who took my vehicle and they constantly redirect me to call another person. This business is managed very poorly and should not be used by anybodyDesired Settlement: All I'm looking for is to be able to get my things without being charged $** also refunded for the fuel I have to use to get there which would amount to about $**.
