Do not do business with this company. They are dishonest. I purchased a key FOB cover based on the information on their website. The website information was wrong, which I documented for them, and they refused to refund my money.

I ordered a remote for a 2008 Cadillac, the remote was easy to program and worked fine. It worked so well, I ordered a second remote. About a month ago, one of the remotes stopped working. I called and Remotesremote replaced it.
I received the new one and programmed it and the new one is working.
When I went to use the one I had ,it stopped working. I called to find out why both stopped working within a short time and if there were any type of trouble shooting to do.. After several hold ons I was told "can't do anything as it was purchased over 90 days ago"
These remotes are pure junk, I would not recommend them or buy from them.

Buyer Beware if you value your time and money.

After ordering a remote for my son's car, it was lost in shipping on the way to me. I contacted customer support and they indicated a replacement could be ordered but it was on backorder and it'd be a couple more days, or I could request a refund. I opted to wait another couple of days, just in case USPS found and delivered the remote. After two more days with no product, I requested a refund, using the original email string where the refund was offered by the company representative. So far, the item arrived and was returned to sender, and the company still has my funds - this process has now been about a month and they continue to give the runaround, stating they haven't received it back, yet still holding my payment.

In the meantime, I was able to find, purchase, and receive the remote I needed from another company, and it was no issue at all, plus the cost was less. I'm still out the funds for the original order, however, and continue to pursue that refund. The New Jersey RevDex.com sent an email to the company, didn't get a response, so their action was to close the case - another worthless, wasted effort.

Stay away from this company if you value keeping your money - find another source for your car remote replacements.

Ordered a new remote for 24.95 fit my Toyota sequoia. Wrong remote, had to send picture of what they sent. Also had locksmith to confirm this wasn't what I ordered. They have been reported to the BBB . I would advise no one to order from this company! Customer service is the pits...

I ordered a replacement case - no electronics -for my 2014 Chevy Silverado remote. I received a product that was completely wrong. I called customer service and they said I was shipped what I ordered. There was no part number listed on my invoice. They asked me to send them a picture of what I received. I did. I never heard back from them. Their customer service sucks. I will never order from these scam artists again. RIP OFF!

Received two remotes for a Subaru. After months of discussion and answering questions, they finally asked me if I wanted to return the remotes. I explained that 3 regular people, one locksmith and the dealer tried to program these so I finally agreed that I would like to return them. They advised me it was out of the warranty period so I could not return them. No stars!

Remotesremotes.com RIPPED ME OFF !
The (replacement) auto door lock remote I purchased from Remotesremotes.com for my Toyota Camry never correctly worked out of the box.The unit shipped to me was a refurbished Toyota original which would be fine if it worked correctly. After countless attempts to install the remote (directions provided by Remotesremotes. Com) I eventually went to a professional locksmith who in turn showed me the inferior craftsmanship inflicted to the refurbished remote (including the GUM wrapper lodged inside the remote holding the battery down) After speaking once again to a Remotesremotes representative I was told to return the remote through the mail for a refund.
After waiting about a month (which was today) I called asking about the status of my return. After speaking to a few different representative's it seems that I was on the phone with a Supervisor. This lady was stern and unhelpful. She kept belting out the 20 or 30 day return policy. I stated that the remote never worked and I asked her to stand behind their products. After loosing connection with my phone. I tried to call back a few times during hours of operation only to get directed to a phone line which has a message that states " Thank You for contacting Remotesremotes.com no one is here to take your call" and then it hangs up.
I have never felt so BULLIED & ROBBED since I was ROBBED.

I am very disappointed with the key that I purchased from remotesremotes.com. After an entire afternoon of running around and calling their tech support, it now works. However, the transmitter has a range of a few inches - I have to be very close to the car to open or lock the doors, and even within a few inches, it does not work at some points around the car.
The instructions sent with the key were wrong. They apparently were for a keyless fob, which is not what I ordered. And, nowhere on their website or in the instructions did it say that I had to go to a locksmith who had a special computer and software to program the key.
The first keymaker I went to was able to cut the key so that it turned the locks and ignition, but it would not start the car because it still needed to be programmed. Their tech support explained this to me, and then I had to find a locksmith with the appropriate equipment and run out to their location in rush hour traffic.
Needless to say, I won't recommend this company.

Upon filing a return to the seller in compliance with the seller's return policy, the shipped item was rejected and returned to sender. When this issue was brought up with the seller, the return was closed and refused.
Provided that absolutely minimal contact was established with the seller, even when I attempted to communicate with them twice, I can see why this became an issue. The company does not communicate with its customers, and is clearly not interested in processing RMAs from customers.
The company is also doing business under the ebay username "keylessking*" where the company has a history of complaints against it in the last 12 months.
I for certain will be refraining from conducting my business with this company indefinitely.

I ordered my remote for 2004 Silverado and just received it 30 minutes ago. I printed the programming instructions from their web site and went to the truck to program the remote to the truck. It worked the first time I tried just like the instructions said to do. I now have 1 factory remote that came with the truck and the one from Remotesremotes.com.
If their remote will last 11 years like the factory remote they deserve 2 thumbs up. Time will only tell on that one. For now I am very happy.

RemotesRemotes is a total scam if it works its good. If you get a faulty item you pay the shipping back to them. Cost me $3.50 to send a faulty item back. I will never use them again. It remains to be seen whether or not I get a refund for the Item. so a $16.95 item is now only worth $13.95. use them at your own risk. The 1 star is because I couldn't leave it totally blank and send

Ordered and received two fobs for Oldsmobile Intrigue. Could not program using their instructions. Contacted company and was told to go to locksmith or dealer. Called dealer. It will cost me $50 for them to attempt to program with no guarantees.

Horrible! Our remote conveniently didn’t have instructions for programing. I looked up several different makes, models and years to find the same response. I E-mailed to try to get help with the issue of programing and have gotten no response. Rip off!

I hate to give this business 1 star. I bought a whole keyfab for my truck and the one they sent me does not work. I emailed their "help/customer service" 10 days ago and still no help. Every email they send they ask 1 or 2 questions, I reply and they email me back asking another 1 to 2 questions, I respond and the wheel goes around again. All the while, no help is being offered and when I got upset on why they were asking me so many questions they haven't responded yet and they keep calling me a "him/he" I am a WOMAN! Before I made my purchase I made sure they had a helpline in case I had issues and I also looked to see if they offer refunds and they did. Now I am stuck with a remote that does not work and I cannot get a refund or even help from the company. If I would have known buying from this Micky Mouse company was going to be a hassle, I would have NOT spent my money here at all!

60 Day warranty on the keyless remote. It failed at 70 days, so I'm out of luck. Unfortunate that after the key was cut and programmed for $200, I'm out a remote that cost $50 + $200.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER! After receiving the wrong product not once, but twice, I asked for a refund and my return package was refused twice. Customer service ignored my requests for a refund. Worst experience with an online purchase ever.

remotesremotes.com sent me a three button key blank for a Toyota Rav4. I checked with local locksmiths that refused to cut someone else's blank for various bogus reasons because it wasn't their blank. I did end up taking it to our Toyota dealer who said they would try to cut and program it for an hours labor charge. $135 around here. They were able to cut it and get the ignition chip to program, but the remote buttons would not program. We bought this to just keep as a spare which is fine for us. Don't rely on it being your primary key if you order one that has the remote buttons on it.

I ordered what I thought was a complete key fob. Turns out it was just a shell...my fault. I emailed them and asked if I could return the fob shell for a refund. That sent me a RMA # and the address of where to send it to. I did and they refunded me. Easy peasy...no hassles. It couldn't have been any easier. And they did not charge a restocking fee. ????

I wonder how you got a refund when I have been calling/emailing to get one? Do you work there? I find many employees will go online and boost up a horrible company like this one to gain kudos from their company/boss. All the reviews you were the only to get a refund out of all us other customers, kind of fishy? Not to be rude, but its just weird you are the only one to get a refund.

DO NOT ORDER from www.remotesremotes.com. They are dishonest, have inaccurate website descriptions, remote programming instructions don't work, and in my case I went to a locksmith who did successfully program the remote (for $25)--only THEN to tell me they'd sent the wrong key. I took screen shots of the website remote/description, showed it corresponded with my order, and they still refused to accept responsibility.
Luckily my credit card company is resolving this, issuing me a refund and charging the merchant, but it still put me out at least two hours $55 ABOVE the $30 remote and key that didn't work.
Seriously, save yourself the hassle.

Buyer beware of Remotesremotes.com! Bought a fob for my 2005 Volvo and brought to the dealership to program. The dealer said remotesremotes.com sent me a fob for a 2004 Volvo and it wouldn't work for my car. I called remotesremotes.com and left two voicemails, didn't receive a call back. Tried to email, but the email on their website kept coming back as inactive/no account exists. Only lost twenty-five bucks, hope you don't too!
