This is our second experience with Renewal by Anderson We had such a wonderful first experience, that when we were ready for our kitchen remodel, we knew who we were going to call! [redacted] , [redacted] and crew went over and beyondTheir knowledge, skills and expertise were phenomenal They made sure to answer my many questions, treated our property inside and out with respect, and were very courteous and professionalOur windows and doors are absolutely beautiful! They match our first set of which we are very pleased with functionality as well as warmth and enhancement of our homeFrom the very first phone call with ***, which I had saved in my contacts, to the office staff that put me in contact with Jesus so I could coordinate with my kitchen remodel, all the way to the daily follow up calls from [redacted] , I felt very taken care of I knew the Renewal by Anderson products and customer service were exceptional; however, I didn’t know that each experience would increase in value! We will definitely call them for our next set of windows in the years to come!

Their door-to-door salesman arrived just before dusk and ignored our clearly posted "no solicitation" door sign and knocked anyway(surely they are trained by "Renewal by Andersen" to do this since unfortunately its not against the law in our city) When this issue was brought up the salesman rudely mouthed off to me and started acting shifty (casing my house?) instead of just leavingI then was forced to ask the salesman for a piece of paper showing the company name and logo and asked for his nametimes I asked for that paper which he clearly held on a clipboard, he refused to give me one and instead called his manager who was apparently nearby and then insulted me again by laughing about me while talking to his manager on the phoneFinally after their call he gave me a sheet of paper from the stack he was holding and I also got his nameHe was wearing a shirt with the company name and logoWhen the manager later arrived in a van also with their name and logo on it, instead of talking to me to apologize, the manager got the salesman into the van and the manager sped off around the corner recklessly driving in a purposely rude and aggressive wayThey disappeared in a criminal mannerI have called the police to file a reportIf you see Renewal by Andersen salespersons in your neighborhood, you too should consider calling the policeThese people are [redacted] I have called their local office here also to complain, they at least seemed receptive to hear my reportHowever since I have zero desire to ever do business with a disreputable company such as Renewal by Andersen, there isn't much they can do for meMy main desire is to discover a way to formally press charges against them

One of the windows I ordered from Renewal by Anderson turned out to have an unexpected size, that I noticed after installation When I called Renewal, *** ***,an installation manager, came out immediately to assess my concern He was fabulous- recognizing how the result had occurred He spent a lot of time as we discuss alternative solutions, and told me to think about the options He subsequently spent more time exploring options himself and found an even better solution Renewal has assumed responsibility for the cost of of the mistake, recognizing I should have been told about the asymmetry of the original orderI am sorry about the original problem, but extremely impressed by how *** and Renewal handled it They took full responsibility, came up with a very good solution, and will not charge me for correcting their mistake
