I just recently ha a sliding glass door installed by Renewal By Anderson My experience was excellent Chavice coordinated the whole project for me The workers an other staff were always on time, id an excellent job, and cleaned up before they left During the project, some work was uncovered that I had to take care of before the door could be installed I called Chavice, an she was always willing to cooperate with me in getting the work done She went out of her way to be cooperative Her customer service was great No matter how many times I called, she was always willing to cooperate;
Kevin, the guy that sold me the windows was also great He was knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, and was willing to work with me and the other contractor in getting the job done The door is beautiful I would recommend this company to anyone

On July 3, 2017, representatives of Renewal by Andersen *** *** *** installed three Andersen replacement windowsIn the process, they did cosmetic damage to the exterior window surrounds and the floor of the houseThey have repaired the exterior damage so that is no longer an issueThey left a series of very deep gouges in the laminate floor arranged linearly parallel to and about three feet from the front window, approximately along the edge of where they had placed their dropclothAndersen does not dispute that they caused the damageThe gouges went completely through the patterned surface of the laminate, exposing the base material, and were quite blatant and unsightlyThe repairs to the exterior were performed on a second visit by Javier on July set up by Senior Service Technician* *** *** On that visit, without a word to me,*** filled the gouges with a wood filler product that did not come close to matching the laminate.*** saw what he had done, agr

The install with Renewal by Anderson San Francisco was a fiascoThe RBA guys botched their install during a major rain and wind storm, opening up my home to the full fury of the storm and trashing my new deckNow, months later as the clock and inconvenience ticks on, they still have not resolved the damage they caused, dragging their feet and making up excuses and saying it could take another year with their insuranceThe RBA guys didn't properly protect my deck during their installation; rather they took the wet cardboard from the packaging of the new doors, tore them open and spread them out as a pathway on the deck and inside my home on the carpetAfter two days of severe rain and wind they added loose flimsy plastic runners for the next two days (still during the storm) that slid around on top of the cardboard thick with white grime and muddy paste they created from pounding the stucco and sheet rock out of my home and tromping on it tracking it everywhereThe RBA team was a
