FOR A DESIGN CONSULTANT, [redacted] TO MEET WITH US ABOUT PURCHASING WINDOWS. AFTER BEING SHOWN THE COST, WE TOLD HIM WE WANTED A FEW DAYS TO THINK ABOUT IT AND WAS PRESENTED WITH A "3 DAY NOTICE OF CANCELLATION" THAT WOULD HALT EVERYTHING IF WE DECIDED NOT TO ORDER. This past Monday I had windows replaced I took the day off and promptly at 0800, [redacted] and [redacted] showed up I was anxious to see the new Renewal by Andersen windows on the rental property I asked a few questions which were answered professionally and assuringly I cannot recommend them enough for their professionalism, great customer service, job knowledge and neatness They did not leave a mess, they were very clean They even cleaned the new windows and made sure the windows fit perfectlyThey showed me how to take care of the windows The windows they removed were the original, leaky (you could stand outside by the window and feel air coming out of the house through the panes, even though the panes were resealed every year) casement windows which were installed when the house was built in The house looks great! Many thanks goes to the trio of installers! **

We had all of our windows and the sliding glass door replaced last week on our one-story Tucson houseThe salesman was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure usWe had done our homework and saw many window vendors in TucsonBecause of the extreme heat in Tucson we were sure vinyl windows would not last very longI had used Anderson windows on our previous home in NYC with excellent results On Wednesday, [redacted] and [redacted] our two installers arrivedIn one day they had all the windows installedThe next day, all the trim and caulking was largely finishedOn Friday they finished all the trim work and cleaned up all the debrisFinally all the windows were cleaned and sprayed with silicone so they would slide smoothlyBefore they left they conducted a complete walk through on the operation of every window In the end, we couldn't have been more happy with the installation
