I made my appointment with Renewal by Andersen and when I received the call to confirm I was asked if my husband would be homeI stated that he wouldn't and they said they wanted both decision makers to be homeI explained that in relation to our home I am the sole decision maker and explained when the appointment was made I already explained this and it was fine***, I believe her name was, explained that must have been said by corporate but that apparently in Tucson this is not the caseReally? It's and I have to have my husband home or you won't meet with me and give me a quote? I told them they could either honor their appointment or lose a customerThey didn't show today so I'm left to discern that this is how they treat womenMy husband asked me if I wanted him to write me a noteI told him are you kidding me? I don't need a note to conduct businessI'm a homeowner and this place has lost my businessI will be reporting them to corporate as well as the Revdex.com for discriminatory practices as well as telling everyone I know about this experienceTucson in many ways is still a small town and word travels fastRenewal by Andersen in this day and age you should be ashamed of yourselves
Very happy with our total home/garage windows (28) and sliding doors (2) replacements - great product and company to work with...they certainly were professional through every stage of the process...purchase, installation, stucco and paintingThey provided total customer service which is something we do not always experience these days Have already recommended them to several friends

*** Steve, and Captain *** did an excellent job with our windows and sliding kitchen door They were very efficient with their time, respectful, and overall nice guys They left the areas cleaner than they found them, and the quality of the product exceeds our expectations You get what you pay for when it comes to windows, and they truly are the best
We had our back door and a window done by renewal and our experience was greatThe product is very expensive but it's top of the line and you receive a lifetime warrantyThe company communicates and keep me informed every step along the way till we received our productOur installation was great *** and *** were professional and talk to me about any issues we had along the wayAnd immediately found a solution to make sure our door and window were installed perfectly and properlyIf we could we would have changed our all our windows but for us it will be a project over the years because of the priceBut like I said it is top of the line product we are so happy with the finished product
