*** ***We did meet with the person appointed to my case but she wanted me to settle for the huge payment and horrible contract they originally gave me! She was no help at ALL, she wanted me to call the contractors and pled for a drop in payment! That's all she offered me

and, as such, you have options with respect to the financing and the term. The financing will not affect your property taxes until you decide how you want to proceed, your project is complete, and you authorize payment to the contractor by signing the HERO Completion Certificate.
