This issue has not been resolved with HERO and I am unable to respond to the message, I have also called your phone number but the automated system keeps looping

The HERO Program had assigned an experienced officer that has been in telephone contact numerous times and met with you in-person at your residence in an effort to understand and work to resolve your complaint. *** ***We did meet with the person appointed to my case but she wanted me to settle for the huge payment and horrible contract they originally gave me! She was no help at ALL, she wanted me to call the contractors and pled for a drop in payment! That's all she offered me

Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. The HERO Program pays contractors at the completion of the project and only after homeowners authorize payment by signing the HERO Completion Certificate. According to our records, you have not authorized payment to the contractor
and, as such, you have options with respect to the financing and the term. The financing will not affect your property taxes until you decide how you want to proceed, your project is complete, and you authorize payment to the contractor by signing the HERO Completion Certificate. I will call one more timeHowever the resolutions you've proposed so far have been unreasonableMy mortgage increased a great dealI was unaware this was going to happenI'm expected to pay several thousand dollars nowOver the lifetime of this loan interest Incrues at a rediculous rateI've spoken to three different individuals and they all said pretty much the same thingPay off the loan in full now or pay over yearsHero is taking advantage of people & I don't plan to let this happen to other peopleThis is a scam similarly like the mortgage scam in 2004-where people were losing there homes because of balloon payments & unknown mortgage increases
