the financing term/length, the interest rate and estimated annual amount added to your property tax billAlso, included is an acknowledgement that your payments will be added to your property tax bill including an estimated amount of your first paymentWith each set of financing documents being emailed to you, a HERO Program Services Representative made calls to you confirming the contractor, scope of work, term of the financing, payments will be repaid through your property taxes, what your estimated annual cost will be, what your estimated monthly cost will be, the overall cost of the project and if the cost will fit into your financesOur intention was to keep you completely informed of scope and cost of the project. We make every effort to be completely transparent through the process and allow for several touch points to the customer for questions and clarificationWe also have Program Services Representatives available days a week from am to pm most days of the week for assistance and questionsI am sorry that you feel that you were not advised of how the financing is processed and what the cost is. This company never call  us I spoke to them one time with the salemen  holding the phone and telling me what to say I feel this company is a scam how many other completes has the company  had thats  people are saying the same thing.

My grandmother [redacted] has contacted the business numerous times, has contacted the salesman, [redacted] and nothing has been done thus far. I [redacted], granddaughter of [redacted] have called all of the contacts that have been made available to me, and I have yet to speak to anyone that can help. I have left a number of messages, and no one has returned my call. This matter will not be resolved over the phone, I have tried that more than once!

I want out of this contract. If I am not allowed out of this contract this will be bad for me as well as the Hero program. This program is supposedly backed by the government. I'm sure the government is not aware of the practices going on with Hero. I'm sure the government is unaware that there are many people like myself that feel they have been duped or scammed by the Hero program.  The Hero program is running a scam. I will do everything I can to inform my friends, family, & the public about the hidden agenda of the Hero program. This program is very similar to the mortgage crisis back in 2004-2006. I don't want other people to fall victim to this & I don't plan on going away without getting the word out.
