It has been 2 months and still no response of wood pulling away from house. They do not want the lifetime warranty.

I have called the Renovate America business and the man [redacted] I spoke with was nice but only able to take my information and pass along as has been done before and I have yet to hear from anyone who can make any decisions or help. I will wait for the business to perform the response that was promised. If it does and they are willing to make things morally and ethically right then I will consider it resolved.
