Rentals America

I used rentals America for the past three years,as a landlord and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them! They always worked very hard to find me qualified tenants that would take care of my property the way that I did when I lived in it for 7 years. I made the decision to sell my house and unfortunately I had to separate from rentals America. However, if I continued to rent my house I would definitely stay with them! Great people!!

Mr. [redacted] truly blew me away with his professionalism. He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I felt appreciated. He apologized on behalf of his employee for falling short on customer service;  refunded my application fees and an additional amount for the time that was wasted. His generosity has completely turned my experience around. He took the time to explain the whole process and also advised me of tips for my future searches which I really appreciated. Mr. [redacted] knows what customer service is and he showed that in his actions. I want to Thank Mr. [redacted] for caring enough to contact me within hours of my complaint and going above and beyond to make it right.

Thank you for the reminder, however this issue was resolved shortly after the complaint was placed.  We immediately contacted [redacted] to get familiar with the situation and correct the service issue.  [redacted] explained the problem she experienced and we offered her a full refund of her application fees plus an additional $100 for the hassle.  We've also re-trained some staff to help ensure that a similar service problem like this doesn't happen again. She was appreciative of the offer and wrote the attached email showing that she contacted the Revdex.com to state that she was very satisfied with the resolution.I spoke with the Revdex.com last week and sent an email to [redacted], as directed, to ensure the matter was settled and corrected reflected on our profile.Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.[redacted]President, Rentals America[redacted]

We've reviewed the disputed items and are working with the tenant and owner to make adjustments to the deposit charges.  A revised deposit disposition will be created as soon as approved by the homeowner.

I have been a renter at Rentals America for almost 3 years and this is a great company to rent from. The staff is always nice and courteous and always have a smile on their face when ever I go in to there office. My rental agent Nancy always answers my phone calls with an upbeat attitude and makes me laugh and leavesmile me with an upbeat attitude when I hang up with her. I would recommend this agency to anyone who is either looking to rent a place or has one they are looking to rent out.

I was a tenant with this company for two years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. My property manager Nancy V[redacted] was always very friendly and willing to help. Maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner. I took care of the house as if it were my own, and as such, I received my full deposit back (including the pet deposit) without any issues. Nancy is great and I am very appreciative of her kindness over the past two years.

Our family have several rental properties in the Greater Phoenix area and they are all managed by Rentals America. Our point contact is Ms Nancy V[redacted]. She has been a God send. She is attentive, resourceful and very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend her service to any rental property owners in the area.

Dee M[redacted] is PM for my property at Gilbert. I can not say enough good things about her. She is just amazing. When tenants need our attention she quickly communicate back and forth and make sure things happen to resolve any issue. I needed a appraisal for my home and tenants were not available during the time slot. She made herself available which took care of my trouble. This is just exceptional. I have recommended few of my friends to this company. Dee is a very valuable employee for any company.

Rentals America is fantastic! They manage 2 rental homes for us. We were getting very discouraged with our last property managers and found RA through a friend. When there is something that needs to be attended to, they are fast and informative. Stephanie has been our contact and she is efficient, friendly and a joy to work with!!

I as a renter was poster child from a poorly ran property management company approximately 2 years ago. When Rental America took over, I have nothing to complain about. The transaction went smooth and [redacted] our property manager is very helpful, hard working, and resolve things in a timely manner. It's only been a few months but I have to say I am impressed and so far pleased enough to share my experience. Their fees are competitive. They communicate with me before they spend on repairs and maintenance (unlike my previous mgt co). They usually respond same day or next. Their website is useful with invoices and property info. Being a property owner, Rentals America is amazing. They love and tend my property as if it were there own. Any issues that come up, they are right there. They call and tell me whats going on, what my options are and we get things taken care of. Nancy V is an amazing manager and extremely friendly.
