Mrs*** signed up for our 14-day trial for two of our productsOur website states at the time of ordering, the terms of the offer, which include a monthly auto ship of the products if not cancelled within the trial period of daysWe have many customers who enjoy the timely, discrete
delivery of our quality product to their door step monthly.Mrs*** contacted customer service on 07/22/and on 08/22/Customer service advised of how the program worked and attempted to provide discounts on monthly shipments for the product offered, which Mrs*** declinedCustomer service proceeded to cancel the subscription in effort to resolve the issue.Regardless of the fact that we disclose the terms of the offer, we want to resolve the customer’s request under the circumstances they may have overlooked the terms of the offerOn 09/11/we have refunded $196.93(all July charges) and they should appear as a credit on the card used account in 3-days depending on their card issuerIn summary, the customer has now the requested charges from our company fully refundedAlso, the customer will not receive any more products.We do not want any product returned, they are for the customer to keep and use if they so desire.Thanks

Hello, After I sent in the complaint because of Renuvaderm's
refusal to accept the return of the product, I received an email this morning in which they say they are going to refund the total amount(Minus restocking fee) (whatever that is)The restocking fee is not listed anywhereI would like to keep the complaint so that anyone else who gets taken in by their scam will also get their money refundedTheir online add does not mention a fourteen day period of time before you are charged a second amount for the productThere was no mention of this secondary charge anyplace on the add that I sawI just want them to list those charges up front so that the consumer will not be taken in by "sale" prices and think it is a good dealThank you so much for your speedy reply! *** ***
