Ordered from this company on 5/10, have still not received my order (despite paying for it), and it is now 9/3. The company has not responded to my request for a refund.

Contacted several times since June 11. They have made several excuses as to why they cannot send hammock out. At first they said back order, then it was coronavirus kept shipment at port, then the warehouse had issues, then parent company issues. And since July haven't responded to emails.

I ordered a hammock in May and never received it but was charged. I contacted via emails and was told it was delayed so waited and the. Got emails about someone holding shipment and money so requested a refund. Was told it would be processed and it never was and now have stopped responding to communications. Website appears to still be up and taking orders and people’s money. They have essentially stollen money from me.

Ordered a chair from co. and was charged $127.49 on June 18th (Discover Card). I was told 5-7 days for shipping. I never received the product and the company is unresponsive to me cancelling my order for a refund. Every time I reached out to get an updated shipping date, I was told 1-3 more weeks. I decided I no longer wanted the product due to the shipping delay so I contacted the company to cancel my order and get a refund. I have contacted republic of durable goods to get my refund NUMEROUS (over 20x) times. They told me to contact Eva who is apparently the only one with authorization to issue a refund at republic of durable goods. I have since contacted her numerous times over several weeks to get a refund and have yet to get a response. The company keeps telling me Eva is the only person who can refund my account. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Like other reviewers have received nothing and I ordered in June. Very poor customer service don’t respond to anything. Purchase churched but no product. Done will file complaint and seek refund from credit card company

I ordered a product from this company on June 18, 2020. It’s been over two months and I haven’t received the product. The business claimed issues with the manufacturer and factory delays. They offered a refund, but I decided to wait. They are no longer responding to my emails. Several people are having the same issue and expressing their frustrations on the internet. This company stole money for customers by promising to deliver a product they don’t intend to produce! This needs to be shut down. We need our money back!

Ordered 2 mesh bug screens in July 2020. Company never sent and never refunded money $116. They responded that they were having issues with parent company and would be delayed. Now they no longer respond to any emails. There reviews shows several people with same issues.

Ordered two hammocks on May 24th and neither have arrived (as of August 25th). Last communication regarding delay in shipping was on July 10th. Company does not respond to inquiries. Credit card was charged and I have not been able to get a refund.

I ordered a Mock One hammock plus accessories (under-quilt & over-quilt) for $197.95 and my card was charged on 5/16/20. My order number was ***. My order confirmation said the product would ship on 5/31/20. When I hadn’t received my order by 6/7/20, I emailed to check. I got an email back, and then when I still hadn’t received my order by 6/20, I emailed again. I emailed again on 6/28, 7/29 & 8/16, but despite a number of promises that things were just delayed, still have not received my order.

I never received the portable hammock I ordered from Republic of Durable Goods. I placed the order on June 8th, 2020, and paid $134.99 via PayPal. On June 19th, I emailed them to see where the order was, and received a reply that my order was on backorder, and that it would be shipped as soon as possible. On June 27th, I emailed them again as I still had not received it. They again replied and said their contract warehouse was giving them major trouble, and they would ship it in 2-3 weeks. I was told I could contact them at *** if I wanted a refund. I decided to wait as I really wanted to still give this gift to my husband. On July 27th I emailed them again. I received a reply that said I should now contact *** or *** for updates as to the status of my order. I emailed both these addresses and have never received another response. I have messaged them on their Facebook page and gotten an auto reply that they received my message, but never any action. I have called them and left messages but no one responds.

We ordered 2 hammocks from this company around May and it took months to get to us after repeated emails explaining that there was some delay at their warehouse in China. They finally did arrive months later (around mid to late July) and when they did, one was missing parts to make it even functional (legs that hold the hammock). We tried reaching out to the customer service via chat, email and twitter with no response other than a "we'll get back to you within 2-3 business days. We've tried for a month now and still no response. Going to see what options we have with our credit card company since we received a faulty product. So disappointing as we were so excited to get it and had heard positive feedback from people who had had them for some time.

I ordered a hammock from Republic of Durable Goods May 29th and, as of today (8/18/2020), have not received it. Initially the customer service was acceptable and a representative was very apologetic, explaining there was a problem in the warehouse. I was told it would likely be another 2-3 weeks (a long time but I agreed to wait). When July approached, I still had not received my order and the company is now completely ignoring messages. My credit card company has credit the charge.

Ordered product in May 2020, received update in June that it would be delayed for an undetermined amount of time. Cancelled order in July and still have not received a refund as of August 15, 2020.

Products was ordered on June 2nd 2020 with a promised delivery date of June 10th. Items never arrived. Initially there was communication with the company that there were shipping delays so I agreed to wait a bit longer as shipping delays seemed very common due to the current pandemic. I have since requested a full refund and followed up numerous times to which I am no longer getting responses.

Just as the other reviews, ordered the product and charged June 17, 2020. Initially decided to wait for their supply/warehouse issues to resolve. Their customer service refused to give any specific information or dates. Requested a refund August 7th and haven’t received any responses. I will be working with my credit card company to try to get our money back.

I wrote directly to the CEO, CHRIS SVENSRUD and received a 'cheerful' auto-reply but have not been able to get anyone to actually help me. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company but very disappointed it had to come to this. The hammock looks good but you probably won't ever receive it.

Ordered product May 4, charged May 5. As of Aug 10, still have not received product or refund. First refund request made in June. Company responds they are having trouble with their warehouse. Have made multiple requests for refund, company is no longer responding.

Ordered *** beginning of June. Will not ship and refuses to refund $. Want a full refund IMMEDIATELY or I will contact police!

Neither of those companies responded. I again contacted republic of durable goods to get my refund. They told me to contact Eva who is with republic of durable goods. I have since contacted her numerous times over several weeks to get a refund and have yet to get a response. The company keeps telling me Eva is the only person who can refund my account.

I ordered two Mock One folding hammock chairs from Republic of Durable Goods on May 31st, 2020. They had indicated shipping would be June 12th. June 12th passed, and I inquired with them on when it would ship. They responded in a week or two.... well, that never happened. I followed up weekly, and then every couple days. They indicated they were in a legal battle with their shipping location, and that the shippers were holding goods. I eventually requested to get a refund of $237.99 on July 19th. They have stopped communication with me. When I send an email, I only get an automated response now.. "thank you for contacting... we will get back to you in a few days...". This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm at a loss of what I can do. They basically have stolen $237.99 from me, and will not ship my purchase, nor will they reimburse me. Please help. btw...
