These clients paid us to transfer of their properties for themWe were able to complete the first transfer with a few monthsThe 2nd transfer was stopped by their resort, [redacted] We have been working with our attorneys to get them to be more cooperative, but have been unable to get a response from themWe have not heard from this client in over a month and are still awaiting a response from [redacted] As we do stand by our 100% guarantee, the fees we charged for their second transfer will be refunded, a total of $2,will be mailed to them by the end of this week.%

I am haveing the same problem with resortbailout they will not respond to any e-mail or phone messageI have asked the status of my account after spending $1000s of dollar I think this is a proper question

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:1) I have been in contact with Resort Bailout Office every few weeks for the last two-three months, specifically speaking with ***, who informed me that Resort Bailout or Resort Holdings transferee had changed and they were waiting for a new person to come into the office to sign documents(going on for two months with this excuse)2) My contact details have not changed from the signing of contract, and numerous documents have been exchanged from resort holdings to myself over that time frame My last communication was recieved in January which stated they would be finalizing the transfer "soon".3) All my communications have been registered return reciept and every request from company has been responded to within days.4) My most recent attempts to call number provided goes to various extensions that do not pick up or no message feature Sincerely, [redacted]

we certainly do not have the lengthy history in these types of complaintsAs a matter of fact I believe we have a little confusion as you indicated that somebody was either buying or selling your unit for youwhen you signed on with our affiliate Resort bailout LLC you were sold the bailout
programthat program does not offer any sort of by back or rental nor does it offer any sort of resalewith that being said we have since discontinued the marketing of the bailout program as we now have new programs in its placehowever with that being said we still support the bailout program and would like to continue to support your transferwe know that the timeshare industry in general has many negative nuances howeverwe have a tremendous history with our satisfied clientsI would appreciate it if you would call our office Monday through Friday between the hours of a.mand p.mEastern Standard Time so that I may assist you in finalizing this account per our contractif the bailout program isn't the approach you would like to take there may be some other options that we could offer you however it all depends on your wants needs and qualificationplease get back to me as soon as possible so I may resolve your divestment of this liability

I have tried for over years now to get my timeshare issue resolved with this company E-mails are not answered, phone calls are not returned Sent a certified letter to company and no answer to that Last e-mail I received from them was on Tue, Dec 20:19:-stating "THIS ACCOUNT IS IN MY PRIORITY FOLDER! WE HOPE TO HAVE THIS COMPLETED BY DAYS ENDANDREW.L" Like I said above I have called, e-mailed to no availThey are sure pleasant with you and say they will help you but they have not helped me one bit except cause me mental anguish

*** *** hired our company to transfer timeshares for himWe completed of the transfers almost immediatelyThe 5th transfer has been blocked by his resort in the *** *** and cannot be completed.
The portion of *** ***'s total fee associated
with the transfer of this final resort is $1,
We agree, after aggressively trying to transfer this last resort to refund *** *** the $1,he paid for this transfer
Once our refund is accepted a check will be issued within business days

I am rejecting this response because: This business misrepresented themselves and processed falsehoods which was the only reason they have my money Like I said, if Mr *** had been upfront when I told him I was
not going to pay my maintenance fees I would have hung up the phoneAll he had to do was be honest and tell me if you are not going to pay your maintenance fees we cannot do a transferThere would have been no further conversation They have done absolutely nothing to even keep $of my money The supposed custom letters which were simply form letters which had my name and address added to them did not apply to my situation and still do not apply to my situation as I have not received any collection efforts from *** *** let alone had bad credit remarks from them on my credit report as the letters stated I feel strongly that they should refund my entire $as I have paid almost a year of interest on this money I would also like to have the address or telephone number of the owner of this company if I am unable to receive a full refund

I followed all instructions that were sent from the business. I received letters from all 3 credit bureaus rejecting the letter I sent per Resort Bailout's instructions. I have called and left a message to the supervisor [redacted] during business hours they stated in response letter and for one no one answered and two, my call was never returned til this day. The response from the business is not substantial and falsely stated.
