Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: For a company that has been in operation for more than 2 years I find it very unacceptable that you would suddenly be having issues with your mail room and not take any phones calls from [redacted] at the same time. As I have stated from the the beginning  I want my money returned because this company did not fulfill their part of the agreement
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Ms. [redacted] retained our help in getting her timeshare out of her name, which was accomplished in October 2014.
Her resort, [redacted], then reported her file delinquent on her credit, but if she had followed all the instructions in the paperwork she could have had...

that removed as fraud.
We have not heard from her since October 2014 until this complaint.
If she contacts our office anytime from 10m - 4pm EST we can resolve her credit issue easily.

These clients paid us to transfer 2 of their properties for them. We were able to complete the first transfer with a few months. The 2nd transfer was stopped by their resort,[redacted]. We have been working with our attorneys to get them to be more cooperative, but have been unable to get a response...

from them. We have not heard from this client in over a month and are still awaiting a response from [redacted].
As we do stand by our 100% guarantee, the fees we charged for their second transfer will be refunded, a total of $2,125 will be mailed to them by the end of this week.%

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: This is a straight out Lie from the business. They have never tried to resolve this matter since the credit dispute was awarded to them. I would love to just fax them the paper work that they need to get this over with. They have never ever contacted me and said that they needed anything.  Don't you think I would cooperate with them because they were already paid. why would I not get them what they want. They have my $2000.00 dollars. they will not talk to me answer my calls or return any of the messages that I have left on the voice mail system. This is down right rude and very bad business to blame me. They have my $2000.00 now get them to finish the job.  I am sick and tired of all the games and sneaky stuff this business has done. If you [redacted] their name you will see many of the same types of complaints. I have copies of people's complaints that are very similar to mine. I paid them now I want them to finish there job or return my money $2000.00. Please help me
Sincerely,[redacted]

This client's account was suspended when he submitted a chargeback through his credit card company. After going back and forth with them for months the dispute was awarded in our favor.
Once the dispute ended with the merchant, his file was reviewed and the transfer process continued....

At this point we are waiting on notarized documents from the client to proceed. We cannot submit the transfer without these notarized documents.
Once we receive his notarized documents, his file will be submitted for transfer.

We can agree to a 50% refund.

Review: Aug 2014 I contracted with Resort Holdings to transfer my time share contract with [redacted]. They were paid in advance and agreed to transfer and sell the time share. Months of various certified documents were transmitted to Resort Holdings, Received limited communications also paid various transfer fees as requested by Resort Holdings. Jan 2015 I received communications that my transfer was in final stages and final transfer documents were being prepared. All the time, I have kept maintainence fees up to date with [redacted]. Now 4 quarterly payments later, no transfer. When I finally make contact (monthly) I am told that they have not been able to get the company's signatory to sign documents. (now 4 months of this) Frustrated and concerned I have been scammed by this company.hDesired Settlement: complete the transfer as contracted and paid for

I am rejecting this response because:

I have tried for over years now to get my timeshare issue resolved with this companyE-mails are not answered, phone calls are not returnedSent a certified letter to company and no answer to thatLast e-mail I received from them was on Tue, Dec 20:19:-stating "THIS ACCOUNT IS IN MY PRIORITY FOLDER! WE HOPE TO HAVE THIS COMPLETED BY DAYS ENDANDREW.L" Like I said above I have called, e-mailed to no availThey are sure pleasant with you and say they will help you but they have not helped me one bit except cause me mental anguish

Review: We contracted with Resort Holdings to transfer title to a timeshare property with [redacted] and paid them a tidy sum of money. It took them several months to get the transfer done. We signed the papers in April, transferring title to another individual. As of yesterday, September 2, 2015, the title transfer has not been completed. We were billed 2016 maintenance fees of over $1200 by [redacted] which we were forced to pay to salvage our credit. I have tried every day for the last week to call them and constantly get a message that says all their agents are busy and to leave a message. I have left 5 messages and no one has called me back. The person who sent us the paperwork is Sarah D[redacted]. We only have 1 number to contact them and they never answer the phone nor do they return calls.Desired Settlement: One of two things will satisfy this complaint: 1. They can get the transfer completed to [redacted] and return my $1200 that I shouldn't have had to pay, or 2. They can refund the fee we paid for them to transfer the property because they can't seem to get that done. Lack of faithful performance and failure to adhere to the contract we signed are two compelling reasons for this complaint.

Review: We hired Resort Holdings to help us legally help us get rid of an unwanted Time Share we own. Over a period of time and working with different employees there we gave them money adding up to over $3,000 to take care of everything for us. In trying to get confirmation that everything was now complete, we never received this verification and now we can't reach them because their phone numbers we used are now all disconnected. I am not only embarrassed but really mad at myself for falling for this scam, but I found out later I wasn't the only one getting bilked by this bunch of crooks. I wish they could be put out of business because I'm sure more people will be scammed by them and other companies just like them. Here are some names of people we worked with as they scammed us , which could be fictitious: Sara D[redacted],, Jeff G[redacted], Louis S[redacted], and Maria (last name?)

Jeff G[redacted] said he worked in the Transfer Dept & called his company or division of it 'Strategic Divestments'.Desired Settlement: For the completion of the disposal of the Time Share or a complete refund of the money we sent to them.

Review: We have a contract with Resort Holding to release us from our Timeshare, Vacation ownership with 2 different resorts. This has not occurred. We have attempted to contact them about the progress on our account, by phone and by mail and email with no response. We have followed the procedure that they presented in the contract and have seen no results.Desired Settlement: We would like our fees refunded that we had to pay upfront to start the process.
