Booked Azure in Okaloosa Island Fl in December 2019 from 5-15 to 5-22 with Wyndham. Recently the governor banned beach rentals due to Covid-19 Until the 19th. Wyndham is refusing to refund payment on a stay they CAN NOT honor. Offered a credit on future stay! I've rented from this company for over 20 years.... never again!

Confirmed reservation #307525 placed and secured with deposit on 2/1/2020 for Palm Beach Club 7/8-7/12 for the PCB Air Show. Yesterday, 88 days later I get phone call as a notification lands in my in box showing my reservation has been cancelled and they have moved me to another property that is considered an Upgrade at no additional cost. I was unable to view this mysterious new condo on line as I was told but I did find 3 units available at Palm Beach Club at Vacations.com which is the site that lures you into this bait and switch operation. I had concerns before I made the reservations and wrote to them regarding all of the negative reviews of their operations and was assured I would not experience any issues... With the exception of the pending credit for the deposit our experience unfolded exactly as the negative reviews warned. I no longer trust the Wyndham Brand and will begin warning Everyone that I come in contact with to do the same. There needs to be a Negative Star rating your site forces you to select at least 1 star to be able to post.

A National Emergency has been declared and we are experiencing a Pandemic. My home state has been restricted from traveling to FL and we have had to cancel our kids wedding due to all of this. You would think that they would make some allowances but they refuse to give us any kind of monetary refund. Due to loss of income for who knows how long we are not able to book some future vacation. They will not even allow me to speak to a manager or supervisor. I can only have my name put on a list. I'm sure Emerald Isle is a nice place to stay but I would scroll blindfolded through Craig's List to find accommodations before EVER renting anything through Wyndham Vacation Rentals or ResortQuest.....EVER.
