This operation is at a very minimum, poorly run. At worst it is possibly a scam.
Ordered several items on 2/24/20. Received an order number and purchase confirmation. And my credit card was immediately charged. This is that last I have heard from this company.
After a 3 week silence I contacted the company via e-mail. Received a snotty reply from someone named Todd. I asked that they either get my order to me tout suite or post a refund to my cc. We shall see.
Responded to Todd's e-mail. My response bounced due to a configuration problem on their end. Possibly because I was blocked after my initial e-mail complaint?
After receiving such an unprofessional response from this fellow I looked on the Revdex.com web site and found that this company has over a half dozen recent complaints about similar or identical issues: failure to deliver paid for items. And an "F" rating!!!!!
I purchased similar items from several other online clothing retailers that same day that I place this order. All of those orders were fulfilled quite some time ago.
I'm posting this review mostly for other who may be considering making purchases with this company. When I purchase something, pay for it and it isn't delivered in a timely manner, I expect an apology....not attitude, from the seller. This is obviously not a company that I would ever patronize again. Caveat emptor.

Unfortunately what is being stated in only half truths. The customer placed an order and within the specified time frame of 2 weeks (we print on demand) and a USPS tracker was provided. What this individual fails to mention is their rants and raving over Revdex.com complaints and Attorney Generals making threats from nearly the beginning. We provided a detailed response. We offered assistance. We provided a tracker the minute it went out. This customer was unhappy from the very beginning and appears to use every opportunity to make threats and use Revdex.com and other threats (we have the emails and can provide support of this) so they feel empowered. We never blocked their email even though they kept up that excuse as well. We never would ever do that. This is a customer that seems unhappy and uses tools like Revdex.com and Attorney General threats so they can feel better about hurting small Veteran owned businesses who have been performing and helping other Veterans for over 12 years with quality designs and products. Its a shame they were butt hurt over issues they created and make it seem like it was us. Really very sad.

This business is now threatening me with legal action for posting a negative but highly accurate review of the problems I have had dealing with this Todd person. This alone ought to be ample reason for any prospective customers to avoid thsi company!

I placed a order with this company and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I felt compelled to write this review because I feel a company deserves credit when credit is due. I purchased a Marine challenge coin on 2-9-2020 it was in the mail on 2-10-2020 and was delivered to my mail box on 2-14-2020. I can say my experience with this company was A+ and I highly recommend this company and I will for sure do business with again. I received a quality product at a fair price and turn around time was excellent. Thank you from a satisfied customer.

I placed an order, with Todd and his team, for a Christmas gift for my husband and could't be more satisfied with the overall purchase experience. The products (O EIGHTS caps and O EIGHTS t-shirts) were of great quality; my husband absolutely loved them. Both the caps and t-shirts fit perfectly, were true to size and the material is of high quality. Communication and customer service were excellent, with e-mails and telephone calls returned promptly, throughout the ordering process. Products were mailed and received in time for the holidays, just as promised. I highly recommend Vision Strike Wear and will use their company for future purchases.

I received the wrong item and that’s fine. I contacted them multiple times both phone and email and no one has ever contacted me. I didn’t ask for a refund. I asked for the right item be shipped and I will send this back. I had someone else email them and they replied to them but when found out it was me stopped responding. Worst customer service.

Honestly right after I contacted you guys they responded back to me and all has been resolved. My complaint number is *** and my name is *** . Thank you.

I ordered 14 coins from this company, at over $250, and I only received one coin. I thought the best of the company at first, and sent a message advising that I had a concern that my order wasn't complete. Days went by and no response. Sent a couple more messages, and received no response.

I contacted my credit card company and requested a refund of credit, due to lack of service, minus the cost of one coin. I immediately received a response from Vision Strike Coins advising that they were going to hire a collection agency for payment, plus the cost of contracting the collection agency. Within the messaging advising that the collection would be sought, Vision Strike Coins provided a USPS tracking number.

I am currently in contact with the US Postal Service Inspector to investigate the use of the postal service to commit fraud and theft. The tracking number will validate that the weight of the package would not equal the weight of 14 coins as ordered, and support my claim that I only received one coin, which was paid for. the information has also been forwarded to my credit card collection investigator.

This company never answered my concerns, and when I contacted my credit card for a reverse of payment, the company threatened me through the use of a collection agency for payment on merchandise that was never sent.

We reviewed the information regarding the receipt of only 1 coin. When I spoke with our fulfillment vendor who handles the mailing of our coins they had originally informed me 14 coins have been sent. I met with them this morning and they confirmed with me that they had only sent 1 even thought he information provided to us reflected 14. We are very sorry for the confusion. All collections efforts have ceased associated with your chargeback and your credit has not been affected. If you wish to purchase these coins again I am very happy to be of assistance. We have them in stock and can get them mailed out for you.

I will forward this information to my credit card investigator and to the US Postal Service Inspector regarding my complaint of Fraud. It is unfortunate that Vision Strike Coins chose to send a collection agency to collect funds, without respecting the customer's immediate concerns and verifying that the order was incomplete as stated by the customer.

We are rejecting this review. Customer was emailed several times asking for confirmation of order number so wee could provide an order status. We fill all orders received/. All products we custom print or make and have production lead times.

I placed my order and had no problems. The personnel were very courteous and professional. I received my order in a reasonable amount of time. Totally happy with the product I ordered.

Just placed my second order with WSW. Their ring spun tees are high quality and have the contemporary athletic fit as advertised; the transfers stay put through repeated laundering. On my second order, it arrived with a small smudge on the back shoulder, likely brushed against the screen print machine when it was removed and some design color transferred. I sent Todd a pic; he immediately responded, apologized, processed a new shirt. In the meantime I was able to remove/scrape off/launder out the stain, and I emailed to let him know all was good, no need to replace, or if he did, please charge me. No something for nothing from a VOB! He still sent the shirt and would not accept payment for the second shirt. I'll do business with them again!

This summer, I placed an order online. Vision Strike Wear made sure to take their money immediately. After almost 2 months I had not received the merchandise or an email stating it was shipped or that there would be a delay. I emailed their customer service requesting a status and received a generic auto response stating they would get back to me as soon as possible. I never received a response following that email. A month following that I sent another email to customer service requesting a refund and stated I would contact the Revdex.com if I had no response again. I received the same generic auto response and have heard nothing from the company.

I placed an order on June 4, 2019 with the advertisement of orders being processed and shipped within 10-14 business day. After not receiving the product 2 weeks after the initial time frame I emailed the company. After several emails, messages on Facebook, and trying to call the phone number, I finally was able to obtain the owners cell phone number. I spoke to him in July and he said he would look into my order and that they had combined businesses and moved to a new location. I never heard back from him. On August 1, 2019 I text him asking for a refund. He said he would process my refund in the morning. I have never received the refund or the merchandise. I just want my money back.

I placed an order with this company on 6/14/19 order # ***. I have not received my shirt and I have e-mailed them several times and my wife has as well and they will not reply. I called their phone number several times and it rings for a while and then just goes to a busy signal. I want to know what's going on with my order. This is unacceptable

Very sorry. We are in the middle of moving our offices. We have been away geting things set up. Please email us and we will gladly get a status for you. We do not accept Revdex.com as any form of interation or form of communication with our offices and reject their status in society.

I ordered 2 t-shirts on May 23, 2019. My credit card has been billed for $41.47 and I have yet to receive my t-shirts. I have contacted Vision Strike Wear 4 times. ( 2 phone calls and 2 e-mails ) Still haven't heard from them.

My complaint # *** Concerning the T-shirts at Vision Strike Wear has been resolved. The company finally sent me the t-shirts. Thank you for your help.

My order was placed with no problems. When it came to processing my order there was some issues. However, I reached out to Todd and communicated with him about the issue. He was extremely helpful and we got my order back on track. I received my items three days later. The quality of the items was very detailed and high quality.

I ordered a hoodie over a month ago through one of their affiliate site (***) and never received it, I emailed them twice and never received a responses , reach out through their messenger on Facebook, also never replied back, how do I go about getting the item that I ordered

I ordered an Item over two month ago from that web site , order number ***-*** , I never received the item paid for , then I file a complaint about a month and a half after I order the hoodie, Sean L replied to the complaint and stated that he will immediately send the item paid for. a week later I received a tshirt which was not what I ordered, I emailed Sean and he apologized again and stated that he will resend the item and to keep the tshirt. to this day I still have not received the item that I paid for. we reach out to them through email, facebook, and instant messages, we never received a replied back from them . th

the message from the business stating that they "Good Morning. The USPS tracking number for your order is ***. It was shipped on 7-22-2019"

was the wrong Item, I emailed Sean l*** as you can see from my screenshot that they sent me the wrong Item, A hoodie was ordered and I received a tshirt. he even stated that he will send the correct item right away on July 25 which never happened.

Very sorry sir. We have been undergoing some significant chnages with fulfillment and printing and hope to have your order completed this week.

I ordered merchandise (T-Shirt @ $27.71) on May 23, 2019. Product was never received. I attempted contacting Vision Wear multiple times through their phone number and by customer contact e-mails on their website (at least 5-6 times combined over several weeks) to get a status on the order. They charged my VISA card for the full amount of $27.71 on the day of the order May 23rd) They have never responded to any of the status inquiries by either method and specifically on their phone line (503-683-1013) you just hear a recording that says leave your name, order number and phone number and they will respond quickly. Never happens! Meanwhile, my VISA bill has been received and I had to pay the amount.

We do not recognize this person nor did he contact us with an order number so we could provide assistance.

I ordered a product from Vision Strike Wear about 2.5 years ago. The product was very late in arriving, and the wrong item had been sent. The staff was very rude and unreasonable in trying to resolve the dispute and attempted to have a collection agency coerce me into paying about four times the charge for an item I had returned already. The problem was solely due to the ineptitude (or possibly inebriation) of the company employees. I thought the problem was ended, but I started receiving harassing and obscene phone calls from a restricted number. I blocked the calls on my phone, and thought the problem was over. Recently, I started receiving threatening and obscene emails from *** which are worded very similarly to the earlier phone calls and that seem to be mentioning the earlier problem with Vision Strike Inc. (See emails below). Apparently the proprietor has been exposed for other scams he has tried to pull through Vision Strike and has changed his comany's name to *** and trying to continue his bad practices.

We are deeply concerned for the well being of Mr ***. Sadly he appears very upset for someone who stole from our company several hundreds of dollars of merchandise. What Mr *** seems to neglect is that he was placed in collections because he was sadly mailed an incorrect order. We did the following to correct this for Mr ***.

1. We emailed him prior to the arrival of the merchandise.

2. We emailed him a prepaid return postage envelope so he could send the order to the customer located in NY who was the recipient of *** order. The customers were mailed each other's order accidentally. The gentleman in NY was so wonderful; that he mailed *** his order. Sadly *** was not seem to possess the same level of honesty as our customer in NY clearly demonstrated.

3. Because *** refused to open the email withe prepaid postage with him claiming he "doesnt open emails from people he doesn't know" even when we told him that we were emailing him prepaid postage he still refused. So instead of *** mailing to the person in NY his order *** kept it for himself. This has been documented with emails and replies from ***.

4. Instead of making the customer in NY wait we printed AT NO ADDITIONAL cost the oirder that was to be sent from *** to NY. We took care of this for our customer so he would receive our order. THis is how we do business.

5. Mr *** refused to return the merchandise THAT DID NOT BELONG TO HIM and was subsequently placed into collections were he then filed a SCAM REPORT that is so filled with his lies it baffles the sanest of individuals.

So ladies and gentlemen Mr *** a supposed Veteran is both a liar and a thief and uses lies to discredit those who would help others and its customers to ensure they receive their order. Mr *** we promise to stop telling the truth if you promise to stop telling lies. Good day sir and please never come back.
