On May 2nd 2019 I ordered 2 shirts and 1 decal from Vision Strike Wear, it was supposed to ship in 10-14 days, I have tried calling their phone number multiple times and it rings 3-4 times then goes to a busy signal

In December of 2018 I made an order for shirts for my organization at my command. The shirts were only supposed to take a few weeks to be printed and delivered. Similar to other reviews, every time I contact the company there is another reason why the shirts have not shipped. The company took the payment in December 2018 in the amount on $1100. When I asked for a refund, the company said that I would only get a partial refund because the already ordered the shirts. Frustrated I asked them to just finish the order. As of May 2018, it has 5 months since the order was paid for and still no shirts. At this point our association would just like a full refund.

You were given a recent date of production. That email was sent to you. We are producing the shirts along withthe art work created for you.

Placed an order almost 2 months ago. Waited the 14 days for preparation as stated on their rules of engagement page, have sent a number of emails with no response and fear I'm now out over $160 dollars.

My coworkers and I began working with Vision Strike Wear back in November to order shirts for my Company. My coworker paid a $100 non-refundable deposit towards constructing custom artwork for our shirt. The organization delivered the artwork around December/January. By January 8, I pre-paid, in full, for all of the shirts based on the prices given and amount ordered ($1665.00). After that, Todd G, the representative, stopped replying to e-mails, texts, and phone calls for days and weeks at a time. When he did reply, we got excuses about how their printers were backlogged or they were in a legal dispute with Amazon, although he promised us shirts 7-10 days after we paid.

In April, I told Todd I'd had enough and I wanted a refund. I had no shirts and no estimated delivery date, even after repeated conversations where he told my coworkers that our shirts were a top priority and he would have a date within a week. This occurred over the phone at least three times. He told me that I owed $475 for the artwork they created. This also begs the question of "what was the initial $100 for?" On April 24, 2019, I asked Todd to provide me with a copy of the artwork without a watermark, if I was paying $475 for them to create it. I waited a week and Todd did not respond, so I issued a chargeback for the full amount to American Express. Vision Strike Wear did not contest and I was returned the full credited amount.

Today, I received an e-mail from Todd to a debt collector saying that I needed to be placed in collections for $475 and $50 in chargeback fees. I still have not received the artwork and with the dispute closed, they are now going behind the credit card company to collect.

The dispute was just received. There was no opportunity to respond to the dispute because it was received 5-14-2019. Secondly completion of the sketch for 100.00 was completed followed by completion and approval of the art which took many hours to complete. Both services were provided, both pieces of art were approved. Because those designs were completed and those services were rendered you will be charged for them. You decision to cancel is yours of course but the work we performed was delivered and we expect to be paid. Thirdly we offered a partial refund but since we had to deal with additional things last week were were unable to complete the partial refund. 475.00 is the cost of the highly detailed and involved artwork our art team completed. We expect to be paid for this. Once we are paid for this we will deliver the artwork without the watermark as previously agreed upon. With a dispute now open we will either require the dispute to be closed so the partial refund (the artwork in the amount of 475.00) can be paid for by you or you can arrange the payment with collections. We have designed and delivered completed artwork. We expect to be paid for it. The choice is how you wish to arrange payment at this point. That decision is yours. I Can open an *** jsut as easily as you can open a Revdex.com and go that route if you wish. Our suggestion is pay for the art that we completed and we will send it to you as requested once funds have been received. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because it is just another excuse. They have had almost three weeks to reach out for a response and honestly six months to resolve this issue when it started in January. All, I asked for was the artwork and gave ample time, and I still have not received it. When I paid for the shirts I was not told $475 was non-refundable, and when I was informed of this after asking for a refund, they still did not and have not supplied the artwork without a watermark. Furthermore, they are now threatening me with debt collection and an erroneous complaint through military channels. They have not delivered a single thing to prove I owe them any money.

Your associate *** was sent art both sketch and the final art and approved the art. You will be billed for the work we completed. You can cancel the order but you will be paying for the work that was completed. That is not negotiable. And yes if we need to take this up with *** we certainly will. We hope not but if forced we will.

04/03/2019 I placed an order for a custom decal for my truck. The invoice # is ***-***. The purchase was made on my VISA debit card for $13.00. At 8:13 PM, I received a confirmation e-mail regarding my purchase. The confirmation e-mail stated to allow 14 days for custom orders to be shipped. On the 23rd of April, almost 3 weeks after my purchase, I sent an e-mail to Vision Strike Wear asking about the status of my purchase. I did not receive a reply or response back. Now, 6 days after my email, I still find myself less $13.00 and no decal. I sent another e-mail today indicating that a complaint would be filed with the Revdex.com as well as the FBI internet crime complaint center. They responded with the standard cookie cutout response that left me even more frustrated. No one likes to pay for goods or services and receive nothing in return. No attempt was made to contact me after my initial e-mail. I had to threaten them to get a response of any kind. This is no way to do business; especially from a company who claims to be veteran owned...serving vets.

I am rejecting this response because: Business made attempt via e-mail correspondence with Marine (?) to reconcile issue by stating he would send me a challenge coin (***) in place of decal they were unable to provide/deliver in a timely manner, because their printer died of a heart attack (?) There is a 6 dollars difference between the decal and the coin. The company was told they could charge the extra $ 6 dollars to my card to cover the difference. I have heard NOTHING from the business since this last email with the Marine (?). I was hoping that he was going to reconcile this. Should I receive the challenge coin as offered in a reasonable period of time, I would consider the issue to be closed. Thus far, this company has taken $13.00 dollars from me (4/3/19) and I have received NOTHING. The response from the business to my complaint speaks to their mindset in totally disregarding their obligation to provide a product(s) as advertised. They seem to be quite adept at diversion and belittling their customers. Until I receive a challenge coin, a decal, or a complete refund, my complaint stands.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not believe a word these people say. Their response to me after learning that I had filed a Revdex.com complaint was, and I quote, " Who do you think you are ? We do not acknowledge the Revdex.com."

I have been made whole through my financial institution who reimbursed the $ 13.00 I foolishly squandered on these scammers.

Nasty people at VSW. Poorly run company with no business ethic. Their business practice is a direct reflection of the LCPL. VSW does not communicate with their customers. They like to trash the people who provide them with income, and are not remorseful. They treat their customers with contempt and disdain. They are frauds, a collection of nitwits and numbskulls who are totally unable to operate a business enterprise at a functioning level.

The Revdex.com "F" rating is totally appropriate. I do not wish to waste anymore of my time with these fools at VSW. My money will be spent elsewhere...but VSW doesn't really care as evidenced by my own personal experience. BE FORWARNED.

In November of 2018 I made an order for shirts for my organization at my command. The shirts were supposed ready and delivered by now. Every time I contact the company there is another reason why the shirts have not shipped. For a veteran owned company, active duty clients would seem to have the prompt service from this company. It has been almost 5 months since the order was paid for and still no shirts.

Order has aLREADY SHIPPED ALONG WITH 10 EXTRA SHIRTS AND ADDED DECALS AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE

Placed an order on 12-02-2018 for 1 coin and engraving. After 2 weeks looked at my account and it still said processing. After several calls and emails to get some information on my order. I got no response. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I found a number on Revdex.com website from the owner answering his complaints. Todd I guess is his name does not care about his customers at all. l called the number and he responded with a text. I told him my issue. He looked it up and said he saw the order and he would get with the engraving dept the following Wednesday to see what was the problem and get back to me. Wed came and went Thursday came. I text him back, no response, sent another text Fri. He responds saying he would look into when he gets a chance next week. Because he has a lot going on with meetings. no apology no I'm sorry I haven't checked yet. Just I'm busy. I guess his time is more valuable than mine. I don't normally leave negative reviews but this is ridiculous. Only worried about new business without taking care of current customers. He got my money though.

I ordered 2 challenge coins from this company and understood timelines to receive my products. Well after those time lines passed I contacted the company via email several times with no responses. I finally received a reply and some cooperation then it stopped. I continued emailing and finally a response stating that the owner, I assume, was sick and needed time. I did but still explained there needs to be communication. The final straw that led me to Revdex.com was an associate of mine ordered some products and received them without issues. Lastly I have seen no posting on the site that orders were running late due to illnesses or down for that matter. All I want is my money back.

Buyer beware. I ordered. Three challenge coins from Vision Strike Coins as Christmas presents for some Vets on Nov 4. I received a package from the U.S. Post Office that has the empty Vision Strike envelope stamped with the words “ Received Without Contents” in Red. With the zip code 01889.
I e-mailed the company to telll them what happen two weeks ago and did not hear anything back. I e-mailed the company again a week later because. Their site doesn’t list any phone number.
So far to response.
Since I am Veterans Employment Representative for MA and a VFW member, I think I am obligated to let other Veterans not to do business with this company. Ripping Veterans offf is not a really good thing to do.

We are very sorry but we do not ship empty packages. This is clearly an issue of someone tampering with the mail. We are very sorry for your experience but once the items leave our offices we have little control over what USPS does to the parcels. Sadly this is an example of blaming someone who did the job correctly and not the USPS who clearly did not. In 11 years we have never once mailed an empty package to anyone.

Placed an order with Vision-strike. "Recieved email telling me, we require roughly 10-14 business days to print your order prior to shipping. After it leaves our production facilities, normal shipping times apply." 40+ days later no response. Their phone number is answered by another company and their address uses a box nr. The address is used by numerous companies. After emails and wasted phone calls I filed a complaint with my charge card. After concluding their investigation they dicided in my favor and refunded my money. I would think twice about using them as they are unreliable or bogus.

My wife ordered me a Marine Corps Challenge coin on October 15th, 2018, it was ordered from Devil Dog Shirts which is owned by Vision-strike. It never even shipped, we contacted them 5 times via email and they said they were checking into it, I finally got a phone number and talked to Todd who I informed that I would just like a refund, this was November 21st 2018, he told me he would do so first thing on the 22nd, this did not happen. He texted me that he found the order and that it had been engraved already and was ready a few days prior and that I would receive no refund because it was a customized item. He told me it would be shipped and a tracking number would be sent on 11/26/18, this has not happened and I have received no further information from anyone. The order number is Order #

Your item was custom engraved and the communication occurred over the Thanksgiving holiday timeframe when we were short staffed. Your item has been completed. We also have responded to every email you have sent to us and your phone calls and your text messages. I think what seems to be missing is that you dont understand that custom made products do in fact take time to compete and you are not our only customer we re working hard to assist. We appreciate the 5 emails, 3 phone calls and 3 text messages which were all responded to and we will provide the USPS tracker as quickly as possible. Thanks.

I am rejecting this response because: I was told it would be shipped that weekend by Todd, then that it would be shipped this Monday, then by Mike from customer service that it would ship today which it did not, I understand short staffing, holidays and the like fully, what I don't understand is how a premade coin takes the better part of two months to laser engrave or how telling someone over and over that you are checking on the status of the order and then never responding is how you handle your customer service, not to mention stating 3 different times an item would be shipped and then it still not happening. So which day will it ship? Tomorrow? Or the day after or 48 more days from now?

I worked with Todd from the company for several months paying for several designs of a specialty coin to be created for our company. Once a design had been agreed up, I paid for a 100 run set of coins to be created. Our coins were supposed to be created and delivered sometime in mid-July. However, after I paid the company the stated fee, I never heard back from them. After a month of following up, I was told they had a problem with their factory in China that produced the coins but they should be delivered to me in August. I followed up again with them in August and they said they were still behind in delivering the coins. In September, I asked again about when our coins would be delivered. At this point, Todd said he could not provide us with a definitive date for when our coins could be delivered.

At this point, I had already missed out on the marketing reasons for me ordering the coins in the first place so I asked to cancel the order since our coins still hadn't been made and get a refund. Todd said he'd refund the money to our PayPal account and two weeks later that still hasn't taken place. Despite numerous attempts to recover our funds, they appear to not want to honor either their agreement to produce our coins and deliver them or refund us our money.

Josh and I have communicated and met and the coins he ordered are getting produced. We dd experience some difficulty with our vendor and that has been resolved. We are moving ahead with his design and coins.

On August 5, 2018, I placed an order for twelve (12) military coins through Vision-strike-wear.com worth $221.70. After placing my order on line I did not receive an order confirmation stating details of my order. I was thinking maybe in a day or two I will get my order confirmation, but I did not. However, I still gave Vision Strike Wear the benefit of the doubt, thinking that they are experiencing massive orders and could not get back to me in a timely manner.
Two weeks has passed and no email nor correspondence from VSW. Third week has passed, this time I sent an email asking for status of my order. This time I checked my credit card and payment has been posted under Vision Strike Wear.com for $221.70.
On September 8, 2018 I emailed VSM asking again for status of my order, this time I mentioned in my email that I need an answer in three days, if I did not get an answer from them I will contact my bank (*** Credit Union) and report a possible fraudulent online purchase.
On September 11, 2018 I went to my bank and reported a possible fraudulent purchase and requested to retrieve my payment mainly for not receiving the order merchandise. I told my bank my additional course of action, trying to reach out to the merchant (vision strike wear.com) via email twice and also via phone but were all unsuccessful with zero response. Three days ago, I received in the mail a collection agency letter stating that I have to repay Vision Strike Wear the amount of $271.70. Asset Collectors, a collection agency also located in Portland, OR is charging me an additional $50.00 as part of a 3.52% charge added on top of *** fees incurred.
I don’t know what I did wrong? On top of not receiving the merchandise I ordered, I am being summoned to pay a bill coming from a collection agency, who is threathening me that they will ruin my credit if the amount of $271.70 is not paid within thirty days from the date they sent the billing collection fee. My actions are based on doing the right thing, protecting me

I ordered 2 shirts and 3 challenge coins. Their email said it would take from 10-14 days to process the order. I would be notified by email when the items shipped. The order was placed 09/05/2018. So far I have received nothing from the Company. I have written 15 emails and called 11 times to the Company with no response. I have even tried to cancel the order with no results. I think I have been ripped off. These items were for a *** reunion on 10/17/2018 in SC. I do not expect to see the items.

Sir we show these items were mailed and due to the length of time the USPS archives its UPS tracking numbers. I am sorry for any issues caused by this and apologize for the inconvenience. We will be unable to issue a refund since the items were mailed and we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen merchandise on behalf of USPS.

Placed order they cashed ck on Sept 10 2018 have not got order left 6 messages and no return call VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER WILL TELL ANYONE TO USE THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a T-shirt from this company. After over a month, I tried to check status with the both the website, 2 emails, and 2 voice mail messages with no response. My credit card was charged $22.71 but never received the shirt and never received any response from the company as to the status. I was not provided any tracking for the package or status of package delivery.

On 3 Sep 18, I placed an on-line order at www.Vision-Strike-Wear.com for a t-shirt in the amount of $30.71. Vision Strike Wear, LLC is a subsidiary of Stay Frosty Enterprises LLC. After payment submission with my credit card via their website, a message reflected that I would receive an order confirmation via the e-mail address I provided. On 6 Sep 18, I still had not received an order confirmation. I became concerned and researched the company via the internet. Much to my dismay, Vision Strike Wear, although not accredited by the Revdex.com, had an "F" rating due to consumer complaints. Due to this information, on 6 Sep 18, I called Vision Strike Wear but was unable to speak to anyone. I left message to include my order number and contact information informing the company I wanted to cancel the order. I never received a return call. On that same date, I submitted a dispute through my credit card company. On 18 Sep 18, I received the item via mail. On 21 Sep 18, I called the company in attempt to pay for the item. However, Once, again I was unable to speak to anyone and left a message I was attempting to make payment. I never received a return call. On 27 Sep 18, I received a letter from Asset Collections, Inc. providing that Vision Strike Wear had placed my account for collections in the amount of $80.71. On 27 Sep 18, I contacted Asset Collections and explained the situation. I was given the option of a settlement in the amount of $55.71. I informed Asset Collections that I was going to make another attempt to contact Vision Strike Wear. On 27 Sep 18, I called Vision Strike Wear but was unable to speak to anyone. I again left a message to have someone return my call. If the company had confirmed my order, I would not have cancelled the order or placed it in dispute with my credit card company. I also made an honest effort to pay the company. I am now left having to pay a collection company with other fees and ruining my outstanding credit rating.

I ordered $140.51 in items on July 18th 2018 and today is Sept 6th 2018. I have called them 2 times and sent 2 emails to them trying to find out what is with my order and nobody gets back to me. Very poor customer service for a returning customer. I had a pretty similar situation with my last order that took 7 weeks to get to me so shame on me for trusting them again. When I log into my acct with them it just says the order is processing. I will NEVER order from them again.
