A re-order of merchandise was submitted to VSW for group T-shirts. The order was paid in full - via credit card - on 10JUL2017. The order never arrived. It was assumed that the delay was due to the ship being in a deployed status. My unit returned to homeport 23SEP2018. Still no shipment. VSW Customer Service was contacted via email on 28JAN2018. Response was promptly received, and the delay in delivery was attributed to no approval for artwork. Again, this was a re-order of previously approved artwork. Due to the Navy shifting over to a different style of working uniform (blue to green), I requested that the overall design remain the same but the color scheme on one of the characters reflect our uniform change. I also requested that the color of the shirt be changed from navy blue to coyote brown, because blue undershirts would no longer be authorized for wear in the new uniforms (Navy Working Uniform Type III). That request was made on 17FEB2018. No response. A follow-up email was sent 08MAR2018. And another 03APR2018. And another 17APR2018. None of which were met with a response or acknowledgement.
Over one year later, and we still do not have our $860 in paid merchandise. UNSAT, for a company which is, "run and owned by a former Marine." UNSAT, for a company that is officially licensed by the USN. My entire tenure as the FCPOA President (SEP2017-AUG2018), and I couldn't give our new members a pride T-shirt. Paid members could not be given T-shirts that are supposed to be theirs upon payment of their dues. I reminded VSW that I was a paying customer, and continued to be ignored. UNSAT.

Please provide supporting data for your response i.e., date of shipment, tracking number, confirmation receipt. We never received our second order. During our email correspondence, you said the order was never shipped because we failed to approve artwork. Now the order has been shipped? Please explain.

We are of course terribly saddened that this order did not arrive successfully. We did however produce and ship your order. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen merchandise once it has been supplied to the USPS.

Ordered a T-shirt from this supposed company had questions about the shirt tried to call was told I had the wrong number on the number listed tried another number from the website got voicemail never heard back, sent out 3 emails received automatically generated email stating that someone would be in contact never got a phone call or email back made another call left another voicemail still no replies from company.. just want a refund.

Order was placed on 7-1. With a holiday in between on July 4th and a weekend as well involved. We produce custom printed items from the shirt to the design to the printing. Each component is made on demand. The customer did contact us about requesting one sleeve to have an EGA but there have been no additional emails from them. It is very normal for a custom print on demand shirt or apparel item to take between 7-10 days. His order has already been processed, shirt ordered and scheduled for printing. We co not consider Revdex.com a forum to be used as a mean to cancel an order. Our offices will need to be contacted directly by use of an email. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: We had tried to contact the seller multiple times via email, and the phone number listed. we attempted to call both numbers and left voicemails that were never returned, and oddly enough the other number was a vitamin nutrition store. I want to resolve this situation because the business has had my money for almost a month now and I want either a refund or the shirt. I was supposed to receive an email when the shirt shipped and never got that either, and it's been past the 2 week waiting period, including the holiday of the 4th of July. The business stated that they received my email regarding the EGA, but never once attempted to contact us to give a reply, or answer any of the other questions we had. I'm sorry that this is the way VSW conducts business, either way I get the short end of the stick. they will charge me an administration cancellation fee and barely give me my refund for the shirt is just about the same price as their fee. I would like to believe that after all is said and done I would get my shirt and call this ugliness done.

we have been waiting on a tracking number or a refund the last communication from them through you was to verify the order and make sure no changes had occurred. As stated in the prior communication once we have a valid tracking number or a refund or the product (t-shirt), this issue will be dropped. Yet vision strike wear has yet to deliver any of the above.

This company never sent my order. I had to file a complaint with *** and *** had to refund my money. The company never emailed, called, or worked with my on where my order was. Horrible business that seems to prey on veterans.

I purchased one garment patch and one window decal from vision strike wear on line.
Total $18.00. I have written them three times and called twice I have yet to ge a response or ordered product. The order was placed on June 12th. I would like my product since I have payed for it. Delivery was posted at 7-10 days. I feel I’ve been patient long enough.

This business is handled by a man who claims to be an ex-marine by the name of Todd G.
My company ordered 100 coins from his business and for 2 months him and his team could not deliver a product. The artwork that he created for us could not meet our expectations. He claims the problem is not him but the artists who create the coins who happen to be in China and do not speak English. When we requested our money back he witheld $200 non refundable art fee. This money was never agreed when we requested his services nor was explained to us. He is a hostile citizen who cannot take responsibility for his business' lack of customer satisfaction. Lesson learned: we should have paid attention to the online reviews on this company. All seem to be the same issue we experienced.

Sadly this customer is incorrect. We disclosed to them on several occasions that to develop artwork and the no less than 10 design changes they requested ere to be charged and deducted from their order when placed. Sadly the lack of communication they had internally did not allow for them to exchange the information and when they had their "design by committee" found out the number of changes that had been requested followed by the fact that these changes (hours spent by our artists) were to be paid for they decided to stop the order. This decision they reached after 10 design updates and the several weeks they deliberated over the designs before anyone got back to us. We have copies of all email traffic proving our position on the sheer number of changes they requested, the weeks of not hearing back from because of personal issues (one of the sailors was on maternity leave and did not pass along the information to others so they could follow up with us) causing further delays. Our finished art had been sitting quite literally for 2 weeks (we contacted them several times) and found out entirely by accident that their point of contact was not even there) and continued to make every effort to get them the approved art after several attempts. Then we were given a tight deadline to produce their coins and were able to meet their deadlines before their decision to cancel the order was made. We made 10 revisions, sent countless emails for follow up. Furthermore their point of comment used asked for a complete refund even after we did all of this for the, I would say the lesson learned was by us in delivery significant hours and going above and beyond the deposit received to help them with their art.

I placed a specialty shirt order with this company on March 16, 2018 with payment made by paypal for 97.41. I have sent numerous emails and made calls to the whereabouts of my order. As of today's date I have not received any emails or a return phone call.

Customer provided us with with both a short sleeve and a long sleeve option and as a result this order could not be filled since adding both shirt sleeve print along with a long sleeve print at the same time is not possible as far as printing goes. n addition the customer has elected to request a refund through *** which is occurring so the order is not being filled only because a refund is underway

NOTE: This company has only received a minor amount of issues (less than 10) in over 15,000 orders received. Customers seeing messages like this please note that we produce custom made, custom designed and custom printed apparel. In addition since Revdex.com discloses anything a customer states, right or wrong, it does not mean the customers have not been taken care of, have not received their merchandise. Our reputation for providing top quality services and product is well intact. Do not be persuaded that because less than 10 people have complained that 15,000 plus customers who have not issued positive statements would suggest anything but we are a highly professional company. Do not be fooled by the comments of so few individuals. Thank you.

I ordered a coin on April 9th(Order ***). Their website states that coins usually ship 48 hours after processing. I have not received this order. I have made multiple attempts to contact this company via email, phone, ***, and *** messenger. I cannot get a response on the status of my order. The company does not car about customer service or they would have responded by now. I am concerned that this is a scam and they have my credit card information.

Vision Strike Wear and Vision Strike Coins are owned by the same entities. Address for both companies is located at 6312 SW Capitol Highway Box 209 Portland Oregon 97239. Vision Strike Coins wasn't listed under Revdex.com so I responded using Vision Strike Wear. Vision Strike Wear and Vision Strike Coins both sell the same coins. My complaint is with Vision Strike Coins. Vision Strike Coins finally responded to me on May 13th and stated the coin was being remade and would be delayed 2-3 weeks. I will let you know if I receive the coin.

I for one like to comment about companies that do a great job and support US Veterans. As a recent customer of Vision-Strike-Wear.Com I had the opportunity to purchase a US Navy Jolly Roger coin for a friend in the US Navy. The coin was amazing. The details also amazing. I Called them and discussed the coin and if it was in stock. It was so I proceeded to place my order. The coin was shipped right away and I could not have been happier. Their company even called me to thank me for the purchase. Very happy customer.

Product orders 12/8/2017 and was expected by Christmas. Several follow-ups via email/website, phone calls to customer service. Received automated computer answering machine, left details of order, requested follow-ups/return-calls, simple explanation of what to expect, and when. Promised return calls, never received any follow-up. $125 paid via paypal on 12/8... with no product received, no Christmas present, no nothing; not even an offer to refund my money.

Will never deal with this company again.

Customer was communicated on several occasions both in email and by phone call. The customer was advised hsi coins were on back order. We have followed up with our factory and were awaiting the production and release date as of this Revdex.com comment which is inaccurate. The customer is not completely factual with their information and has been communicated with. We as a Veteran owned and operated business never fail to deliver the products ordered. If there is a delay the customer is informed. But in no way is an offer to not refund or provide the items ordered ever an issue or concern with our customers. As this customer had been informed he expressed the desire to wait for them and expressed this to us. Upon arrival of the coins we have every intentions to make sure his order is received. When we also spoke by phone and explained the delay the offer to refund WAS GIVEN and the customer elected to wait and stated "I much prefer to have the coins and do not mid waiting for their arrival" which makes this claim to Revdex.com rather unusual considering there has been follow up and the customer has responded and is looking forward to the coins arriving. Their Revdex.com post is very unusual and strange given the circumstances and communication that has transpired.

We do hoe people when reading this information will realize that we can stand behind our products and the delivery of products and that these unfortunately souls that write Revdex.com represent less than 1% of 1% that purchase from us and are happy and fully satisfied with their purchases. We have thousands of people that are repeat customers that experience nothing but the best from us and continue to work with us daily.

On 11/14/2017, I ordered 1 US VETERAN FOREVER WILL I OWN THE TITLE COIN, Item ID-***. Subtotal: 17.75 plus shipping 4.95 TOTAL 22.70 As of this date 12/6/2017, I have not receive my order.

Ordered coins three months ago from this company on August 25, 2017. Before this I ordered one coin from the company and received that one coin. The second order never was received and I wrote the company to see if it was ever shipped to me. There has been no response and no resolution since August. The order total was for approximately $174.98 for seven coins. Since the company has not responded I realize they don't care about customer service only money so I want to make all aware, especially other military service members that this company is not what it seems to be. This company needs to step up and shutdown or do as they advertise.

Mr *** was contacted by email from our customer service department. We employ active duty US Military personnel and the one that has been in contact with M *** commented to him in email that several of the coins were on back order. Like the first order we shipped and he received we would have also shipped the balance of his order once they arrived. Mike our customer servi e and active duty US Army personnel that heads our customer service department was emailing Mr *** and asked if we could ship the coins we had in stock for him followed by the balance once they arrived. We did not receive a reply.

As for the comment about the ripped off report that customer that made that report received his order and accidetilly another customers order at the same time but in stead of him sending the wrong order to our other customer along with a fully paid in full postage paid mail he decided to shift the blame to our company and made up through deflection and lies what did not transpire. We are very well aware of that customer and the fact his comments were made up of lies. We have 2 companies and over a dozen staff members that have documented that customer as having received their order and in fact keeping the over 175.00 in merchandise that did not belong to him. So it might be wise to learn about the total situation and circumstances before commentsing about something you do not have all the facts for. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed in this company and don't believe that this is a Veteran owned company, no Veteran would ever be this disorganized. I ordered 2 items on 8/3/2017 and as of this date, 9/12/2017, I have received nothing!! Not even an email or phone call to explain what the holdup is. I have sent at least 2 emails, left 5 messages, and talked to an individual at 503-892-0000 3 times and was promised a followup and never received any followup but I did get an individual that was very combative, aggressive and argumentative. I told him I would dispute the charge since I never received the items and he threatened to try and ruin my credit. I explained that since the item was never received I was within my rights to dispute the charge and there was nothing he could do to ruin my credit. I gave him the order numbers and told him I expected a refund immediately or I would dispute the charge.

Offering uniquely produced coins to apparel , decals and other items does on occasion cause delay due tot he custom nature of what we do or due to the popularity of a given item. One of the worst businesses ever. I placed an order in April of 2016, and never received my item. I tried to contact them through their website and on social media, and they never replied or even seemed to care. They masquerade as a veteran owned business, but my belief is that they are just scammers that take people's money.

I have a charge for $24.46 on my credit card from this business and have never ordered or purchased anything from this business at all. I'm requesting a full refund and apology from this fraud.

Secondly we don't have credit card information and there is absolutely no way for us to process an order since credit card information is not provided to us including at the time of any sale where we only receive the last 4 digits of a credit card. If an order was placed it is placed by our customers. Good luck.

This company is engaged in false marketing. They are promoting products they do not have and collecting payment for merchandise never shipped. Their customer service is atrocious. You will be lucky if you get a response back at all and only if submitted through their portal site. I will certainty will be disputing the charge for my order with my credit card company. I am tired of excuses that they out of stock on items they are continuing pushing hard to sell now. STAY AWAY from this Company!

Mr *** sadly was informed at time of purchase that one of the two coins he ordered was on back order. Mr *** can at any time request a refund which would have been given immediately. Mr *** seems to not read emails provided by our customer service staff which happen to be the family members of active duty US Military personnel whose job and goal is to communicate quickly and efficiently with customers regarding the status of their orders. Mr *** would have been given a refund if he had requested it which he did not nor did he reply to the emails we provided on several occasions. Mr *** never requested a refund nor stated he was unwilling to wait for the items to arrive. Mr. order would have been shipped immediately once the item arrived. Mr. was also offered the opportunity to have the second coin shipped to him at no additional cost to him and then the second item shipped upon its arrival. Mr. did not respond to any customer service emails or responses with the information and timely emails provided to him.

The response I have received from Mr. Todd G today 8/13/2017 was the first received after many weeks of waiting with no update to my order. Mr. G stated emails have been sent to me with updates regarding secondary offers for the delayed shipment, however, I have verified no such emails were ever received.
I had to come to the Revdex.com to attempt to have my issue addressed. I have followed up with Mr. T G via email on 8/13/2017 for a refund of my order to be processed. This is a satisfactory solution and one that I would have opted for earlier had my messages to customer service been returned.
I am proud of the active duty US Military personnel who Mr. G states works at his fulfillment centers. My original review was in no way meant to speak negatively about them or any other related military family members at his company. My comment were only in reference to the specific transaction for which I was involved with. I genuinely felt like I was being ignored by the company as my attempts to reach them by phone, voicemail, and email went unanswered for weeks. After 6 weeks of waiting with building frustrations, I had to come to the Revdex.com for hopeful resolution. I am sorry if this is upsetting to the company, but I am glad my order issue will be shortly and amicably resolved.
I have created my commentary on the Revdex.com only as review of my experience with this company. This was never logged as a complaint against the company.
