We tried to contact you multiple times through phone, but it reached voicemailHowever, we see
that you had contacted our email support regarding the charge of $and one of our representatives also replied to you regarding this complaint
I see that, you have switched your subscription from Rhapsody Premier monthly to Rhapsody Premier yearly and again changed the subscription back to Premier monthly on 04/19/This is the reason you are seeing $and $charges on your account
However, as you have changed the subscription immediately, you have been charged $(order number # ***) for the Rhapsody Premier monthly plan only
The other charge $is cancelled by our system automatically and you will not be charged $( order number #***) on your account and these charges will be removed by your bank with in few business daysHowever many banks will remove these holds at the end of their billing or processing cycleSince the account was already canceled, we will ensure that you will not be billed for this account in future

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I cancelled my membership using days out of trial daysI waited almost weeks after I cancelled for Rhapsody to issue the refundRhapsody did not issue refundOnly then I asked my credit card bank to reject the chargeBut Rhapsody who at this moment still keeps my money forced my bank by declaring my credit card is placed on blacklist to protect the credit card from fraudHow about sending me a refund check to my address ** *** *** ***, NJ My bank is not keeping my moneyRhapsody is
There is no reason for rhapsody to keep my moneyI followed all Rhapsody rulesI used the service for days only on free trial
Please give me my money back
