regarding unable to access the Napster Subscription, but reached your voice mail. There was account under the email address  [redacted]-[redacted], that was created on 08/07/2015 for an annual subscription was canceled as you had filed a dispute against the charges with your bank on 09/02/2016.We see that you had contacted our chat support and activated the Napster Subscription with 7 days free trial.Since you had disputed the charges with your bank, your credit card may be blacklisted by your bank and you may not be able to use the same on our website. Please contact the bank and whitelist the same or you can update a new credit card and re subscribe for the membership.If you have additional questions or concerns please contact [redacted].Thank you,Napster Customer Support.

Rhapsody to Napster. On July 2016 we had consolidated to one brand, and rename Rhapsody with an updated and refreshed Napster brand. Napster is widely viewed as the stronger brand and will be the new global brand for our company. The goal was to reintroduce Napster as a powerful music brand by taking advantage of the rich heritage and equity it has with its name and logo. Within the new architecture Napster will be the top brand, allowing for different membership tiers and apps.We understood that unfortunately you have not received any notification regarding the name change from Rhapsody to Napster that was notified via email to all our customers and also the same was updated on our website. If you have additional questions or concerns please contact help.napster.com.Thank you,Napster Customer Support.

number which we received through email, However it reached voice mail. Upon checking your account information with your name and zip code, we were able to locate an account under the email [redacted]@gmail.com, there was an account created on 01/14/2015 for a month free trial was already canceled on 01/04/2016. We will ensure that this account will not be billed in future.
If you believe someone has fraudulently used your credit card, contact your card company immediately. They have a process to investigate and depending on the outcome of that investigation may refund charges to you.
Rhapsody has no way to independently obtain your information. Rhapsody accounts can only be created by signing up and entering accurate and complete billing information.

We were able to locate an another account under the email [redacted]@outlook.com for Napster Premier was created on 07/25/2013 for a monthly subscription. As per your request, we have canceled the subscription. Since the account was canceled, we will ensure that you will not be billed for this account in future.

As per your request we have reset the password and you are able to log in to your account.
