We attempted to buy two new 2015 [redacted] company cars and were quoted a price by email as a response from a price request. When we told them we had two prices that were lower we asked them if they would match the lowest price. We then shared the two lowest bids we had received by email from another two Honda dealers. Their email reply was For Sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. When we emailed to secure the cars we were told somebody named [redacted] in the sales department responded to the email and they would not honor our request to match the lower price. Somehow it spears the sales team staff can open and read emails and reply without any accountability.

In my opinion the customer service at Right Honda is extremely non existent. The employees were rude and condescending towards me after purchasing a pre-owned [redacted] After I make my last payment I will never do business with them again.

As always, I found your service department's performance excellent. Both [redacted] and the mechanic who actually worked on my car were knowledgeable and competent.
I have yet to be displeased in any way by the functioning of the Right Honda service crew.

Perfect. [redacted] was able to get me in and out in a very short time.
I will be bringing my other [redacted] in for service to Right, because of [redacted].

Received an email with the subject line: Right Honda Requests your Permission

Right Honda was, in fact, not requesting my permission, but informing me that I had been added to their sales list and email list without my permission, and I could unsubscribe from the email list and opt-out of special offers by contacting them.

I have never had contact with them, have never been to their website, and was entirely unaware of their existence before being subscribed and opted-in. They never received my permission and I was apparently added randomly.

My service was very satifactory and [redacted] was polite and helpful. I have been getting my service at Right Honda for about 12 years and have never felt pressured to have unnecessary work done. I say that because I have had unpleasant experiences in the past at other dealerships where that has not been the case.

We were very pleased with the service and response time the staff provided. I was very pleased with the ease of selecting the vehicle and the paper work process.

Review: Many people in the Valley received a Red Envelope:

1. with two keys advertising if the key fits the lock you win a new Honda.

2. Scratch it, if your number matches you win the [redacted] cash card.

Off course both were only redeemable if you come into Right Honda.

When you do go in. The immediate question you are asked is did you read the Waiver. (I didn't respond to any questions regarding to this)

You are sat in front of (3) salesmen, and they want to appraise you car, off course all this requires credit checks and sign offs.

My keys did not fit, the saleperson said "If" I agreed to an appraisal I "could" be elligible for the "$1000" my "scratch it" showed.

I said I wasn't interested in an appraisal, and I though I had one a [redacted] card, silence, then I immediately walked out.

1. Right Honda has abused Honda's warranty database by contacting Honda owners who bought there cars elsewehere without their consent .

2. Misrepresented a product as being a "Honda" promotion, when its s dealership promotion.

3. Not honored the large print of the mailed and misrepresented, "prize draw".

4. Blatently used false advertising, prize draw incentives into a pressure sales situation.

I have experienced this 4 times from Right Honda over the years this is my first complaint. The Revdex.com is to never mark this complaint as resolved, unless Right Honda demonstrates a complete change in its sales attitude. I went in thinking it was a scam, it was a scam, and how in the hell can companies deliberately scam people. I have a post graduate education, how are some people going to protect themselves against such unscrupulous sales people.Desired Settlement: $1000 [redacted] card or formal apology sent out to every person who received the red envelope apologizing for misleading them and some compensatory gift.

In response to Mr. [redacted]’s complaint regarding our advertising mail piece we would like to start by stating in no way is this piece designed as a “scam” as Mr. [redacted] describes. Many retail companies use advertising to attract customers to come in to the store to look at the merchandise. In our case it is automobiles. We would further add that we have had the mail pieces scrutinized by an attorney to ensure that we complying with all Arizona laws and appropriate disclaimers, which are included in the mail piece. While Mr. [redacted] may be upset as to the mailer and its intent, we have several customers who come in and are very happy when they leave with a new vehicle. Although one of the requirements is that the prize be redeemable at Right Honda, it only makes good business sense to want the possibility of a new customer to our dealership. We certainly wouldn’t want them to buy from a competitor. Mr. [redacted]’s interpretation of the mailer is just that, his interpretation. Furthermore his request that we formally apologize is unreasonable. Our General Manager, [redacted], did try to contact Mr. [redacted] on several occasions to see if they could discuss the mailer, however, he did not respond. As stated earlier, we have many customers that are very happy with Right Honda. We strive to make their buying experience the best it can be. If Mr. [redacted] would like to contact [redacted] directly, his direct number is ###-###-####.

[redacted] was so helpful very personable! Great customer service! Reminds me why I have had 7 Honda's! Only took 20 minutes this time! Thank you! Honda is very lucky to have such a great employee! Thank you again for taking care of me!
