Rizesone misrepresented themselves and sold a product that *** does not recommend for their productsThis was Norton security softwareWhen I called back and requested that I receive a refund, I was informed that the there is a refund policy but they are refusing to honor their refund policy
Also, while they had control of my computer, they completed the survey monkeyThat is most likely why the satisfaction rate is so high
Had several conversations with them and don't feel that this is an honest business

Resize zone scammed me out of $to think my computer was hijacked and they would fix it the entire time I kept asking if they were apple support and not once did they say no we are resize zone not affiliated with apple they made me believe that I had errors on my computer and I did not all they added was mailware! And after disconnecting with them I finally got in touch with the true apple support and for free they showed me where I needed to delete things that were not necessary which were there files they downloaded!! I want my money back
