I have risezone tech support, my contract states that after I pay them $that they will service my desktop with mcafee for yrs, lifetime malware byte, and monthly cleaning of my pc...from the dates of may to may my issue is that every month after they clean my pc (once a month) they will use high sale pitches to extend there services ..every month after cleaning they will do thisI have to hang up to make them to stop sellingI did not have my monthly cleaning last month (September) because of this issueif I need other tech support on my desktop that's in my contractthey will use there high sales pitch againI can't get them to stop
they owe me months of the services to my pcthat would come out to be around $
