I think the service provided is well wort the investment

Company charged for computer clean up and for three years computer anti virus security Company conducts business under the assumption that they are affiliated with [redacted] They ultimately said they couldn't help me because a [redacted] Certificate had expired and was to refund the cost of services Instead of refunding the service amount oi they remotely accessed my bank and withdrew $in addition, they wanted me to wire the the supposed deposits that were sent in error (which were actually withdrawals)to someone in China

The problem with my Mac computer was taken care of quickly The technician explained everything he was doing and was very helpful to someone like me who does not understand everything with computers

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Risezone needs to be honest about who they are when they answer the phone, that is not complex Risezone sent me a popup posing as my security company [redacted] saying security was compromised and [redacted] needed to be uninstalled and reinstalled When I called the " [redacted] " number provided a man answered "tech support", when I asked what company I reached he said " [redacted] " That is the only reason I did business with them They took remote control, ran a scan and said I had a Trojan horseThen got passwords and credit card information and $to fix all three computers, telling me to take nap while they fixed all three at the same timeThey didn't work on them at allI was getting suspicious and called someone else with access to the net Told them to look up the name Risezone which was on the payment site I was horrified when they told me about reviews saying they posed as other security companies to get access to information and then proceed to destroy the computersI don't pretend to know why they do it I cancelled my card during the four hours they had my computers tied up but they still got the money Three hours later they said I had to complete their survey and kept changing my bad reviews because they still had remote control He said couldn't let me off the phone with a bad review, told him I didn't care at that point just wanted off the phone He then gave himself a great review The next day I called the police since I didn't know what else to do and a deputy came overHe went through the computers with me seeing all the damageHe had seen this kind of scam before and told me how they did it They dumped thousands of photos, documents, songs in [redacted] , put administrative locks on all three computers and wiped out update histories I'm lucky I had a kind deputy take my complaint as he assisted in fixing the mess that was made It took months of work and a factory reset on one computer since all update information had been wiped out and administrative locks placed The other two computers should have factory resets as well He was there when I called Risezone trying to get my money back, he could hear them yelling at me from across the room They do not give all your money back no questions asked You have to fight for it I filed complaints with the police, the FTC, the Revdex.com and the real [redacted] I had to change every password that I had, that takes a long time There is also the concern that they cloned the computers for later perusalThe real [redacted] said there was never anything wrong at their endThey ran scans, there was never a Trojan horse, [redacted] hadn't been uninstalled and reinstalled, there was never any problems At my end, there were no problems at all with my computers until Risezone sent their bogus message to get me to call them After this happened I called them three different times to see if they would answer with their real name Same guy answered saying tech support, when pushed he said I called [redacted] If they had said who they really were they would have never got anything from meI now don't trust these computers and feel completely violated Risezone owes me for laptops and a pc in addition to the $they took originally I also wasted money, time and travel trying to get everything back to normalThis can never be resolved since they lied to get control of my computer, sensitive information and money Regards, [redacted]

You have all the patience in the work because I don't know nothing about the computer & Gary helped me to work with the problem on my computer & it was overwhelming that RiseZone worked on my computer IT WAS GREAT!! :)

Risezone Solutions is not able to provide the service they guaranteeTheir calls are coming from all over the world, with either no caller ID or Ethiopia I do not think this is a legitimate companyUnder the pretext of trying to help me they asked me to go to [redacted] and buy [redacted] cardsThey were going to be at my door to repair my computer.! I felt threatened and taken for a rideThey have credited me for a partial refund Most interestingly, Revdex.com has given them a high rating The reason for this rating is because ,the sales person checks off the survey himself!! The customer does not get an opportunity So please do not rate them so high As far as I am concerned they should be shut down Thank you Sincerely [redacted]
