On December 8, 2015, I ordered my granddaughter a Polaroid PIC300P Compact Instant Camera for Christmas from Ritz.comShortly after Christmas, the flash on the camera stopped workingMy daughter-in-law tried to contact Ritz Camera ( [redacted] ) numerous times before the end of January Her phone calls were never returnedIn fact most of the phone calls were never even answered......the phone would just ring and ring In January both my daughter-in-law and myself sent emails to Ritz.com and those too were ignored and never answeredI would just like to warn other buyers not to buy anything from Ritz.com

To Whom It May Concern,First off, we'd like to sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping the order out late Our warehouse and call center have been completely inundated with orders and customer inquiries for the holiday season In this particular case, there was a transit issue with our distributor for this lens which delayed the order When we received it, we shipped it right out However, the order went out with the mode of delivery that was picked by the customer which was standard ground shipping In an effort to ensure a timely delivery, we re-routed the package back to us and created a new order and sent it out via 1-Day Air delivery free of charge The warehouse was able to get it out on Christmas Eve and since the next day was Christmas, UPS didn't attempt delivery on the 26th.We know the lens did not arrive on time for the holidays but we really tried to get it there on time We hope that the customer accepts our sincerest apologies As a token of our sorrow, we will be issuing a $gift card to the customer for the inconvenience Although our customer service lines have been hard to reach lately due to the high volume of customer inquiries, we encourage the customer to reach out to us if they have any further questions or concerns They are also free to directly e-mail one of our supervisors if they cannot reach the regular customer service department: [email protected], we are sincerely sorry for the way this order was handled and we tried our best to rectify the situation - unfortunately, this is one of those cases where we had everything working against us and we will absolutely have to try harder to make sure something like this does not happen again

Glennen and his team are the BEST! Very professional and thoroughNot only do I recommend them for my clients, my husband and I also use them for our personal purchases as well! Their knowledge and experience are qualities you can trustWe love their curtesy day warranties and the continued recall checks even after the inspection...Highly recommend!

On time, wasted no time went though his checklist and before I knew it he was doneHe identified a couple items that I was not award of but will get on it ASAPVery polite

I am rejecting this response because: Once Ritz camera invoiced me for these cameras, the sale of this item was completeOnce an order is billed and shipped the seller has agreed to the selling priceIf there was a price error, Ritz should have cancelled the order when it was received to them from Amazon and the Amazon order should have been cancelled immediatelyA "Customer Focused" company would have realized their mistake and the original sell price would be honoredThis is extremely bad customer service, it is now January 12th and I have still not received a phone call from Upper Management at Ritz

Firstly, I apologize for the delay in the our response to the Revdex.com complaintDue to a plethora of login trouble and other issues, which were finally resolved today, we were unable to access our account*** ***’s order was placed on 12/21/at 11:32pm, long after we had closedThe
order did not enter our processing system until the morning of 12/22/The customer contacted us via email on 12/22/requesting a status update at 6:pm, also after we had closed, and did not provide any order information at allUpon sending her order information to us via email at our request on 12/23/15, we informed the customer that all orders take 1-days to processExpedited delivery options do not decrease this processing timeBy the time she provided her order number on 12/23/15, the order had been shipped out via UPS *** with day shipping, which she received for free using a coupon promotion on our websiteShe requested an address change upon learning the order shipped, but we were unable to do so as the order had already left our facilityThe order should have been delivered on 12/but because no one was home to sign for the package, and because UPS was not delivering on 12/25-12/27, the order was finally delivered and signed for on 12/on UPS’s second delivery attemptWe have not heard from the customer sinceWe thank and appreciate the customer for her business and apologize if there was any inconvenience regarding her orderWe consider the matter closedBest Regards, Ritz Camera Customer Service

I was very pleased with the inspection and service I received from DanHe was very professional, very detailed and walked me through everything and explained all of his findings or lack thereofI would recommend him to a friend and I would use him in the future

Dear Valued Customer, Speaking with *** again, the manager of the Oakbrook location, she informed me that the Bogen Tripod is still in the Cherry St location With transition of the new ownership, we notified the customer that it may take several weeks to finish sorting through and repairing all of the equipment After *** spoke with this customer, she said he seemed to understand and was content with the initial offer about the initial complaint It has only been about weeks of the new ownership and they are working in an efficient way to get everyone's equipment shipped out Please be in touch,

Our inspector was very thorough and the report came back in a timely manner

Very pleased with the inspector He was very thorough and I felt he had our best interest in mind
