ALl item were checked through our point inspection process and passedThe items ordered were 100% the items delivered ( Size , style # and color ) In regards to the website, We can drop ship in the USA for you or ship to you in CANADA and you would then deliver to your customerThis is due to
customs / duty and taxes based upon the CANADA governement in which we have no control overThank you, customer service

This customer was refunded and we also refunded her for the shippingWe incurred the cost and out intent was never to upset or disappoint the customerWe did out best to get the item to the customer in timeWe did not charge her any more for the new item she choose ( which was more expensive ) or
the rush shippingThe item was received by the customer day late, which was the manufacturers fault...We would like to thank the Revdex.com for there assistance into this unfortunate change of events.Once again the customer was refunded in full + the shipping

Customer was shipped the correct suit in the correct size He said it did not fit his sonHe shipped back the item back asking for a size 60, which was not the original size he ordered in the suit or vest In the mens suit industry size is considered a BIG AND TALL size and is a
special orderWe explained this to the customer; it was going to take a few extra days to ship the suit as we had to special order itThey day we were going to ship the suit the customer called up in a very irate was yelling to cancel his sons orderWe did and refunded him in fullWe do not control when the funds post back to his acctFrom our end the money has been refunded in fullThis was all explained to the customer in a very respectful way but he remains angry and extremely disrespetful to our " Hard working / loyal / family oriented to staffWe also emailed him/son the proof of refundMore then customer service reps have been verbally abused by the customer.To be clear - We have refunded him in fullWe do not control when the funds post back to his acctFrom our end the money has been refunded in fullWe would thank the Revdex.com fro there assistance in this unfortunate set of circumstancesThank you

I am rejecting this response because: I have my list and this suit is not on itI have Xeroxed copies of my listI will wait on my FTC investigationThere is not the first time this company has pulled thisI ordered a white shadow stripe suit years ago for a church functionAll the men were wearing the same suitI ordered a 62L that was on their listThey sent a 58L which had to be returnedI received another white suit, not like the one the majority orderedI was trying to trust them again, but I see I was wrongSo I will keep the suit and all off my paperwork until I hear from the FTC!

I am rejecting this response because:Due to the fact I ordered the dress over the phone and the color of the dress was confirmed by your employee Melody I received the wrong color also it was again confirmed by the employee Oscar that I ordered one color and your company sent me the incorrect color which is why He informed me that I could send it back and to send him the proof of the shipping cost and he would send me a refundHowever after two weeks not receiving my refund I called him back and he said I would not be receiving my refund due to the warehouserejecting my refund he informed me to choose something else online I told him I didn't want anything else and since I was not going to receive a refund send me the dress back and as of today I have not received a refund or the dress backI throughly understand policies and procedures and respect them but this was an error made by your store and I should not be penalized for your error I am requesting a refund or send me back the dress that I ordered which I was told by Oscar that the warehouse had already had an order placed by him to ship the dress back out to me

We sell 100,000's of mens suits a year with no issueWe are trained be respectful to every caller no matter what the issue may beThe standard in mens suit industry is whatever size you order in the jacket you subtract by and and that is what you will have in the waistFOR example, if you
ordered a in the jacket you would have received a in the waistOnce again this is an accepted industry standard in the mens suit industryYou always order the jacket size not the pant sizeIn the case of the customer she ordered her husband by waist size not jacket sizeShe could have called via phone for clarification but online we only list jacket sizes not waist sizes so we have have zero confusion besides this one very unique time.Or return policy is right onlineThe customer of course can do an exchange that is no problem ( we are not responsible for shipping ) OR we can do a refund ( We have a 25% restocking fee )Our return policy is on our websiteWe would be happy to do an exchange for the customer or a refundWe would like to thank the Revdex.com for there help in this unfortunate chain of events

Was A snow storm ( FEB (9th) here in NJ the day the customer Called and we were short staffed with customer service repsThe item was promised to the customer by the 10th and was delivered to the customer on time on the 10th despite the inclement weatherCustomer has the order and was delivered on
timeFurthermore we even shipped the customer a more expensive style at our own expense, and did not charge any additional funds to the customerTo have a complaint opened up in this set of circumstances is bewildering and disappointing( Please note the customer is actually in NJ, so she was well aware of the Snow storm ) We would like to thank the Revdex.com for there help in this matter ( Revdex.com is in NJ and can also Confirm up the storm / Most businesses closed, however we had just a few employees attempt drive in to try and satisfy as many customers as we were physically able to handle with such short staff )Thank you, customer service

The size you ordered was the exact size shippedWe made no errorYou went off of waist sizing as opposed to jacket sizingThe only sizes we list on the website are the jacket sizes ( not the waist ) The is extremely clear and transparent and has never been an issue after 100,000's of positive/successful men's suit orders filledWe are in business to fill orders promptly and accurately so we have the potential to get a reorder from the customerThis concept is thriving force behind the continued success of our company. If this is a sizing issue that is an easy fixWe stock thousands of suits and would be glad to accommodate you with the correct sizeWe would be glad to do an exchange for youAs a courtesy we would waive the re-shipping fee for you and ship it back for freeOr we can refund you that is also not a problem, however all refunds carry a 25% re-stocking feeWe would bring that down to 20% as a courtesy as wellOr return policy can be found on our websiteWe are attempting to put our "Best foot forward" in order to resolve this by compromisingA key to a fair and just compromise is where both parties give Alittle to come to some sort of resolutionWe are giving( Must not be way )However we will not waive all our policies entirelyThese policies were put into place for the survival of our companyWe are in fact willing to compromise in an attempt satisfy Once again we would like to thank the Revdex.com in there effort to mediate a situation that should be relatively straight-forward to fix

the mens suit industry what ever size you order in the jacket it is a 6inch drop from the waistThis is standard procedure and also not misleading at allWe have 10,000's satisfied male customers across the word, ranging from preachers, pastors, celebrities and regular church folk who are extremely satisfied with our mens suits.We sell primarily wholesale that is why we have a final sale policyThis policy is clearly listed on out homepage under the link retuurn policy.As I read the notes on the situation it is clear to me that we were going to make an exception for ** *** and we told him via phone that we would in fact do an exchange for him ( We have Prioof ) This offer was then reversed as a female called bashing the company and our merchandise after we just made an exceptionWe are under no obligation to take an item back when we have a no return policy ( CLEARLY STATED ONLINE ).Also we do have an A rating with the Revdex.com and have not given any sort of confidenceMost companys are willing to make exceptions and compomises but after reviewing the comments and abuse brought upon us via the phone after we in fact said we would take the item back seems rather unreasonable and unfair.I would like to thank the Revdex.com for there help in this matter, furthermore our history will show that we makes exceptions 99% of the time pertaining to the return policy however these abusive phone circumstances are uncalled for after a resolution was actaully made between our company and ** *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: It is not true that the size was clearly stated on the website, this is the reason for the whole problem I am experiencing with this companyI refuse to pay for an error that was not clearly stated for the consumerI paid for the shipping back fee as soon as I obtained the informationI am not requesting anything that I that I did not pay for, I just want back all the money that I paid for this product
