I am rejecting this response because:I know that this is a dishonest man. He knows what he told me on the phone,he knows he sent me the wrong size suit from the beginning. I dont expect anything but dishonesty from this man. I have been ordering clothes for over 40 years and not once have I dealt with a business in america that has acted in such a manor.I myself have worked in customer service and I have never seen this type of practice.Everyone in my household saw that the suit was to small and the vest was a size 56,not what I originally ordered a 58.My son wears a 58 not a 56. Not my fault they sent me the wrong size.I figured he would protest sending me my shipping cost because every conversation I had with him was an outright Lie. These people need some type of sanctions put on them for the way they practice business.

We are sorry of you received the wrong the dress, it was not done intentionally. IF you ship it back we can swap it out or refund you. Thank you

I am not paying again to send back their mistake. I did it once and I am not doing it again. I am calling the [redacted] Attorney General and filing a fraud complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: The suit that was  ordered was not the one that was sent. They advertise one suit and send you what they want. I called Shawn and he told me to send it back. Mr. [redacted] did not want to take a chance on them sending the wrong suit again, so he did not want any. They sent an old style and that is not what was ordered. After all the money that I have spent with this company, it is sad that they would rather Lose a good customer over a $119.00 refund after he told me to send it back, and I had to pay to send it back. Why order from a company and not know what you will receive.

Sorry for your experience. We strive to maintain a top level of customer service. The item you ordered over the phone from us was the exact color and size we shipped. What you saw in the store we can not guarantee what you saw in that local store or the exact color shading you viewed ( As we are...

online )If that color was not up to your standards we can do an exchange for you.

We have not done anything wrong. We special ordered the suit for you and you cancelled it. We refunded you in full. We can not refund you more then we took in. You were refunded in full. Thank you

We did receive the return back. This was a wholesale order placed with us. We do not refund wholesale order so we are holding it for you as a store credit. Can you choose an alternate style #, color and size so we can do an exchange for you. Thank you, customer service.
