I am rejecting this response because:Donnies Dresses fail to address my concerns. They promise to ship directly to my customers (my customers are in [redacted]) and after the purchase of the website Norman said, "direct shipping can only be done in USA". That doesn't work for my business, hence, I am requesting a full refund.Regarding the damage dress I will absorb the losses there, but as for the Website, I am requesting a full refund because I did not received what was promised.

Was your order done online or over the phone. What is the name of the co. that charged you on your credit card?Also - I need your receipt ID or tranaction ID please.Tried calling you but the # did not workThank you

We have proof that the list the customer gave us was in fact the 1 suit we shipped. However as a compromise we will send a pre-paid label for the shipping as well as a full refund on the suit. Keep in mind - We charge a 25% restocking fee ( We Are Waiving ) + we do not pay for the shipping coming back ( We Are Waiving That As Well ) We are going above and beyond to accommodate the customer, when in fact we have not done anything wrong. The key to a fair and just compromise is both parties give a little, it seems to me in this case that we are the only ones willing to give at all. We have accepted that as a fact and will comply to end this banter back and fourth over 1 suit. We would like to also thank the Revdex.com for there help and guidance in these unfortunate set of circumstances. Thank you, Upper Management

I am rejecting this response because:
Yes I ordered a 58 from the beginning and they sent a 58 coat but the vest clearly said 56. My son couldnt even button up the vest and I didnt check the pants size but they were to small, I assumed they went to the vest. I spoke with this guy Shawn about this and he told me to ship the suit back at my expense and he would make everything right. I asked if I could receive another vest because it wasnt my mistake, he agreed and I was fine with that. From my previous dealings with him, I know he wont admit that he told me that. The only reason I asked for a size 60 is because I would rather have a suit to big because I can get it altered. My son wears a size 58 and I ordered a 58 from another company and it fits him just fine. I order items frequently online and I have never been lied to by any other business. I was suspicious after the first time I talked with this man because most businesses I know would have paid for the shipping from the beginning because they would admit their mistake,not this guy he struck me as a very greedy person on the phone and my instincts were 100% correct. All I want is my shipping fee and im done with this habitual liar. He didnt refund me my original 139 until I called him again and he did it while I was on the phone talking to him 5 days later and I can produce phone records to prove it if I need to. I can produce phone records every time I called him.

We have never promised anything. We can drop ship for you in the USA but INTL you would have to ship. This is due to you government ( Customs / Duty / Taxes )

We do not want to lose you a customer. You are an A rated customer. Would you be willing to switch this style out for a ladies suit instead then. We just put up all the new Spring/Easter styles.  I can give you a value of up to $149 which is $30 more then then the men's suit. We are putting our " Best Foot Forward " in attempting to compromise and satisfy you. Thank you, customer service.

Im sorry you had a poor experience. We strive to satisfy each and every customer. We have notes on your acct saying that we spoke to you and explained the item was scheduled to ship by the 3-7-17. The item has been canceled and you have been refunded in full. We emailed you the proof of refund....

Please allow app 2-5 business days to post back into you acct.  I hope we can do business in the future!Thank you, customer service.

We have 10,000's of satisfied customers and wish you were 100% satisfied like many many are. The confusion is if the item was the wrong color and sent back why are we shipping it back to you if you already returned it.... We will grant you a refund for the item as we fill it makes the most sense for all parties involved. Please allow app. 2-3 business days for the refund to post. Thank you, customer service. We are very sorry to hear you received a defective suit. All items go through an 8 point inspection prior to be shipped. We would be glad to do an exchange for you

Not sure why a complaint was made. This customer was refunded in full and we called her on the phone to confirm this. Everything in this statement is false. The customer was refunded in full even prior to making this unsubstantiated complaint. Thank you, The customer service team
