Roadrunner Pharmacy sent a wrong prescription (compounding/dosage) and this caused my dog to be severely overdosedMy vet called and confirmed that she had sent it correctly on a recorded lineMy little guys organs started to fail and he has now been in the hospital for days because of the negligence of this PharmacyBTW- When I called to voice my concern they put the blame on the vet....this is not correct because we have a time line and are having the compound tested as wellIf you have a complaint, please voice it, as I would assume I am not the only person that has had a close to death (for my animal) experience that has caused my family extreem suffering and anguish over their negligenceI would bet they are deleting the recording as we speak...but that's just a hunchPlease don't trust your pets life with this pharmacyI only pray my little guy make it out of this ok

My dog takes a medication that cannot be suddenly stopped Do to a blunder on the part of my vet to get refill info to my mail-order pharmacy in a timely manner, I was left frantically scrambling to obtain the medication from somewhere, anywhere, in time My vet called in the prescription to Road Runner Road Runner contacted me and confirmed they could overnight the medication and I would receive it by noon the next day It did not arrive I tried to contact Road Runner for tracking information--sorry-closed! Contacted UPS to see if they had anything from Road Runner to me--no Called RR 1st thing Monday, and they confirmed it had never been sent The person I spoke to said she would "see" whether they could credit me for the overnight shipping charges, I said the order should be canceled because in the meantime, the other pharmacy's shipment was arriving by the end of the day They then said I would be subject to a substantial "restocking" fee I protested that as far as I knew, they hadn't even processed the prescription They were very helpful while getting my payment information and promising to deliver by noon the next day, but when it came to actually delivering, or, failing that, handling their screw up in a professional manner, the gloves came off

Roadrunner Pharmacy has consistently given us great service Every order has been filled within two days and mailed to us One time, one of their employees even hand delivered the medicine We are very pleased with the service and the pricing

I also hae had problems with delivery I was told it was in the mail last week It has not arrived and I called again to hear that it was shipped today I have had no chemothearpy for my dog now for 3-days I will NOT use tehm again

Roadrunner Pharmacy has always been wonderful to me and my familyThey have filled the prescriptions in the desired amount of time and also have always delivered exactly when promisedI rely on them to help ease the suffering of my cat and they have never disappointedI was sad to see complaints on them and would like everyone to know how great they are

So, Summer called me to apologize todayThis is after I left a voicemail for her supervisor asking him to call meHe did notI really really did not appreciate this as she was the last person I wanted to speak toAnd after she apologized, when I explained to her that what I was upset about was not what she was apologizing forI was upset with her demeanerShe proceeded to argue with me about thisI hung up on her, because there was no point and I was done

My cat has terminal cancer The first medicine dispensed by my cat's Veterinarian at the local animal clinic produced a dramatic response in playfulness and a pain free attitude I have total faith in my local Veterinarian of many years
When I received the RoadRunner Pharmacy pain medication and started giving it to my cat, lethargy and a lot of sleeping ensued I thought the Roadrunner Pharmacy buprenorphine was simply having a sedating effect My cat seemed to show some improvement in mood, and activity did pick up some Level of pain seemed lower, but since cats can't talk, I really had no idea what my cat's pain pain level might really feel like I had been using the Roadrunner Pharmacy buprenorphine for over a month
Recently, I took my cat in for a check up to see how much the cancer had spread It was also a consult to help guide me into making a decision as to when my cat needs to be euthanised My cat had cancer surgery but this aggressive cancer has spread through its muscle tissue and is starting to go into the lungs As long as the quality of my cat's life is happy when my cat exhibits behavior consistent with a low or no pain level, I do not feel it is time to have my cat killed
By chance miscommunication, my cat's Veterinarian thought I was asking for a buprenorphine refill until more could be ordered from Roadrunner Pharmacy I could not find the Roadrunner bottle I had been using right away, so I used out of the bottle the local Veterinarian gave me It was astonishing how playful and seemingly pain free my cat became, just as it had been when I first gave it the local Veterinarian dispensed buprenorphine My cat's mood and activity were noticeably very positive, without lethargy; very alert, very talkative, demanding to be petted; wanting attention My cat wanted to play; batting its catnip mouse around; and playing with the second cat in our home
This was an extraordinarily different reaction compared with the Roadrunner Pharmacy buprenorphine
My current goal is to have the Roadrunner Pharmacy buprenorphine tested to confirm it is the strength listed and that it does not have contaminants
If lab results are questionable or suspicious, then further action is warranted, as this involves interstate commerce Other Veterinarians prescribing from Roadrunner Pharmacy likely will be interested in the results
If Veterinarians and/or pet owners are questioning the results of giving veterinary pharmaceuticals from Roadrunner Pharmacy, it is up to them to decide about testing for proper strength and contamination
I speculate that if Roadrunner Pharmacy is behaving in an unethical manner, there may be the possibility of a multi-state class action suit

If you care about your pet or the pets of your patients don't use this service
SLOW !!!! Made an order on a Wednesday got it a week later on the following TuesdayI truly believe someone was running the road on foot to get me my order
If you care about getting your needed medications timely find someone else to use
I was told on the phone that it would take a couple of days, knowing it would be a week I would have never agreed to place the order, and yes there is no return policy

My vet prescribed medication for a long time problem for my small sized cat, and this is the first time I have used RoadrunnerThey refused to prescribe pills that we can cut in half and told me that this small capsule wouldn't be a problem at all for my catThe medication came and the capsule is over cm longMy cat is used to taking his pills happily with a pill pocket, but there is no way this will happen with a huge capsule (for a cat)I could shove it down his throat but it will get caught in his throat I called the pharmacy and they said that no, they cannot take it back (I understand that), and the capsule is the smallest one they have, and there's absolutely nothing they can do about it I asked for a small courtesy discount, they refused So, now, I basically threw away $on medication that we can't useI spoke with the supervisor, Tom G***, who obviously doesn't care about their customersThanks, Roadrunner.....wow....this is just terrible customer service, especially since I had a concern about this capsule format to start with

RoadRunner Pharmacy states next day delivery on new orders but it took days to get meds from *** *** and 7th stto *** *** ** ***?
They also state on website same day local service but that does not mean locally valley wideseems the *** zip code did not qualifyPlease be aware and ask them for a specific delivery time

I'm so mad right now I can barely type My dog has been on life sustaining meds for years Apparently RoadRunner either doesn't know what the meds are for or they don't care After stating that they had a problem with my debit card (there was $3,in my account) they assured me they left me a voice mail They did not And they didn't try to contact me again So now it's been more than a week, there are no pills for my dog, had to call my vet to get some to hold him over and they really could not care less at RoadRunner Also their website is a nightmare to access

Unacceptable delay in fulfilling new order - six days! The overnight shipping on new orders is misleading with the "when ready" caveatNo pharmacist ignores a patient's script for nearly a week!
