I am rejecting this response because: The company misrepresented the amount I was responsible to pay The amount was not only by phone but on an e-mail I was not told about this alleged fuel charge, $for miles, until the day of the move and it was not explained until I was getting ready to pay for the move I also don't understand why they left two pieces of furniture on the truck, (as stated by them, it was being held hostage until I paid them), what kind of business is that They had six steps to climb to get to my apartment and they did not have to disassemble or reassemble any furniture, I did that I feel this fuel amount was excessive and I feel that moving miles and being charged $was quite excessive I still will not recommend your company

I do not want any further service from this company I will never use them again When my son went personally to pick up his goods from the storage facility so that he would have a bed to sleep on the next day, the goods were in the corner of a warehouse in which there was access by commercial trucks (apparently my son said it was a mulch warehouse) His goods were not secure; they were in the corner of the warehouse on a wet floor with many of the boxes wet on the bottom.Luckily, all of his goods were accounted for and not damaged by the water and are secure in his apartment, albeit by his own doing with some hired muscle and a Uhaul truck I consider the case done with and good riddance

First thing is I was never offered any coverage or I would of taken it The first crew that loaded my belongings were great, the second crew did everything horribleAt first I was only concerned about the sofa and the bedroom suit, as I was seeing how everything was being unloaded, but other items were damaged as well Everything I had is less than years old I have over $in new furniture that that can't be fixed I have a frame separated on my sofa (Broke) and a unusable bed room suit, which my mattress is still sitting on the floor as I can't put the bed together This was the damage I seen coming off the truck, but besides this there were a lot more items that were damaged I have tool boxes also with damage to each one, including scrapes, dents, and which have buckled wheels on the bottom now Along side of all of this as items were put into the garage I have item set along side my car(Corvette) with paint chips all over it and a scrape at the bottom of the door I just had a $7,paint job put on this car and I expect this to get repainted also I'm assuming all my belongings were damaged because I had the customer representative, the GM, and some other guy un-loading the truck Seems to me your company was short handed and sent out other people from the office which did not know how to un-load a truck The amount offered is a joke it is going to cost in upwards of $4,to repair/replace everything that was damaged by your company As stated by your employees as they were bringing my belongings in and dropping them all over the place, when I asked times what can be done and I got a shoulder shrug and a oh well that is what we carry insurance for, i'm expecting your insurance company to cover this I am in talks with your claim department now, and we will see where that goes, but unless your insurance company can coverage all of my losses then it will not be settled herePlease send counter offer as what you offered won't fix anything

$does not cover the $above original estimate nor the damaged drywall nor the damage kitchen table nor the missed opportunity to resolve weeks ago and mostly not my time spent enduring this travesty of what they call a business.Laughable!

I would like to say that the pdf attached is missing the bottom of the last page which is where I refused to sign stating everything was ok. Everything was not ok. $will not fix anything that this company has broke. The papers they have included were for the moving people that were loading my stuff. They did an excellent job. They were not the ones that unloaded the truck either of the times which should put anything I signed null and void as I did not sign for the GM and customer service representative to unload my truck. The paper that I did not sign, was to have professionals unload my belongings. This would be like me buying something and when I open it up once I get home, finding that it is an off brand piece of merchandise. The GM told me specifically "I never get to do this part of the job, as well as the customer service rep. I had under qualified individuals unloading my belongings. Like I said previously, if I can start a company up and not have to worry about damaging people's property and still make a profit, "I would too". Who knows maybe I will, as it sounds like this venture can't lose. I sure as well can't do any worse than Road Runner Relocation services. I can't sit on my couch as the frame is split, my mattress is "still" sitting on the floor, and a $7,paint job on my vehicle damaged from a careless individual. I would like to have the mediation set up between me and the company in the presence of the Revdex.com. I have already stated that any day or time would work for me. Please let me know when this can be arranged. As for the meantime I professionally decline your offer

This complaint was filed on September 30, 2015. The company was supposed to refund $100, but as of October 17, 2015, no refund has been received. I would appreciate the Revdex.com's continued help with receiving the refund from Roadrunner Relocation. I did not respond to the previous email, because I was waiting for the refund and hoped to respond with thanks and satisfaction. Please inform them that the refund has NOT been received and that we would appreciate their immediate attention to this matter. Thank you for your continued help
