Roadrunner has NOT provided any timeline for resolution nor indicated their planned corrective actions.In addition, they have cancelled scheduled meetings with my Realtor regarding this matter.It is now days post incidents

I do not want any further service from this company.  I will never use them again.  When my son went personally to pick up his goods from the storage facility so that he would have a bed to sleep on the next day, the goods were in the corner of a warehouse in which there was access by commercial trucks (apparently my son said it was a mulch warehouse).  His goods were not secure; they were in the corner of the warehouse on a wet floor with many of the boxes wet on the bottom.Luckily, all of his goods were accounted for and not damaged by the water and are secure in his apartment, albeit by his own doing with some hired muscle and a Uhaul truck.  I consider the case done with and good riddance.

Again I repeat they did not provide professional and courteous movers as promised in their email advertising their services to me.  Refer to my letter of complaint which states that they took my money BEFORE THEY WERE DONE MOVING OUT ALL THINGS FROM THE  TRUCK.  After they took my money, they proceeded to move the couch downstairs improperly, immediately damaged it and my walls and railings, and did not move it up upon my request until I signed a waiver relieving them of responsibility.  A waiver is never asked to be signed AFTER an item has been moved and already been damaged.  PROFESSIONAL MOVERS WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT AND BESIDES MOVING IT PROPERLY WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR A WAIVER BEFORE THE MOVE.When I asked why they moved the couch down improperly to begin with, I and my friends and daughter were repeatedly yelled at by Gary, who after damaging the couch and walls went out in the front of my yard screaming at me and his fellow movers--totally humiliating me in my new neighborhood.  PROFESSIONAL MOVERS WOULD NEVER HAVE YELLED AT PAYING CUSTOMERS NOR EMBARRASS THEM IN THE CUSTOMERS NEIGHBORHOOD BY CONTINUING TO YELL IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE.All items were to be totally diassasembled and reassembled and moved back into the new home before their services were done.  After the episode with the severe damaging of my couch and walls, table etc  and also the varied screaming episodes by Gary, the remaining two movers just emptied out the rest of the truck and dumped it all in the garage and all over the house and then left--WITHOUT MOVING MANY OF THE ITEMS TO THE PROPER ROOM AND WITHOUT REASSEMBLING ANYTHING.  i HAD TO CALL UP FAMILY MEMBERS TO HELP ME REASSEMBLE VARIOUS FURNITURE AND MOVE SAID ITEMS INTO TO HOUSE AND PROPER AREA.  THIS AGAIN, AFTER THEY TOOK MY MONEY BEFORE FINISHING THE MOVE INTO MY HOME.   PROFESSIONAL MOVERS WOULD HAVE TOTALLY COMPLETED THE MOVE AND THEN UPON MY SATISFACTION TAKEN THE MONEY OWED THEM.Roadrunner has totally taken advantage of the fact we had no recourse since all this transpired on the day of the move--when there was no opportunity for us to get anyone else.  They have damaged well over the $859.00 they took from me and all because I did not get PROFESSIONAL MOVERS AS PROMISED.  I am already out well over what they charged me plus they never finished moving me.  I have lost hundreds of dollars in damaged goods and home, plus untold stress and grief at what they submitted me to.  No they do not deserved any money as they did not give me professional movers as promised and I am out hundreds of dollars in damage because I did not get what was promised--PROFESSIONAL MOVERS.   I submitted many pictures showing the end results and though they have refused to ever get back to me despite my numerous efforts--the fact remains they should get nothing for all the damage and stress they have caused because they were not professional movers--asm promised.

Hello, I am very sorry to hear our services were not performed to your satisfaction.  We have finished the investigation for this claim.  Please note the following attachments: 1.  Signed Service Agreement  2.  Signed Waiver for damages to couch I am issuing reimbursement in the amount of $24.00 for all damaged items.  I would also like to offer you a customer service discount in the amount of $70.00 and a $100.00 coupon for any inconvenience resulting from services received. Training and customer service is very important to all of us at Roadrunner and we will continue to use the information to better train our service team. The amount of reimbursement or repair is based on the coverage you chose before beginning service. We offer Full Replacement Coverage and Depreciated Value Coverage to customers who want protection over our Minimum Coverage which is included free with every move. With your coverage, the value of reimbursement is 60 cents per pound.  Roadrunner Relocation Services uses weight of the furniture and calculates it that way and then you can have repairs done as you see fit. If an item is not completely damaged, then that reimbursement amount is lowered for repairs. We would not be paying the whole reimbursement amount to do a repair on an item that you would be keeping.
