Great company - always enjoyed Tony - just wish they have more personal contact

I attended hours of a Tony Robbins Seminar in West Palm Beach on 12/5/ I quickly determined that the event was not for me and went to customer service to ask what I should doCustomer service instructed me to go connect with my sales person who then sent me back to the event to connect with another personThis person (whose name I don't recall) collected the items I had been issued when I registered earlier that day
A week later I received text from both this man and my salesman saying I was being issued a full refund It is now days later and despite multiple attempts to remedy this issue with my sales person, the man noted above and through Robbins customer research, the issue is still unresolved and customer service does not respond to requests for information on when resolution will occur
I believe this organization is misleading clients by telling them satisfaction is 100% guaranteed It appears to be only guaranteed if you are willing to take drastic

Over the phone, on Oct 23, 2017, I ordered a service at a cost of $5,On line, I signed an agreement that said I had hours to rescind the agreement and receive a full refundThe next day, Oct 24, 2017, in accordance with the agreement, I sent a letter to the specified address requesting cancellation of the agreement and a full refund to my credit card
Although I received an email from the sales person on Nov 1, 2017, stating they got my letter
On Nov 13, 2017, I sent an email saying I had not yet received a refund to my credit card and asked if there was a problem
As of today, I have not received a reply to my email nor a refund to my credit card
Then on Nov 20, 2017, I received another email welcoming me to their program as if I had just signed up
When I signed up, they charged my credit card that very dayI should think it is within their power to give a refund the same day the request is received
I think they are playing games to encourage me to either sign up

My mother, *** ***, purchased tickets to the West Palm Beach Unleash the Power Within event held last March 10- Unfortunately, we had to cancel this trip We were told by the customer service department at *** *** that we would not be able to get a full refund, we would be able to receive a credit to purchase products on the Tony Robbins website After numerous attempts to contact customer service to obtain our credit with no response, we are now filing a complaint

It took me more than months to realize the impact and the effect, that participating in two of ***'s events, had on me, an impact that I would call "emotional manipulation" My first event with *** was UPW in London , in 2014, where I was blown away by the incredibly high number of participants, they said more than 7,people… I was quickly immersed into the event spirit, being myself a very open and social person, and all the music and hugging are tools used very well in making people feel safe, feel among others just like them, which is pretty much just an illusion
It was always a party atmosphere, always having the feeling that you were not at a seminar, but at a huge partyMy friends warned me about not having breaks, nor time to eat/drink, but I didn’t really believe it until I was thereAnd indeed, there was no time for breaks, especially when it was ***'s dayI enjoyed it back then, but it's amazing that when look back, it's clear how all these scenario was very well thought and prepared, so that you don't have time to think on your own, to take all that information in, and see if it makes any sense, or if it matches with your valuesI felt especially awkward during the Dickens process, I would hardly recommend to someone to be part of thatIt can go wrong in so many ways, and I felt that my privacy was invaded
Somehow, the amazing selling skills of everyone around, and all the "now it's the time", "get the best price", "half of the cost", slogans, that deliberately came after the most emotional part of the time spent with ***, I bought a package for DWD and Life Wellness, on which I spent an ridiculous amount of money!! I just wasn't thinking right at that point in timeThe fear of missing out was deliberately promoted, so that as many people as possible would sign up for the package of events with *** ( and no one tells you, that is not really with *** He is there maybe 50% of the time)
So, then I went to Florida to DWDAnd I had to spend a few thousand dollars more, on top of the ridiculous amount of money already paid… We spent a week in a huge hotel room, at degree Celsius, given that outside were The sessions would start around am, and God knows when you would got out of there… On a personal level, I found parts of this event particularly disturbingIt's true that *** says a lot of things that might be valuable in a certain context, but the process and the emotional manipulation are always there to make you want more, buy more, and obstruct your natural thinking processAgain, you are together with 3,people… you hug, and dance, and high five, and scream until you lose your voiceYou end up forgetting who you are, and all the cheering, and team slogans, make you build a fake reality, like a soap balloon which breaks soon after you leave, or as in my case, it took a little longer The day I after DWD my body totally collapsed,I spent 24h in Philadelphia with fever and muscle pain in my whole body, being hardly able to move… Imagine I travelled there alone, and after a week of living in an environment that is deliberately build to break you to pieces, so that you can easily believe all the information that is given to you, I end up sick in a hotel room, praying that I will be able to reach the airportThe funny part is that loads of people were complaining of the same symptoms on the FB groups, and yet, no one doubted the process we went throughSimply unbelievable I was lucky I made it to the airport, had one of the hardest flights ever, and fought back the terrible cold for more than a week
Humans learn best from hearing other people stories When we are being told a story, not only are the language processing parts in our brain activated, but any other area in our brain that we would use when experiencing the events of the story are tooI guess *** knows that very well, he is a brilliant story teller, and the interventions he does do nothing but increase the emotional impact that his stories have on the participants Especially at DWD, the stories were so dramatic, that some of them I even found hard to believe, very hard to believe actuallyNobody asks if you are willing to put your life on a tray for ***, in front of people, but when you stand up, you don’t have a choice anymore
And then, one thing that made me feel completely disappointed and change my entire view on ***… This guy from the security team, that comes on stage to share how he become reach and happiness after he went to Business Mastery… The EXACT same PERSON and the EXACT same STORY that I heard half a year before at UPW in LondonSAME WORD, SAME MOVEMENT, he even started to CRY at the exact time… Really? That is how *** Robbins makes money? But finding/creating the saddest stories, with the highest emotional impact on people, and share them over and over again, until people end up spending their lifetime savings, or borrowed money, in order to listen to ***? This is my sad and disappointing realisation, and I am pretty sure I will never recommend a TR event to any of my friends

I was signed up for the UPW seminar in West Palm Beach location on March 12th by a sales representative *** HurjaI had spoken with him in the past and still was hesitant about signing up for the workshop, so I explained to him that I was an advanced student since I had been following Robbins' work online as well as through special coach training courses or home-training courses for quite a few years and asked him not to sign me up if he wasn't sure someone like me could benefit from the program fully to make the $ investment worthwhileHe responded that he "guaranteed 100%"The workshop left me very disappointed (too basic and with almost no value to me) and after finally getting *** to speak to me, he promised to give me access to some of the online productsI was satisfied with the dealBut after discovering that the library he shared contained missing links, videos found on YouTube, and "access denied" messages, I contacted *** for explanation, but no answersHe promised

I ordered his book online for Money: Mastering the Game along with audio interview files that were not accessed on 8/13/After reading further reviews, I realized it wasn't what I was looking for and requested a refund via customer service email the same day:
"I ordered a copy of the book, Money: Master the Game, today for the cost of shipping ($8) as well as two interviews ($37) for about $totalI'm following up to request a refundAfter further reading, this is not what I was looking for."
After no reply, I emailed customer service again on 8/23:
"I've requested a refund on 8/13/and have not heard back yetAfter further research, I've decided Tony's book and audio files were not what I wantedThe interviews have not been accessedI'd appreciate any feedback you can provide."
I sent another email on 8/when I received a separate product email from Kay K, product specialist:
"I've actually requested a refund on my order for the book and audio files ($total) on 8/13/the date of purchase and again on 8/22/I have not heard back from customer serviceCan you assist me with this request?"
I was referred me to Ambassador of First Impressions, LaShonda LB; who notified me on 8/(which was a Friday) that I would be contacted within 24/hours:
"We have received your request and a Client Rep, will be looking into this inquiry for you and updated you within 24/hours
We apologize for the delay."
When I had not heard anything by Tuesday 8/30, I emailed LaShonda directly & left a her voicemail with my name & cell:
"I left a voicemail with you earlier today about my request for a refund from my order placed on 8/13/This is my fourth attempt to contact customer service regarding a refund totaling $for the Master Money book and audio files that were not accessedI received an email today that the book had been shipped, so I'm checking with you since I haven't heard from anyone within the 24/48hr time frame of your previous email on 8/25/I'd appreciate any assistance you can provide."
I heard no reply and the book had been shipped that dayI emailed LaShonda again this morning 9/3/informing her I'd be contacting Revdex.comIt should not be this difficult to request a simple refund but after requests, my first impression is I won't be ordering from this company againI like Tony from what I've heard but this is deplorable serviceJust want others to be aware that purchases may apparently be final & unrefundableI'm sending the book back & will continue calling and update if the issue is eventually resolved

In July of at an UPW event ticket gifted to me, I signed up for the Mastery University with Tony Robbins of Robbins Research InternationalI paid a deposit of $995, then signed up for the Momentum plan which consists of a total payment of $10,plus interest and subject to credit approvalI was approved at the Diamond levelEquitable Acceptance was the third-party financing company who supplied Robbins Research International with the remaining $in funds so that I could attend these eventsFast-forward to April when I realize that my account "event credits" do not match what Equitable Acceptance paid to Robbins Research and I am wondering if I have to pay the full amount for these events to Equitable Acceptance before I can attend the seminarsMy account representative Benjamin Kral told me I had to contact Equitable Acceptance in regards to my "contract" with themI then contacted Equitable Acceptance they assured me that Robbins Research has been paid $To this point I have a paper contract from Robbins Research International, Incwhich does not state that if a third-party financing company is used that Robbins Research will not honor the proper amount of Event Credits until the funds are paid to Equitable Acceptance firstI then contact Benjamin Kral again, he tells me that something (no specifics) in regards to my income placed me in the Gold plan not the Diamond I was originally toldThis meant according to Benjamin Kral that I would not be able to attend until my "event credits" matched my payments to Equitable AcceptanceAlso if I needed to rescind my registration I would potentially be paying a fee of $250-$I then researched my email for some type of contract that explains this to me, I did not find oneI contacted Christina Tattersall who enrolled me in the Momentum payment plan, she said she doubted there was anything she could do at this point after I told her I had not seen her email in regards to verifying my incomeNonetheless a payment was already made to Robbins Research for these eventsSince July my payments have been made on time, in MORE THAN the amount requested and at an interest rate of 17.99% APRThe interest amount on this loan was $140/month with the total payment being $290.70, and me paying on average $300/monthRobbins Research to this point has been paid for the product/service I expect to be available to me now and are refusing to honor thisSince I have already registered for events, bought plane tickets, purchased a hotel room and arranged care for my children it would be my expectation that I will be able to attend the event and continue to make payments to the third-party financing company until the funds are paidIf Robbins Research has been paid and I am making payments to Equitable Acceptance why have I not received the product/service? Also why would I be paying $140/interest a month for something I am not allowed to receive?
