as to how we responded and how this matter was handled.First, the primary reason for the length of time for the response was because our customer service team had gone back to the client several times to work out what we considered a fair resolution of the matterIt was only after going back and for the several times, and being able to fully investigate the background of the matter that we were able to finally fully resolve this matter, which happened on March 23, 2016.To give a brief background of this matter, the Client purchased our Mastery University program in October 2015, and at the time paid the entire amount of $9,on two different credit cards.She initially cancelled the entire Mastery University course within the hour window, but in its place desired to sign up for the Date with Destiny program at a lower overall price ($3,995)The written contract that she signed for the Mastery University program clearly stated that any cancellation outside the hour window would result in a liquidated damages of the $1,deposit amountThe $3,of her initial payment was then applied to her Date with Destiny program, and the balance of her Mastery University payment was then refunded to her at that timeSometime after that, the client had spoke to her representative and indicated that she would also not be able to attend the Date with Destiny program and asked about receiving her refundPrior to that, it is not entirely clear as to what was said between the client and the representatives as to how much of a refund the client could receive, because the accounts differBut it was at that point that the client was seeking the refund for the $1,as well.Initially, after investigating the matter, we refunded the client $1,000, on March 17, A far as the other remaining balance, we communicated with the client on a couple of different occasions, offering her other alternatives rather than a full cash refundShe was not satisfied with these other alternatives, and we are in the process of refunding the client the full amount of her balance, including the $1,that would normally not be refunded as liquidated damages, and of which we contractually are entitled to retain.It is our policy that the customer’s needs are what come first, and we will do everything in our power to satisfy our customersIn this case with this complainant, we believe we have done that by refunding thecustomer immediately of the full amountBecause this issue was responded to promptly by our staff, we believe this issue is now resolved and closed.Thank youPlease let me know if you have any further questions.Sincerely,*** ***

I signed up for Mastery University ($9995) while at a Tony Robbins course, and was told I could cancel within hours I canceled the Mastery University package since the only course out of the package I was interested in was Date with Destiny (DWD)The "specialist" assigned to me offered to "transfer" me over to the DWD courseI asked him to instead treat the as separate transactions, refunding Mastery Univ in full ($9995), and doing a separate transaction for the purchase of DWD ($3995), so that I would have hours to cancel if need beHe said that was unnecessary, and that even if he did a transfer, I could cancel at any time without penalty, so there was no need to worryI told him I had read reviews online saying otherwise, and how Tony Robbins Co makes it very hard to get your money back, and he assured me this was false, or referred to old practicesHe even had the nerve to say now that I had him as my results specialist, I would never have to worry about thatI also

I was sent an email asking to purchase a digital version of The Ulitmate Edge on IOS and it said that if I wasn't 100% satisfied I could get a full refundI paid the $99(visa) and within hours emailed to say I was not happy with how it worked and wanted to cancel and get a refundNo response was givenI have now emailed on five separate occasions without an acknowledgement or my refund

I purchased Mastery University at a cost of $I did not use any of the events, and the customer service that was guaranteed was not deliveredI was ignored for months by customer serviceTony Robbins states clearly in his events that if we are not satisfied, we will receive 100% of our money backI requested a full refund and was told I could only receive $backI have not received any of my money back and since I did not use any of the events, I deserve a full 100% of my money back, as guaranteed by Tony RobbinsThey claim the $they would keep as damages, but this does not apply to me, as they did not deliver on what was promised to me

Pretty safe to say, this was a terrible experience
I went through coachesThe first one was actually not a coach (Jason ***), he's purely a salesman that pretends to be a coach to lure you inHis tips and excitement was actually pretty good, but after you pay, he hands you off the is
Nick *** & Charlie *** were the two coaches I then was handed toI tried both for at least one call, and they were both disappointingTheir program has no fundamentals, no framework, no prepare content, no science underneath what they doThey have a few exercises, and when I asked how they worked, or for more content for me to read up on, they fell silent and stopped responding to my messages
When I dug in a little deeper, I found out that both were brand new, and worked jobs unrelated to business or psychologyOne claimed to work at a top tier bank, and when I looked up his linkedin, he actually worked a no name institution in the same field
Reflecting back, it was pretty clear that the coaches probably never went to college, and had a lot of problems of their ownTony *** Coaching was just the only job they could getI ignored all of the signs because I wanted it to work so badly
Tony *** is only associated to this product by nameDespite what the people say, he never worked with them or does any of the coaching programsI was promised a refund if the program didn't meet satisfactionThey never gave it back of courseI feel scammed and jipped

detailed below, but as of th is writing have not received any

To give a brief background of the matter, in October 2013, the client enrolled and purchased our coaching
services for a month period (or for total coaching sessions) the client paid the contract rate of $2,
in full , and the client used a ll sessions of the original contractFrom our records, the client then reenrolled
for an additional months of coaching sessions (for a total ofadditional sessions) in March,
at a rate of $3,The cl ient's credit card was charged for 50% of that payment on March 29,2014,
in the amount of $1,.50, and was charged the remaining 50% for the same amount one month later on
April28, The client used of the coaching sessions through August 6, The client then
sought cancellation of her coaching contract and on September 19, 2014, we accepted a chargeback from
her credit card company of $ 1,(50% of all the payments for the current coaching contract)We
additionally refunded another $to the client, refunding the entirety of the contract, less the pro-rated
amount owed for the sessions she had usedWe a lso did not charge the $cancellation liquidated
damages that are normally charged when a client cancels a coaching contract prematurely
We then received this Revdex.com inquiry on November 17,After talking to our internal coaching sales
representative who handled this client's account to understand a background of this matter, our Customer
Service Director reached out to discuss this matter with the c lient via both phone and email on November
24, (via the email and phone that was provided in this Revdex.com inquiry)After not receiving any
response from the c lient, our Customer Service Director reached out to the client again via both cell phone
we have listed for her on her account with us and via email on the morning of December 1, As of
this writing, the client s till has not responded
In sum, with the latest refund on October 27,2014, this client was refunded the full amount she had paid
for the latest coaching sessions she purchased, less the amount for the coaching sessions she actually
used (for a total of $ 1,not returned to the client)Because this issue was responded to by our staff,
we believe this issue is now resolved and closed, however we would be happy to speak further with the
client if she were to respond to the several attempts we have made to contact her

Satisfaction Guarantee policy which allowed for a complete refund of the event (even though as per the policy, the client turned in his materials one day after was provided pursuant to the Satisfaction Guaranteee policy).  We tell our clients that it normally may take a couple weeks to process the refund.  The credit was issued on March 23, 2018, by refunding the original credit card used in the full amount of $547.50, less than one week after the conclusion of the event. Our goal is to having raving fans, especially those who believe they have customer service issues.  Because this refund was processed in a timely manner, and we addressed this directly with the customer, we consider this matter closed.  Thank you.
