We had Dean, Corey, Matt, Jay and Justin come out and replace the ducts in our home which had the old original metal ducts and were leaking due to condensationThese guys were amazingThey started at around 7:am and finished around 2:pmThey never stopped working and were very efficient, especially in the hot summer monthsSo with no air conditioning for that long it wasn't that uncomfortableThey also cleaned up the mess, took a look at our handler and changed the filter, why, just because they are good guysI have to also give kudos to the Comfort Specialist Patrick Flanagan who is the one that came out first to look things over and give us a quoteHe and these guys were very knowledgableI highly recommend this company if you need any air conditioning repairs or service
Dean came with his team early with a friendly, helpful attitude He installed the compressor system answering questions as he worked He explained the differences in the old and new systems and showed us how things worked He was very helpful and gave us tips on how to solve our heating problems in our North Carolina home We could not be more pleased with the service Thank you Dean

The men who arrived to install were efficient and knowledgeable. Overall a very pleasant experience. Appreciate the time taken to explain some of the things that I did not know.
Kevin did a great job in performing the six-month pm on the unit. Kevin was able to identify the problem with the UV lights and replaced the transformer which had burned out in eight-month span. He was able to answer questions as to the routine maintenance with the electronic filter and with the add'l filters needed at the air return locations. He was on-time for the appt and appeared well-informed as to all the questions posed as to cleaning, etc...
We chose Millian-Aire because they had competitive prices, quality products and great financing options. After obtaining other quotes we got a lower offer from another company and Millian-Aire matched their price as promised! We were very pleased with our experience with them and we'll definitely consider using them again in the future (hopefully we won't need to do that anytime soon, though) and referring them to our family and friends. Patrick our sales guy was knowledgeable, patient and just a pleasure to deal with. He was outstanding!
Chris was timely, courteous, and listened to the issue I was having. He inspected my AC system and gave me three options on how to proceed. He then completed the work based upon a fair estimate. I had to move some bikes out of the way for him to reach the air handler. Chris put the bikes back after completing the work on the air handler. I was pleasantly surprised by this and felt like he really went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Millian-Aire AC service.

Brett called in advance and arrived for the service call in the time window promised. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He was happy to answer all my questions (I had a lot) while he worked yet still payed attention to detail as he
dismantled and tested both of my A/C units. He even identified a recall item on one of my units. He said he would order and replace the item at no cost to me. I've had several negative experiences with other companies in the past so it was refreshing to find someone of his character in this business. Thanks for a great job.
