Our Service Manager,spoke to [redacted] and offered him a [redacted] water heater with no warranty, The client declined.He stated that wasn't good enough and wants the *** water heater plus $1000.00.The client also stopped his credit card payment so he has a water heater we installed that he has not paid for.We will install the [redacted] as he requested but expect to be paid for it.

Roberts Heating and Air does have a Master HVAC license through the State of Colorado At the time we were unaware that the [redacted] of [redacted] added a Gas Line and Pipe Fitting test to continue work in [redacted] We currently have taken the steps towards getting this test passed and updating our status with the [redacted] of [redacted] We are willing to pay for the fee mentioned by the client associated with this issue We do require proof of the fees and what they are based off of We look forward to getting this resolved quickly

I am rejecting this response because:Statement by "Roberts Heating and Air": The technician recalls that Mr*** was present and fully engaged in all aspects of the evaluation, disconnection of the old water heater, transportation, unpacking and installation of the new oneHe stated that Mr*** observed the unit and knew that it was not a ***.My Response: That answer is complete nonsense and a bold lieI was not fully engaged as I did not know it was not a *** which I expressed to the technician MULTIPLE TIMES before during and after installation.Statement by "Roberts Heating and Air": It is our conclusion that Mr*** experienced doubt after doing reviews online the next morning but was aware of every step and in agreement with each stepIt appears that the data he found in the reviews made him concerned about the *** water heater which we stand behind as a comparable unit.My Response: "It appears that he found" - What does that mean? This is COMPLETE CONJECTURE ON YOUR PARTI did not just experience doubt after reading reviewsI was questioning the technician whether this was a "***" water heater constantly and the technician said it was - period - It makes zero difference that the *** Water Heater you installed is an inferior unit and that it costs thousands lessYour technician installed the incorrect water heater- The *** Water Heater he installed has no observable label indicating what is the brand AND the invoice supplied the next day does not indicate the brand and indicates even a different capacity (40-gallon)This is a deceptive and illegal business practice.Statement by "Roberts Heating and Air": Additionally, the next day Mr*** called our office stating that the reviews he found of the *** water heater made him want to have it taken out and a *** installedHe did not once claim that he was unaware of the pricing or the original brand, nor state that anything was wrong with the pricingThese issues were expressed only after we declined to provide a new water heater based upon the fears created by the reviews he foundThe technician did state that all of his dealings were with Mr*** until the time of payment for the serviceAt that time Mrand Ms*** displayed some disagreement between themselves in front of him but provided payment without dispute to himBecause of these facts we find the complaints being made to the Revdex.com to be without credibility. My Response: I never saw an "official" price till you provided an invoice the NEXT DAYMy wife never not express disagreement that Roberts Heating and Air installed a lower priced water heaterMy wife and I both disagreed and told the technician that we were NEVER told WHAT BRAND of water heater the technician was going to install before, during and after installationSupplying the Invoice the next day is a very good indication that Robert's Heating and Air did not want us to see the AMOUNT of the invoice - period -The reviews for *** Water Heater and the cost are for Robert's Heating and Air information and this Revdex.com Complaint specificallyIt makes no difference regardless as your technician installed the wrong water heaterWe provided payment only because we thought we had no optionHowever we contacted the Bank immediately the next day with all of this information provided and we are putting a hold on the paymentThe bank is in negotiation with Roberts Heating and Air currentlyIf Robert's Heating and Air does not respond sufficiently and continues to lie, the funds will be taken out of their account - period -If Robert's Heating and Air somehow hangs on to the moneys in amount of $2,we will sue this company- most probably in small claims courtAs an aside, if you look at other complaints of Robert's Heating and Air on the Northern Colorado Revdex.com Site, you will notice many people having the same issues with this company- being charged to much- overpriced- and deceptive business practices

*** *** met with *** *** and gave her straight forward pricing to replace her furnace for $5,She elected to proceed with the installation and to pay with *** *** financingShe filled out and signed the paperwork for the financing*** called the credit application information
into *** *** and they approved a line of credit in the amount of $9,The next day, Ms*** called *** and asked him to hold off on the job and processing the finance paperworkHe told her we would do that but let her know that *** *** would still be sending her a credit card with the $9,credit limitHe advised her to destroy the card when she received it.Robert's Heating & Air did not process the application and she was not funded for any amountThe attached paperwork shows that we never completed our portion nor did our office submit the application per her requestRobert's Heating & Air uses *** *** as an option for our clients as a means to pay for installationsWhen we call in an application for pre-approval, we only give *** *** the information on the credit application and the cost of the jobWe do not set the credit limitsNeither Robert's Heating & Air nor *** *** committed a fraudulent actSince the job was cancelled by the client, we did not refund the $for the after hours call since we did perform repairs.Please feel free to call *** *** at *** *** with any questions or additional information you may need.Thank you

Our Comfort Advisor called Mrs*** and apologized that this was not done earlierHe has ordered the replacement air conditioner and it is scheduled with Mrs*** to be replaced on March 3, 2017, under warranty

*** *** ***On December 10, 2014, *** and *** from Roberts Htg and Air came to our home to place andinstall the 1/ton air conditioning unit that was supposed to have been installed in March 2014.They took back the w***g a/c unit that was installed in March So as far as we can tell theair conditioning problem has been resolved We do not consider this complaint resolved, as we are still seeking Roberts Htg and Air to pay us for the rebates of $1,150we were promised by ***, since submitting rebates were mishandled by Roberts Htg and Air.*** and *** ***

We are willing to refund some of the cost associated with this claim. Unfortunately a lot of thesame suggestions were made by the other parties. We have pulled all tickets from work donesince April of and the overview is attached. On October during the maintenance call preparing the system for cold weather use, the Roberts Heating and Air technician shut the water supply lines off to the *** unitsThese were located with the help of ***. *** the drain pans of the *** units were also pulled to allow for proper drainage. We have not seen any mentionof what damage was caused by the waterlines breakingThe services provided by *** *** are services that should be provided in the spring before the units are used for air conditioning. Weare also confused that *** *** apparently de-winterized units and preparedthem for spring and summer use knowing that the lines already froze. This service would have been provided byRoberts Heating and Air in the spring per the maintenance contract. The parts that were replaced by *** & *** of *** are the same parts list and bid that we gave to *** *** *** *** on 11/11/before the water line issue and werepresented to ***. We have finally got confirmation from manufacturer that the correct A/C condenser will be here tomorrow The client has been made aware of the progress and we have set an appointment for the condenser to be installed on Wednesday 12/10/2014. We look forward to resolving this issue
