The first installment for $has been issued and the client should receive the payment on 05/09/ It is in the form of a cashiers check and sent via certified mail Thank you

The only reason we accepted the air duct cleaning and the motor air pressure safety switch was because according to the technician it would help the furnace problem we were having if they would have been upfront with the high prices they are charging from day one we kept on insisting on getting an itemized and pricing of their services and insisted on it which we never received until yesterday 2/12/$for the filter rack switch that is outrageous I can submit a picture of this it took them literally 15minutes to get this doneOver all we contacted them to fix our furnace problem not working correctly if this would have been fix from the beginning we would not be having this issueBut almost $dollars later it is unacceptableEspecially when the technician kept on guessing what to change next

We will suffer the consequences of you installing a very-low-rated water heater, but the total for labor and the item “Water Heater” better be reasonable - This is what I stated in my last communication.We will need an invoice showing the charges as well

Mrs*** stated that she has filed with Small ClaimsAs we mentioned in our last response, we have turned this matter over to our attorney and he has sent a letter to Mrs*** with a settlement offerWe are waiting to hear back from our attorney as to the status of our offer to her

Our Project Manager, Jason H***, had just talked to Mrs*** today to update her on where we are with everythingWe scheduled with Mrs*** to have our Master Electrician go to her home on June 6th to complete the documentation that she is needingAfter we get that document notarized, Jason will get everything to Mrs***

We have assigned a Project Manager to work directly with Ms***He has been in constant contact with her in regards to addressing these issuesWe have our Master Electrician and HVAC Master Mechanic meeting with her on May 5th to inspect with system and sign off on the documents and have them
notarizedWe are getting the information together for her regarding her new units that were installed as well as a detailed itemizationWe will not be able to provide her with the model and serial numbers of the unit that was replaced as it is not our policy to record that information but we will try to get that information from her previous installers. We will notify you when all of this has been completed

I am rejecting this response because:This case has now being going on for far too longWe offered to pay a fair price for the labor of removal of the water heaterThis Business neglected to respond to this or our Credit Card Company for whatever reason and that is why they don’t have the funds. Due to the bad will between this company and us we don’t want them even in our house again Therefore, our offer is this - Leave the installation of the *** Water Heater and charge us a fair price for thatThe price will represent the ACTUAL price of this *** Water Heater plus a reasonable pice for laborThe *** Water Heater is a very low quality water heater but we want to be done with this.The price for all of this will be properly invoiced indicating what the charges are and what they are for.Regards, *** ***

We would like to offer to extend the warranty on the water heater that we installed for Mr*** to a 10-year warrantyOur warranty covers the tank, parts and labor associated with the water heater for yearsThe current warranty is an year

We sent Mr*** an itemized invoice reflecting the discount and he has sent us a check in the amount of $1,and a credit card payment for $so this account has been paid in full by Mr***

Since Mr*** is rejecting our latest offer, we ask him what he feels is a fair amount to pay for our after hour charges, labor, materials and equipment to install a water heater which is up to code and has a year warranty

Mr*** called us at 7:45pm with a call that his water heater was leakingOur technician arrived at 8:00pm and offered to replace his water heater.Our technician would not state that he would replace the water heater with a ***We carry *** *** which is a top water heater and is comparable to ***We would never install an inferior water heaterThis water heater has an 8-year warranty, which is listed on the invoiceMr*** was on-site when the water heater was installedWe give Straight Forward Pricing upfront and Mr*** authorized us to perform the work and acknowledged that the install was completed to his satisfactionI’ve attached a copy of the invoice showing his signaturesThe invoice description lists his water heater as a 40-gallon and we installed a 50-gallonThis was done to give Mr*** the 50-gallon water heater at the 40-gallon price which is a lower priceOur pricing has always been by task, not labor, time, or materialsMr*** has done business with us previously and should be familiar with our Straight Forward PricingThe invoice does list what was included in the priceThe attached invoice was emailed to Mr*** at *** on 10/30/

I am rejecting this response because:While the response would solve my problem if they followed through, I have been waiting for resolution for more than months now History with this company has proven that they will promise and not deliver They did not follow through on the last response they submitted to the Revdex.comAfter waiting several weeks, I called Jason and he stated they did not complete the task because their electrician did not want to go as he lived to far away However there was no communication to me that they ran into problems (again) and how they planned to resolve it.As they lack follow through, communication and transparency, this case should not be closed until such time as they really COMPLETE the job not when they say they will on a future date that never seems to come

After discussing this issue with my wife we have decided a more plausible solution to this case would be to have Robert's Heating and Air REMOVE the [redacted] Water Heater they installed. We have already paid them roughly $90.00 for a "dispatch" fee. At this point in this negotiation due to the amount of time my wife and I have spent on this complaint, lack of any  positive response from this company, and the other "complaints" I have read regarding this company we feel that $50.00 charge for labor is plenty for them to remove this [redacted] Water Heater.
