I still do not agree with the merchant because the smell is still in the car , I carefully reviewed the invoice and it does indicate that they took everything apart ( rear seats ) and hvac to clean the unit However the odor is still in the vehicle I wanted to be clear so that there aren't any issues Also when I dropped the car off I went back to work and claritizia called me with a quote 68o I told her ok do the job because I was desperate and without a vehicle that I need to get my kids from school After I called my husband I quickly called back and claritizia transferred me to victor who was very rude He said that he would charge me 4oo even if I decided not to do the job because they already started taking things apart in the car ! I told him I wouldn't pay 4oo dollars for nothing and that I will not pay ! He replied with oh yes you will ! So I was upset and at work could not argue and told him to work with me He knocked off an hour of labor and charged me 58o total to do the job ! After picking the car up and driving a few miles the odor was still there So now I am out dollars and still with the same problem ! I don't want to give any misleading info this is what has happened ! I can text a pic of the invoice to confirm Thank you *** *** *** *** ***

PLease be advised that we would appreciate some sort of proof that the money was provided, in the amount claimed. A handwritten receipt, a repair order, an ATM receipt or proof from day of original repairs would be helpful and can be provided to me, as the compliance officer, at my fax:

The above being said, there is simply no way to provide said vehicle for that priceIt is, without question, a clear mistake, not an attempt to confuse, defraud or otherwise mislead the publicI'm certain that our General Manager would be pleased to grant an amazing discount on this, or any other vehicle in inventory, as a THANK YOU for bringing it to our attention. It is simply not reasonable or credible to expect a retail organization to sell an item at 10% of its MSRP

I went to this dealership JUST to take a look at the Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude, as a first time buyer I did not have too much experience on this fieldSo, as soon as I walk in, one of their salesman (I'll reserve the name) approached me and offered me his helpI told him I was there just to look at the Altitude ONLY, I was not ready to make the purchase yetI told him many times, I don't want to see numbers on the vehicle, or run my credit until I'm ready to make the purchaseHe asked me what would I like to do when I'm ready, Finance or LeaseI told him I was not sure, I was open to both
Long story short, he offered me a test drive on a Laredo EWhich he said it was the same as the Altitude (not really)I said fine, I can test drive itHe came with a piece of paper to write down my information and requested a copy of my driver licenseBE VERY CAREFUL, that piece of paper is going to ask you for all your personal info, including your SS#, once they have that, that is it, game over for you After I came back from the test drive, I found out they ran my credit, he claimed it was a soft pull only and it would not affect my creditHe said they did it just to give me an idea on the numbers
I was really upset that they ran my credit without my authorizationThey gave me an estimate on the Laredo E, which was as much as I found for an Altitude somewhere elseRight now I'm paying less on a Altitude I bought at another dealership, than what Rockaway Chrysler Jeep quoted me on the Laredo ETHIS IS A SCAM, THEY WILL RUN YOUR CREDIT WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORIZATIONDon't waste your time at this place, they will give you the worst deal you can getthey will RIP YOU OFFVERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE
