Review: I went to this dealership on Wednesday 9/*/15 to buy a car which they had advertised on [redacted]. The salesman Jason, was very friendly and helped me with the purchase. I buy cars for a business and usually buy one car every two months. I paid the full amount for the car and was supposed to pick it up the next day. I mentioned to Jason that I lived 2 hours away and that I wanted to make sure that everything was ready before I drove all the way to the dealership to pick up the car.
On Thursday 9/*/2015 I went to the dealership to pick up the car only to find out that they weren't able to register it. They promised that it would be ready for Friday, 9/*/2015.
On Friday 9/*/2015 I again drove 2 hours to this dealership to meet with Jason. This time Jason was a no show, and no one knew where he was. Even worse, they didn't know where the car was. I asked them if they had sold it to someone else, but no one seemed to know. At that point, I asked for a full refund. Which of course now they couldn't do, because the only person that can do refunds wasn't there.
Other associates from the company I work for tried to contact the dealership, but they just kept on telling them that "everyone" was busy and that they would call us back. No one ever did.
On Sunday 9/*/2015. I called again inquiring about the car as a new customer, and miraculously, the car re-appeared and was available for sale, even though they still had my money. I was finally able to talk to a sales manager "Juan" who ensured me he would look into it and call me back. Again, he never called back.
Finally on Monday 9/*/2015 I called the dealership again. No one knew anything about the car and Juan wasn't available. After calling 5-6 times I finally got through to Juan who informed that they had "just sold the car" and that I would eventually get a refund.
As I mentioned before I buy cars as my job and I've probably purchased over 25 vehicles in the past 3 years, and I've never dealt with such incompetence and manipulation.Desired Settlement: All I want is a full refund so that I can purchase the car at another dealership.
