They had no right in the first place to charge the card without the paper work being filled out and a deal being made. We HAVE NOT received a reimbursement from Jeep as of yet, and we have been forced to put a dispute in with our credit card company so that they are able to help as well. This is getting ridiculous, it has been close to 3 weeks. Absolutely unacceptable, and unprofessional.

What do you mean they no long "have" the money? We paid 1,647.00 to this dealer and received NOTHING in return. That was the "down payment" on a vehicle that was never received and no paper work was filled out. This is so unacceptable. They need to refund the money by tomorrow or my lawyer will be dealing with it instead of me. Period. Just WOW.

We simply need current mileage of vehicle to cancel warranty. If there is a loan for the vehicle, the bank will be sent those funds on the customer's behalf. Please email me to request same at : [redacted] Thanks,  Eric K[redacted]

Please note that, according to management at the dealership, a check for $150.00 was issued as an 'accord and satisfaction', resolving this exact complaint. If there's any issue with the above, I can be reached at [redacted] to discuss. I have enclosed a file copy of the check...

issued. Regards, [redacted]

Here is the problem: When the amount is disputed, it cannot be returned, as my client no longer 'has' the money. If you'd like us to allow the dispute to go through, we can. But at this point, neither party has the money and both are disappointed that they cannot move on. Let me know if you'd like us to simply allow the dispute to go through. That permission would include the understanding that the Revdex.com complaint has been resolved with that action. Thanks, Eric K[redacted]Compliance###-###-####

Stay away! I made an appointment to return a lease and look at a new car. I called a week in advance to make sure they had room and would take the car. I show up to my appointment and they keep me waiting about an hour. No problem, I get it, sometimes things get busy. But then, when I tell them I have another appointment and my ride is coming, the manager comes out and says they will only take the car back if I lease a new car from them today. I told him I would have to come back because I had other appointments. They refused to take my car! I understand dealers are under no obligation to accept lease returns, but if I call ahead and confirm an appointment, how do you "forget" to mention that you'll only take the car if I buy a new one. You didn't forget. This is how you treat your customers.

If they'll lie to get you in the door, they will lie to you on the showroom floor.

I went to this dealership JUST to take a look at the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude, as a first time buyer I did not have too much experience on this field. So, as soon as I walk in, one of their salesman (I'll reserve the name) approached me and offered me his help. I told him I was there just to look at the Altitude ONLY, I was not ready to make the purchase yet. I told him many times, I don't want to see numbers on the vehicle, or run my credit until I'm ready to make the purchase. He asked me what would I like to do when I'm ready, Finance or Lease. I told him I was not sure, I was open to both.

Long story short, he offered me a test drive on a Laredo E. Which he said it was the same as the Altitude (not really). I said fine, I can test drive it. He came with a piece of paper to write down my information and requested a copy of my driver license. BE VERY CAREFUL, that piece of paper is going to ask you for all your personal info, including your SS#, once they have that, that is it, game over for you. After I came back from the test drive, I found out they ran my credit, he claimed it was a soft pull only and it would not affect my credit. He said they did it just to give me an idea on the numbers.

I was really upset that they ran my credit without my authorization. They gave me an estimate on the Laredo E, which was as much as I found for an Altitude somewhere else. Right now I'm paying less on a Altitude I bought at another dealership, than what Rockaway Chrysler Jeep quoted me on the Laredo E. THIS IS A SCAM, THEY WILL RUN YOUR CREDIT WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORIZATION. Don't waste your time at this place, they will give you the worst deal you can get. they will RIP YOU OFF. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

Review: In short, I was mislead into signing an auto lease contract opposed to the auto finance contract I believed I was signing and asked for.

With my father as a co-signer, We had discussed terms, a 4.1 % finance rate was given and calculated a payment of $440.00 a month for 72 mth's / with tax's-dvm fee's-and all other fee's included, including my $1000.00 down payment and $7000.00 trade in.

On 5-**-15 Durring talks with the [redacted]), my father had felt the monthly payments were high. He inquired asking the difference if the payment was a lease. It is my assumption that the [redacted] miss understood and proceeded to create a lease contract.

In my history I have only financed the last 4 cars I bought. So when I looked over my paperwork at home, the calculations were completely different and did'nt seem right to me. so I went to the dealer the next day to clarify, then to my surprise I learned it was a lease.

On saturday 5-**-15 The [redacted], ([redacted] ) advised me he would correct this issue on monday. When I had arrived on monday 6-*-15, I was given an excuse that it was not possible until the dmv registration was canceled, they will do it and call me later in the evening. I was fed up and tried giving the car back.

Then the [redacted]) explained He needed the time to pull the vehicle from dmv's registration, and assured me he would terminate the lease contract and give me a finance contract, and call me in the evening, then arrange to meet with me on tuesday 6-*-15 to draw a new finance contract.

On tuesday, I called [redacted] at 10:30am and he explained that it still wasnt done and would call me shortly. He never called. Every time I would call and speak with any salesman or manager, I would be left on hold indefinitely. Every time I called [redacted]'s personal cell, he would fwd me to voice mail.

He is refusing to correct the issue and give me a contract for a finance contract.

Next, I contacted their [redacted]) to explain the situation on 6-*-15 at 5:36 pm.

She gave me her contact info and said she will start questioning the [redacted] then get back to me the next day.

It is now the next day and the [redacted] did not get back to me, I called her at 3:17pm, was told she is busy and will get back to me.

So, looks like more run around.

on 4-*-15 I placed the order and gave a $1000.00 down payment.

I was told an order took 8 weeks for the vehicle to arrive. If I had wanted a lease, I would have picked one of many vehicles from the showroom or the thousands of other dealerships, NOT ORDER AND WAIT 8 WEEKS FOR ONE!Desired Settlement: Secondly, on 4-*-15 Both me & my fathers credit was run to check for finance rates and was offered 1.9%

I had made it perfectly clear that the deal was contingent on our being approved for the 1.9% otherwise the deal was off!

When 5-**-15 came, the best they offered me was 4.1% with the excuse that my score with my fathers wasnt strong enough for 1.9% even though finance rates hadnt risen or our credit hadnt changed, as stated by both the [redacted] and the [redacted].

At this point, I'm willing to pick my battles and just settle for the 4.1% just as long as I am given a Finance contract and the lease contract is terminated.

At this point, I'm willing to pick my battles and just settle for the 4.1% just as long as I am given a Finance contract and the lease contract is terminated. Allthough I preferr the 1.9% I was promised before the bait and switch.

in the begining, before all of this nonsense with the lease/finance contract problem I had another problem with them.

on 4-*-15 when I had given the down payment and created a custom purchase order, I accidently walked out with out my carbon copy receipt of the purchase order.

I was given the run around for the next 3 weeks, being given a different excuse why I could not come pick up my receipt purchase order. one day my salesman was off work and file missplaced, then he was on vacation, then he was fired, more and I got more excuses until I freaked out and they finally told me to come pick it up. it was left for me in an envelope, it was a photo copy, and with an addition $10,000.00 added over the allready negotiated price, and missing my signeture. Not my carbon copy!

I freaked again! but was able to get my origional carbon copy and origioanal negotiated agreed upon price.

it is my opinion that I negotiated such a good price, that they tried to decieve me and try every trick in the book to make more money on me any chance they got! when I made the contract mistake, they got what they were waiting for!
