Review: I purchased the car from Rockland Hyundai a year ago I have had numerous problems with the car. I brought the car back to the service department on 2/**/2014and didn't get my car back till 2/**/2014. I told them about the issues my car was having. I stated that about once a month the car would cut off while I was driving or not start completely and have to get it towed and the next morning the car would start up and run fine. I also told them the car seamed to be miss firing or have an electrical problem. the service engine light was and the tech said " they checked the codes and found P0481 for a fan control circuit he said he found a short in the fan and the belt was cracked. " I asked them if that would fix the starting issues they assured me it would and that was the cause of the miss firing. I Picked up my car on 2/**/2004 at 5 pm and drove it home I didn't drive it again till 2/**/2014 at 9pm and as I was driving it miss fired again I drove it again today and came home then had to go out again. When I got in the car it wouldn't start. I called up the service department they were no help they said they fixed the problem but they obviously didn't. I also had brought the car to another repair shop on 2/**/2014 and the same code had come up when they looked at the car they said the that he had checked all the codes that came up and they were not a cause of the issues my car was having. I didn't realize till today that they were the same codes.Desired Settlement: Repair of the actual problem or refund for faulty service

The service department of this dealership never disappoints. They have proven themselves to be honest and more than fair in all my dealings with them. Recently I had damaged a tire and went there late (after 4PM) and they got approval from the insurance for a new tire and were willing to do a scheduled maintenance and had me back on the road by 5:15PM.
