We were invited to tour their facility on March 16, and return we would receive $gas vouchers and days of free camping at any of their five resorts One in NC another in Pa and three in Ohio On March we sent in our first $gas vouchers and the other the first of May I made many phone calls asking when I would receive payment on the vouchers and all I get is they are in the process A couple of weeks ago, I spoke with Allen of member and he told me there was no record of my receipts or request and this after I spoke with him on several different occasionsLast week I spoke with another party and she told me they were approved for processing last May but I still haven't received any payment AS far as the days of free campingAgain, I made numerous calls for the punch card and received many different excuses I just received, after waiting four months received my punch card but they put restrictions on the parks who would accept the card when I have a written document that says I will receive a punch card to be used at any of their five parks I sent a complaint to the DOJ of NC and they made numerous attempts with TRA and said TRA would not respond to their requests for solution so the DOJ recommends filing a suit through the courts

Our records indicate that the certificates were attempted to be delivered on 7/18/by USPS, but no body was available to accept the mailing, and then delivery was confirmed on 7/21/Please let us know if we can be of further assistanceThank you very much

*** *** mistakenly identified his original purchase price as $The fact is that he purchased the membership for $
After a review of the membership dues we have found no error in our recordsWe also reject his suggestion that we over charged him for Cabin rentalsOur records indicate he paid the standard price for a rental for the type of membership that he purchased
On August 29, the day that *** *** and his wife purchased they were given copies of their paperworkSo we are also rejecting the suggestion that the signature was forged now four years later
Our Member Service representative spoke to *** *** on the same day that this complaint was filed with your officeAlthough by contract we are not required to cancel the membershipHe was instructed to send his request in writing and the membership will be canceled
We do not feel that any type of a refund is in orderThis completes our review of this complaint
