I am not satisfied with the response, as I feel the messaging was misleading, and that they sold me a lesser value item then what was advertised.  RockYou in previous offers sold Galahad Chests for 2 gems each, whereas the Elite Galahad Chests were 5.  As far as I am concerned they advertised a premium item for 5 gems and sold me a lesser value one that should have only been worth 2 gems.
 
In terms of the content of the chests, what I "won" is more aligned with the lesser Galahad contents as well, since I did not receive a single Master Token or a single Forgemaster Token, which is why I would buy a premium offer.
 
Since this complaint has been filed, the RY representative, [redacted] has deposited a single Forgemaster Token 24 in my inventory.  What I would feel as fair resolution is to either credit me the balance between Elite and Lesser Galahad Chests (Instead of charging me 525 gems for the 105 Elites, they should have only charged me 210 gems for 105 Lessers), or deliver me MT and FTM content as could be expected in their advertisement.Sincerely,[redacted]

After reviewing the prizes for the chest in question, we are showing that this limited time...

chest does indeed line up with the prices for the Wheel Game that it is assigned to. Please note that we encourage players to open their prize chests to take advantage of the items in the Chest in a timely manner. If you are opening prize chests when a single Ruby Wheel Game is going on, you will get the prize for that Wheel Game. If you are opening them during a more powerful Wheel Game, you will get those prizes. The cost for these prizes is carefully measured and verified before being sent out to any player and we test them thoroughly to ensure their value is in keeping with the cost to reach those tiers of prizes.
In addition to those Chest concerns, we will only remove items at a customer's request and replace them with equal or higher value items. This means that if a chest is worth 8 Rubies, we will not replace it with items that cost 7 or less Rubies. Additionally, items will not be removed from inventory without player action or permission as long as it retains value.
Items will also not mysteriously change from one item to another in your inventory as this is technically and physically impossible for us to do in our coding. If you have an item in your inventory, that item will remain in your inventory as long as it has value until you use it or request it be removed from inventory in another manner.

Nowhere do you encourage players to open chests immediately unless there is a special limited time item that may contain the item such as the horn of plenty item. The wheel events descriptions have never had a warning that you must open chests immediately or you may lose your prize. I do read the information for the events.
The value you place on chests is nowhere close to the value that players put on items. It does not matter what you say something is worth, It is only worth what people are willing to pay for it. I was not asking for an item of equal or greater value. I was asking for the item I paid for. If I buy a loaf of bread I do not want it replaced with a gallon of milk. I may have plenty of milk already, what I need is a loaf of bread.
As far as removing items, you have removed items twice from my inventory and replaced them with items of lesser value. Again, I point out it doesnt matter what price you put on items, since you are solely responsible for dictating prices of unique items. You can say an item is worth XXXXX rubies because you do not have a market to compare it too. And again what matters is what items are worth to the buyer, not the seller.
Rockyou makes a lot of what I, and many players, would consider rookie mistakes. A very recent example is the silver tier prize chest for the horn of plenty challenge. The troop reward was suppose to be 100,000 fire mirrors. The actual reward was fire mirrors x 10. You make mistakes like this all the time. At least once a week and sometimes 3 or 4 times a week. I dont even open my prize chests right away anymore because, I assume you need to fix them. So I wait until the chest is corrected.
Players complain about you editing their inventories all the time, you just delete the post on the forums quickly instead of addressing the issues. In fact that is why I came to the Revdex.com, as RY simply deleted and ignored my attempts to get what belong to me returned. Here you cannot delete posts and pretend the problem does not exist.
Lastly,please do not treat me like im stupid. I can both read and write java, html,C++, and python. I have been modding my own games for almost 2 decades. But I will explain it to you, like I did several rockyou customer support reps already. Let's say you have an item. The game gives this specific item upon creation a specific name. We will call this a key. This key cannot be changed. It is how the game engine keeps track of the item. You can change the stats of the item and the name of the item but the key never changes. When you change the name or stats of the item it updates ALL items with that key in the game. This is how you modified my inventory both times. A RY employee did remove chests from inventory that I bought and paid for and replaced them with a lesser value chest. RY has also altered the contents of items in my inventory by re configuring chests I already owned. Once they did this with a chest that paid out power challenge gold chest and it was suppose to pay out mad millions. The power challenge gold chests are of a much higher value than the mad millions that replaced it. If you would like to take a consensus of your player base on which of those two chest was worth more by all means do. The second instance, which is why we are here, you replaced wheel prizes with prizes of lesser value. Instead of simply removing the prizes from the wheel( in the coding) and adding in new prizes via new coding, you just reconfigured what was already there because that is easier and faster. But then it changed all the unopened prizes in players inventories.
It should not matter how long an item that I either bought or won sits in my inventory. By all accounts I should own that item, if I dont then what exactly am I buying. I am pretty sure when I go in a brick and mortar store and buy an item, I take possession of it. The same is true when I buy an item from you or one is given to me. It is now mine, not yours, and you have no right to edit that item or remove it unless you want to buy it back from me or give me fair market value for it. I am not playing for access to the game and I am not "leasing" items. Since I am not paying for a service nor a lease then I should by all means own what I purchased. Therefore you modifying or removing items is technically stealing.

What "documents (checks)" are you expecting to receive from me? I mailed you the defective $50 check four weeks ago and I never received the $100 check.
The other $225 in prizes from last month remain flagged as "unauthorized", even though I have sent all the IRS/ID/billing information requested. I can't even claim those prizes on your system. Support confirmed multiple times that I had submitted everything required.

glad to further investigate your issue with regards to the payout for the Power Challenge that took place on the 10th of October in both of your Worlds of Ultima and Drachmen.
After checking the date in question and the details for the Challenge that you wrote in about, we can see where your concerns lie and the issues that you are facing with the prizes and wording that you have written to us with. It appears that the Event wording was actually a graphical issue with how the prize information was displayed with regards to the prize payout for the place that you reached in the Event in question.
The place that you reached in the Power Challenge on October 10th was the Fifth Place Ranking out of your Server-wide prizes which would indeed make you eligible for the Diamond Tier Event Prize. Please note that this is the Fifth Rank and is thus the Fifth highest Prize Tier for this particular Power Challenge.
With regards to the Prizes paid out by the Diamond Tier Fifth Place Chest in question, the error with the graphical side of the Prize is the error in question that took place that you are writing in about. According to the wording for this Chest, the prizes would have originally been listed as more than Forty Times more powerful and Fifty Times more valuable than the prizes listed for the Fourth Place for this Power Challenge. Aside from the next Tier of Prize up from the level you reached, this Prize for the Fifth Place would have also been more than Ten Times more powerful and valuable than the First Place prizes for this Power Challenge.
As you can imagine, it would not be practical or sensible to pay out the prizes to the Fifth Place that far outstripped and exceeded that of the First Place Player on the Servers that you participated in. With this in mind, please also note that the Prize in question that you are concerned with would literally shatter the in-game economy. As we are sure that you would not like a completely one-sided advantage against all other players on your Server and are interested in keeping your Servers well balanced and long-lived, we hope that you realize the impact these items would have made had they remained in keeping with their original unaltered state that would have paid out massively unbalanced prizes. Additionally, we know that you would not be happy to have reached First Place only to realize that someone in Fifth Place received a far superior and massively over-powered Prize as this would have completely deterred all players who did not receive that Prize from ever participating in these types of Challenges in the future.
Since we know that the items included were incorrect as they were a leftover error from a previous graphical issue with a much outdated Event, the error was corrected and the proper prizes were paid out to all eligible players who participated in the Power Challenge. These prizes were then correctly awarded to all players who reached the Tier in question and were understanding of the error that happened and understood the immense gravity that this heavily weighted Prize would have caused.
As a last point, we would like to thank you again for letting us know of this error. As per our Terms of Service, the Event was corrected before payout occurred and all players were informed of this issue before such time that the in-game balance was tipped heavily and irreversible damage was done to the game world in which you all play.
Hopefully you will enjoy future Events and Power Challenges with an eye toward the excellent work our Game Teams do to preserve the fun and playability of our games in the future. If you ever have any questions or concerns for the future, please do not hesitate to file a ticket with our Support staff as they take all issues and feedback very seriously and will do their best to help alleviate any concerns you have and help to shed some light on what seem to be errors in game.

I note that by submitting my complaint, including this response that I am representing "that it is a truthful account" of my experience with the business. I also note that Revdex.com has determined that RockYou meets Revdex.com accreditation standards, "which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints." I therefore surmise that RockYou and their principal, Kabam Inc, another similarly accredited company, would have also had a similarly worded important note that they are representing their account of the relevant events are truthful.In my complaint I state "No changes were made to the aforementioned advertisement prior to my Avatar's completion of the Challenge or at all throughout the period in which the advertisement appeared in game inducing players to expend their game assets in order to participate in the Competition."In response, [redacted] (the company contact), on behalf of RockYou and its principle, Kabam, states "As per our Terms of Service, the Event was corrected before payout occurred and all players were informed of this issue before such time that the in-game balance was tipped heavily and irreversible damage was done to the game world in which you all play."By stating the Event was corrected, [redacted] is alleging that I have been untruthful where I state in my complaint the Event was was not corrected "at all". I stand by my original statement that the Event was never corrected at all and regret to say that it is [redacted] on behalf of Rock You and their principal Kabam that are not being truthful when the say the Event was corrected. The Event screen wording appears in game whilst the Event is live. When the Event ends the Event screen in game disappears from view. However, a record of what the last wording for the Event was continues to exist after the Event ends until such time as it is corrected which it can be before, during or after an Event has ended at any time even weeks later although players will not see such late corrections in game because the Event is no longer displayed there and never will display there again. The record can be viewed by players online in Google's Developer Mode if you know where to look for it as a player. On 23 October 2015, nearly 2 weeks after the Event had ceased displaying publicly in game and after the prizes were paid out by the automated process for payment, I accessed the record for the Event in Developer Mode to see if it had ever been corrected and saw even on that date it had not. I took a screenshot of the record of the wording of the Event as it existed on that date, also showing the date and time I did this. Here is the screenshot: http://[redacted], I checked the same file on 19 November 2015 to see if it had been corrected in the period [redacted] checked it or had it checked but it still remains unaltered as the following screenshot shows: http://[redacted] see RockYou goes on to suggest "all players were informed of this issue" during the event and before payout. I do not agree. The mechanism for such communication are in game messages sent to all players and no such message was sent to all players during the event or after it. The screenshots from my account show messages received at that time were just payouts for the previous competition that finished on 10 October 2015 and the relevant Challenge that finished on 12 October 2015, paid out within an hour of the conclusion of the Challenge. your account and are not showing any items that are missing or have been removed from your account in means other than through normal use. Please note that the only items that will be removed from your account for any means are items that were created as Place Holders for Events. These items have no value in and of themselves, but are used to trade for other valuable items. If this is the case, these Events are clearly labled and messages are sent out well in advance of the start of these Events, letting players know that the items will be removed. Aside from normal use and the items used at Place Holders, there are no other times when items will be removed from a player account by anybody on our end.
If you think you are missing items, we definitely suggest that you write in as soon as you notice these types of issues so that we can better assist you with these issues. Since we are not showing any items missing from your account, there is no way for us to return these items to your account.
We certainly apologize for any frustration or confusion that you may have experienced from this type of issue.

That makes no since what-so-ever. I had proof of the "items that are missing or have been removed" when I first made the one of MANY complaints to you\Kabam. I sent into your "TICKET" link with nothing other than the generic response...
None the less, not hearing from you OR them in regards to the complaints has made it very clear. The 'troops' that were lost were of nothing but "purchases" I made using the winnings of my account. I will no longer play (as you can tell) with my accounts. I gave the only person I truly am friends with that account. They are only using it now to kill time.
The server that this all took place on is dead. You guys can see that plainly. I have stopped using my account on the Kabam site as well. There are other gaming sites that a lot of my friends are using now. You can see that on the gamesgames.com servers that are linked to my complaint (the complaint was the Lansky server there).
The distaste we now have with the change up is at the highest point. I would advise you guys to look back at the game play amounts that is CLEARLY at it's lowest on that server and others on the gamesgames.com & agame.com sites.
Good luck with keeping the game going. I truly hope that all these issues are resolved for the players still on track with getting the right treatment from you people. The other site (rather current site) I am currently on has been nothing but wonderful.... I won't list them.

Thank you for writing in again. We have reviewed the case submitted through our Support site and have found only a single picture showing a Troop total of 0. While this proves that there are no Troops of that type in your City at the time of the screen shot, it does little to assist our Support Agents in addressing issues with your Troop totals.
As for items, we are only showing that items were removed from your account through normal expenditures in game. The only method in which RockYou would remove items from your account is if they were place holder items used for Events and that information was previously announced and published prior to the start of the Event. Other than this place holder item situation; RockYou does have the ability nor the desire to remove items from player accounts.
As for Third Part sites, or sites that are not listed as Supported Sites by RockYou games, please note that playing on those sites is not something we suggest as we do not monitor or control them so functionality cannot be verified or otherwise controlled by us. This means that certain features may not be fully functional or up to date through those sites.

I had proof from the open pictures that the troops disappeared from my account on my email address on the agame.com/gamegames.com sites. My email used here isn't the email I used in the game because of the "junk mail" I received received constantly in the past from open play. You need to show, or tell people about the discrepancy of gameplay through open sites.
Take all you want from this other than the 'oh well'. I am still in touch with my friends from the game that have all left the game from the sites I've listed. You truly need to shut down those two sites from your open ties. The MONEY you make there needs to be stopped if you cannot fix a problem like I myself had (as well as, the others that have left).
Theft is theft, and your RockYou is responsible for anything and everything that is stolen and taken! Good luck with your PURCHASED sites. I NEVER HAD this problem with Kabam!! thanks for asking my game name and email to do checks.... loss of respect for you and the gaming through you guys.

The event that you are referring to was an "Elite" event which rewards the "Galahad" boxes on purchase and hence is called the "Elite Galahad".
These purchase events are always announced with the details of what items will be included in the box and you have successfully received the advertised items to your inventory and there is no discrepancy in the same.
