We received an advertisement to refinance our home loan at NO COST We reached out to the loan officer and started the process We were then asked for our credit card to charge the appraisal fee and we have an email that states if we close on our loan the fee will be credited to us We closed on our loan Wednesday and nothing in the loan documents indicate a credit I have emailed three individuals who worked with us on the loan and none of them have replied to my request for information regarding our credit for the appraisal fee Yet when they needed something from us they were quick to respond
