We have recently refinanced a mortgage with Blue Brick FinancialBlue Brick asked us to pay for the appraisal up front with the understanding that we would be reimbursed at closingI understood why they asked us to do that and I supplied my credit card information to them and they charged $to my accountI closed on the refinance on 12/and to this date have not received reimbursement, I have Emailed several times and they have basically stopped communicating with meI have written documents and Emails to back up my claim to this reimbursement
