We have refinanced twice with BluebrickWe have been treated with courtesy and our applications were handled expeditiously and professionallyWe really liked the docusign feature with the documentsOur only concern, with both refinancings, was that the interest advertised when we made application was not the interest rate when the loan closedIt was higher in both casesBluebrick needs to make this clear in their advertising and at the time of application, that the interest rate may change before the loan is closed and that the interest rate of the loan will be the rate at the time of closing and not at the time of the applicationAlso, we were told after the first refinancing that if the interest rates dropped, BlueBrick would contact us about refinancing to a lower rateThis did not happenAll of this can be easily corrected with creating realistic expectations up front and better customer service after the loan in closed in terms of lower interest rates in the future

Almost months exactly to refinance our home Everything done by e-mail or fax except final closing papers which were brought to our home by a "floating notary" A whole new experience for us..."seniors" Julie and Mike handled our process very efficiently with only one glitch when a document didn't go through the fax and I only found out about it when I followed up several days later...only a few extra days added to the process As promised in the mailing we received: no closing costs!
