We purchased a full size mattress and it was confirmed by their inspector to be defective and Rooms to Go is requiring me to pay a $delivery fee Problem Date: March 22, 2017, Purchase Date: 11/12/2012, SKU Number:XXXXXXXX, Order Number: XXXXXXX, MrsPhyllis ***, Sale Rep: Ethel [redacted] Payment Method: Credit Card, Payment Amount: $559.98, We reported a defect with our 'full' size mattress and Rooms To Go assigned an inspector to come out and validate He confirmed it has a 3" depression in the mattress and a repwould contact us The representative stated that we had to pay the manufacturers delivery fee of $for a product that is their responsibility under the warranty I DO NOT agree that we should be responsible for the shipping of a replacement mattress since it is a defect under their warranty

Purchased merchandise has not been delivered On August 15, 2018, I purchased furniture from Rooms To Go in The Colony, TX My salesperson was Ryan C The order # for my purchase was XXXXXXX The total amount of my purchase was $2921.31, in which $was paid using my Visa card and $was placed on my Rooms To Go credit card The problem occurred with the first delivery on August 30th On August 30th, the delivery drivers showed up hour later and when I asked why my window was missed, I was told, "We had a delivery in Houston, that's why we are late." The other delivery entered my home with the dresser and stated, "do you not have lights?" I found that question to be very bizarre and very unprofessional I told the delivery person that the furniture would be placed in the bedroom and there was no lights needed in my living room The delivery person, backed up and exited my apartment He took my dresser back to the delivery truck and stated they were leaving I to

RTG has deceptive sales practices The existing policy in NO RETURNS It is only communicated thru the fine print on the back of the contract The NO RETURN policy should be communicated during the sales process It seems that this is intentionally omitted It could easily be resolved with a sign posted on the door that states "ALL SALES ARE FINAL"
